一种亚麻针织纱的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及亚麻纺织行业中的染整技术领域,特别是亚麻长麻针织纱的染色加工工艺。
背景技术
亚麻是一种古老而珍贵的高档纺织原料资源。在市场上有“纤维皇后”的美称。我国是亚麻纺织大国,亚麻纺织规模已经跃居世界第一位。亚麻纺织品以其吸湿透气、爽身宜人、天然抑菌、抗辐射抗静电、绿色保健等性能而受到消费者的青睐,始终占据着纺织品的高端消费市场。然而,亚麻除了含有纤维素外,还含有连接亚麻单根纤维的果胶、半纤维素和木质素,同时含有一些蜡质、色素、无机盐和灰分等。亚麻中部分杂质的适当含量对亚麻的纺织加工是有利的,但是大部分杂质的存在严重地影响了亚麻纤维的加工和穿着使用性能,造成亚麻纤维染色牢度低,颜色纯度不高,针织纱线刚性大而容易产生断纱、破洞。亚麻纤维粗硬、穿着易起皱,手感粗糙,很难达到服饰审美习惯与产品内在质量的统一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种亚麻针织纱的染色方法,能够解决现有技术的不足,提高了亚麻针织纱线的染色性能、柔软度和服用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种亚麻针织纱的染色方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、前处理
前处理过程的浴比为8:1~10:1,前处理液中含有氢氧化钠、精炼剂GS-180、渗透剂KESKN-RK、螯合剂NBC和双氧水,氢氧化钠的浓度为0.4~0.8g/l,精炼剂GS-180的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,渗透剂KESKN-RK的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,螯合剂NBC的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,双氧水的浓度为1.0~2.0g/l,常温充分循环均匀后以1℃/min的速度升温至86℃~92℃后恒温循环45min~60min后排液;然后分别用75℃~85℃和65℃~75℃恒温清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;
B、酸洗中和
酸洗中和过程的浴比为8:1,酸洗中和液含有冰醋酸,冰醋酸的浓度为0.5~2.0g/l,保持40℃~50℃恒温循环中和洗涤10min~20min后排水;然后再保持45℃~55℃恒温循环清水洗涤10min~20min后排水;
C、染色
染色过程的浴比为8:1,染色液包含均染剂WF、元明粉和纯碱,匀染剂WF的浓度为2.0~4.0g/l,元明粉的浓度为5.0~80.0g/l,纯碱的浓度为10.0~25.0g/l;主泵循环按正向3min,反向4min比例96%交替循环,常温条件下先加入染料和匀染剂WF,循环30min后每隔10min分3次加入元明粉,加入元明粉的各次比例为2:5:3,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至55~60℃后每隔10min分3次加入纯碱,加入纯碱的各次比例为2:5:3,保持60~70℃的温度50~70min后排液,最后溢流清水洗涤10~20min,然后排水;
D、洗涤中和
洗涤中和过程的浴比为8:1,分别用65℃~75℃和55℃~65℃清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;然后用含有1.0~2.0g/l冰醋酸的洗涤中和液在45℃~55℃的温度下洗涤40min~60min后排水;然后常温冲洗10min后排水;再用含有1.0~1.5g/l皂洗剂8920浓度的洗涤中和液在85℃~95℃的温度下洗涤10min~20min后排水;最后常温清洗60~80min后排水;
E、后处理
后处理过程的浴比为8:1,在清水中加入固色剂GS-18,固色剂GS-18的浓度保持在1.5~3.0g/l,保持45℃~55℃循环处理25min~35min后排水;然后加入液腊AWU200、平滑剂KBL和柔软剂ART-TR028,液腊AWU200的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,平滑剂KBL的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,柔软剂ART-TR028的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,保持35℃~45℃循环处理15min~25min后排水。
采用上述技术方案所带来的有益效果在于:本发明是在保证亚麻针织纱后道织造加工性能的基础上,最大限度的提高亚麻针织纱线的染色性能、柔软度和服用性能,达到内在品质与外在审美的统一。本发明具有染色颜色纯正、色泽纯度高、色牢度高和纱线柔软的特性。
具体实施方式
1、一种亚麻针织纱的染色方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、前处理
前处理过程的浴比为8:1~10:1,前处理液中含有氢氧化钠、精炼剂GS-180、渗透剂KESKN-RK、螯合剂NBC和双氧水,氢氧化钠的浓度为0.4~0.8g/l,精炼剂GS-180的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,渗透剂KESKN-RK的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,螯合剂NBC的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,双氧水的浓度为1.0~2.0g/l,常温充分循环均匀后以1℃/min的速度升温至86℃~92℃后恒温循环45min~60min后排液;然后分别用75℃~85℃和65℃~75℃恒温清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;
B、酸洗中和
酸洗中和过程的浴比为8:1,酸洗中和液含有冰醋酸,冰醋酸的浓度为0.5~2.0g/l,保持40℃~50℃恒温循环中和洗涤10min~20min后排水;然后再保持45℃~55℃恒温循环清水洗涤10min~20min后排水;
C、染色
染色过程的浴比为8:1,染色液包含均染剂WF、元明粉和纯碱,匀染剂WF的浓度为2.0~4.0g/l,元明粉的浓度为5.0~80.0g/l,纯碱的浓度为10.0~25.0g/l;主泵循环按正向3min,反向4min比例96%交替循环,常温条件下先加入染料和匀染剂WF,循环30min后每隔10min分3次加入元明粉,加入元明粉的各次比例为2:5:3,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至55~60℃后每隔10min分3次加入纯碱,加入纯碱的各次比例为2:5:3,保持60~70℃的温度50~70min后排液,最后溢流清水洗涤10~20min,然后排水;
D、洗涤中和
洗涤中和过程的浴比为8:1,分别用65℃~75℃和55℃~65℃清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;然后用含有1.0~2.0g/l冰醋酸的洗涤中和液在45℃~55℃的温度下洗涤40min~60min后排水;然后常温冲洗10min后排水;再用含有1.0~1.5g/l皂洗剂8920浓度的洗涤中和液在85℃~95℃的温度下洗涤10min~20min后排水;最后常温清洗60~80min后排水;
E、后处理
后处理过程的浴比为8:1,在清水中加入固色剂GS-18,固色剂GS-18的浓度保持在1.5~3.0g/l,保持45℃~55℃循环处理25min~35min后排水;然后加入液腊AWU200、平滑剂KBL和柔软剂ART-TR028,液腊AWU200的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,平滑剂KBL的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,柔软剂ART-TR028的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,保持35℃~45℃循环处理15min~25min后排水。
本发明是在保证亚麻针织纱后道织造加工性能的基础上,最大限度的提高亚麻针织纱线的染色性能、柔软度和服用性能,达到内在品质与外在审美的统一。本发明具有染色颜色纯正、色泽纯度高、色牢度高和纱线柔软的特性。

Claims (1)

1.一种亚麻针织纱的染色方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、前处理
前处理过程的浴比为8:1~10:1,前处理液中含有氢氧化钠、精炼剂GS-180、渗透剂KESKN-RK、螯合剂NBC和双氧水,氢氧化钠的浓度为0.4~0.8g/l,精炼剂GS-180的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,渗透剂KESKN-RK的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,螯合剂NBC的浓度为1.5~3.0g/l,双氧水的浓度为1.0~2.0g/l,常温充分循环均匀后以1℃/min的速度升温至86℃~92℃后恒温循环45min~60min后排液;然后分别用75℃~85℃和65℃~75℃恒温清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;
B、酸洗中和
酸洗中和过程的浴比为8:1,酸洗中和液含有冰醋酸,冰醋酸的浓度为0.5~2.0g/l,保持40℃~50℃恒温循环中和洗涤10min~20min后排水;然后再保持45℃~55℃恒温循环清水洗涤10min~20min后排水;
C、染色
染色过程的浴比为8:1,染色液包含均染剂WF、元明粉和纯碱,匀染剂WF的浓度为2.0~4.0g/l,元明粉的浓度为5.0~80.0g/l,纯碱的浓度为10.0~25.0g/l;主泵循环按正向3min,反向4min比例96%交替循环,常温条件下先加入染料和匀染剂WF,循环30min后每隔10min分3次加入元明粉,加入元明粉的各次比例为2:5:3,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至55~60℃后每隔10min分3次加入纯碱,加入纯碱的各次比例为2:5:3,保持60~70℃的温度50~70min后排液,最后溢流清水洗涤10~20min,然后排水;
D、洗涤中和
洗涤中和过程的浴比为8:1,分别用65℃~75℃和55℃~65℃清水洗涤10min~20min两次后排水;然后用含有1.0~2.0g/l冰醋酸的洗涤中和液在45℃~55℃的温度下洗涤40min~60min后排水;然后常温冲洗10min后排水;再用含有1.0~1.5g/l皂洗剂8920浓度的洗涤中和液在85℃~95℃的温度下洗涤10min~20min后排水;最后常温清洗60~80min后排水;
E、后处理
后处理过程的浴比为8:1,在清水中加入固色剂GS-18,固色剂GS-18的浓度保持在1.5~3.0g/l,保持45℃~55℃循环处理25min~35min后排水;然后加入液腊AWU200、平滑剂KBL和柔软剂ART-TR028,液腊AWU200的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,平滑剂KBL的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,柔软剂ART-TR028的浓度保持在1.0~3.0g/l,保持35℃~45℃循环处理15min~25min后排水。
