一种清水洗衣片及其制备方法,由成膜剂,非离子表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,保湿剂,螯合剂,防腐剂,食用色素,天然香料等组成,通过称量,制浆,制片等步骤制成。本发明不添加填充物,提高了洗衣片的活性含量,并且使洗衣片快速溶解于水,呈透明状态,使衣物洗涤更加洁净。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日用洗涤用品,具体来说涉及一种清水洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣片是一种创新的洗涤产品,不同于以往洗涤产品的外观形态,特点是易于携带,使用方便。目前用于衣物洗涤的洗涤用品主要有洗衣粉,洗衣皂和洗衣液这三种。
洗衣粉是强碱性,手洗会严重伤手,而且洗涤后衣服变硬影响穿着舒适感,使用时需要量取,外出携带不便;洗衣液的pH值接近中性,属于比较温和的洗涤产品,但是在使用时不易控制用量,而且很容易漏液到地面且不便于运输;洗衣皂主要用于手洗,不耐硬水,而且气味残留严重,阴雨天气易滋生细菌。
近来市场上出现了一种新型洗涤产品洗衣片,添加了很多淀粉等填充物,在水中有很多沉淀物,会有残留在衣服上的可能,而造成二次污染,目前没有一种洗衣片易溶于水,水溶液呈透明的报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无填充物,易溶于水,溶于水后透明的清水洗衣片及其制备方法。
一种清水洗衣片,其特征在于快速溶解于水,呈透明状态,活性物含量在46-60,包括如下份数的原料组成:
所述成膜剂可以是聚乙烯醇,羟乙基纤维素,羟丙基纤维素,羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或几种,能够起到使洗衣片成形和加速溶解的作用。
所述非离子表面活性剂优选烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚,椰子油烷醇酰胺中的一种或几种,具有分散、乳化、泡沫、润湿、增溶多种性能,本发明中可以促进洗衣片的溶解。
所述阴离子表面活性剂优选脂肪醇硫酸盐,烯基磺酸盐,脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,脂肪醇醚羧酸盐等中的一种或几种,具有优良净洗、发泡、对钙皂分散能力好等多种性能,本发明中能够使洗衣片易于成形。
两性离子表面活性剂优选烷基甜菜碱,磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
保湿剂优选聚乙二醇,丙二醇,丙三醇等中的一种或几种,可以促进洗衣片的溶解。
螯合剂可以是聚丙烯酸盐,乙二胺四乙酸盐等中的一种或几种。
防腐剂是异噻唑啉酮或对羟基苯甲酸甲酯或其它可以耐高温的防腐剂。
所述食用色素为水溶性食用色素,天然香料为耐高温清香型洗涤用天然香料。
所述的清水洗衣片制备方法,具体步骤如下:
称量:按照配方比例,称取个原辅材料,备用。
制浆:先称取一定量的去离子水,加热至85℃以上,加入成膜剂,边加入边乳化搅拌
使之完全溶解,然后按顺序加入非离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,保湿剂,阴离
子表面活性剂,螯合剂,防腐剂,食用色素,天然香料和余量的去离子水,每加一种原料,
都要充分乳化搅拌均匀,再加下一种原料。
制片:将配置好的料体,经过加热烘干筒烘干,控制烘干筒的温度为120~200℃,
转速为3~8分钟/转,成为片状。再按要求尺寸切片。即得清水洗衣片。
本发明所述的清水洗衣片中聚乙烯醇虽然是亲水型高分子聚合物,单独使用时溶于水的时间很长,通过与纤维素,非离子表面活性剂,多元醇,阴离子表面活性剂通过本发明的比例组合,能够提高整体组合物的溶解性。其中通过高速搅拌使非离子表面活性剂,纤维素,阴离子表面活性剂嵌入聚乙烯醇的架构中,变成中空多孔,柔软的片状。因为非离子表面活性剂的乙氧基,多元醇的羟基,纤维素的羟基,阴离子表面活性剂的阴离子基团,易溶解于水,从而加速聚乙烯醇的溶解,而使得整体可以快速的崩解而溶解在水中。
成膜剂和阴离子表面活性剂主要提供洗衣片成形的作用,其中成膜剂提供部分助溶解的作用,非离子表面活性剂和保湿剂主要提供增加溶解性的作用,四种成分按照一定比例组合能够加快洗衣片的溶解。

1、称量配料。
2、制浆:将各配方组成称量备用,先加入去离子水,加热至90℃,在乳化搅拌下加入聚乙烯醇,羟乙基纤维素,使之完全溶解,在乳化搅拌下,依次加入烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚,椰子油醇酰胺,磺基甜菜碱,聚乙二醇,烯基磺酸盐,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,聚丙烯酸盐,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,食用色素,天然香料,每加一种原料后都要乳化搅拌均匀,最后充分搅拌分散。
3、制片:将配置好的料体,经过加热烘干筒烘干,控制烘干筒的温度为150℃,转速为5分钟/转,成为片状。再经过切片,剪裁成片,即得清水洗衣片。

该洗衣片的制备方法如下:

4.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸盐,烯基磺酸盐,脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,脂肪醇醚羧酸盐中的一种或几种。
5.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述的两性离子表面活性剂为羧酸基甜菜碱,烷基甜菜碱,磺基甜菜碱中的一种或几种。
6.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述的保湿剂优选聚乙二醇,丙二醇,丙三醇等中的一种或几种。
7.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为聚丙烯酸盐,乙二胺四乙酸盐中的一种或几种。
8.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮或对羟基苯甲酸甲酯。
9.权利要求1所述的清水洗衣片,其特征在于,所述的食用色素为水溶性食用色素,天然香料为耐高温清香型洗涤用天然香料。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的清水洗衣片的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
称量:按照配方比例,称取个原辅材料,备用;
制浆:先将去离子水,加热至85℃,加入成膜剂,边加入边乳化搅拌使之完全溶解,然后按顺序加入非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、保湿剂、阴离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、防腐剂、食用色素、天然香料和余量的水,每加一种原料,都要充分乳化搅拌均匀,再加下一种原料;
制片:将配置好的料体,经过加热烘干筒烘干,控制烘干筒的温度为120~200℃,转速为3~8分钟/转,成为片状,切片,即得清水洗衣片。
