Abstract
本发明提供了一种溶解性能好的洗衣片及其制备方法,该洗衣片包括以下原料:非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、去离子水、崩解剂、糯米浆、蛋白质酶、酸剂、香精、着色剂和防腐剂。其制备方法是先将着色剂、酸剂、香精、防腐剂加入去离子水中,再加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和蛋白质酶的混合物,乳化后加入糯米浆和崩解剂,所得混合料经烘干、成形,得到洗衣片。本发明通过在原料中均匀混合崩解剂、表面活性剂等原料,达到溶解效果好的目的,并采用绿色纯天然物质替代现有化学成分的成膜剂、粘合剂。

本发明属于洗涤剂制品技术领域,具体涉及一种溶解性能好的洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣片作为一种新的洗涤剂形态,在近几年发展比较迅速,其所具备的优势很明显,主要是以下几点:一、改变了洗衣粉、洗衣液需要计量使用的繁琐;二、与传统的洗衣粉、洗涤剂相比,洗衣片含有更多的有效成分,极大减少了填充料、辅材、水等的使用,配方实现节约资源的效果;三、洗衣片以其体积小,重量轻、包装耗材小、储存方便、不易变质等优点,相对对传统洗衣液复杂的罐装流程,洗衣片在降本方面更具优势,在绿色、环保方面也有突出的贡献。
目前功能型洗衣片存在以下几个问题:一、洗衣片溶解性相对洗衣液而言差,机洗效果难达到洗衣液水平;二、目前现有的发明专利中,洗衣片所采用的成膜剂均为化学成分物质,对环境、消费者均存在不良影响;三、目前抗菌防螨洗衣片所添加的物质为人工合成抗菌防螨剂,无法满足消费者绿色健康的消费理念。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种溶解性能好的洗衣片及其制备方法,通过在原料中均匀混合崩解剂、表面活性剂等原料,达到溶解效果好的目的;通过成分的选择,保证洗衣片所采用的成膜剂、粘合剂为绿色纯天然物质,替代现有化学成分的成膜剂、粘合剂。
技术方案:一种溶解性能好的洗衣片,以重量份计包括以下原料:非离子表面活性剂20.0-30.0份,阴离子表面活性剂20.0-50.0份,去离子水30.0-60.0份,崩解剂6.0-12.0份,糯米浆1.0-3.0份,蛋白质酶0.1-1.0份,酸剂0.05-1.0份,香精0.01-0.1份,着色剂0.01-0.04份,防腐剂0.01-0.03份。
进一步地,所述非离子表面活性剂为醇醚糖苷。
进一步地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠或脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠。
上述抗菌防螨的洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将着色剂、酸剂、香精、防腐剂加入去离子水中,搅拌,得到溶液;
步骤2,将非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂,蛋白质酶粉碎,混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,将步骤2所得的混合物加至步骤1所得溶液中,乳化,得到混合料一;
步骤4,将糯米浆、崩解剂添加到步骤3所得混合料一中,搅拌,得到混合料二;
步骤5,将步骤4所得混合料二加入到滚筒烘干设备上烘干、成形;
步骤6,将成形后的洗衣片放入机器中切成所需规格尺寸、包装。
有益效果:
(1)使用的表面活性剂体系不含APEO,保证了使用后排污无毒、生物降解性好。
(2)醇醚糖苷属于新型绿色表面活性剂,无毒、无刺激,易于生物降解对人体和环境更安全。醇醚糖苷低温水溶性好、耐硬水性能好,醇醚糖苷通过氢键与H2O及H3O+结合,从而使醇醚糖苷分子带有一定的正电性。此时溶液中的阴离子表面活性剂,产生类似于异电性表面活性剂之间的电性作用。其在配方中的主要作用是能加速表面活性剂各组分的扩散溶解,提高洗涤去污效果。
(3)将崩解剂均匀混合在配方中,能起到遇水迅速分解洗衣片的作用,加速表面活性剂溶解速度。
(4)使用糯米浆替代其他发明中的聚乙烯醇等化学成膜剂,不仅使耐潮性明显提升,糯米浆中支链淀粉高达80%左右,又可称胶淀粉,分子相对较大,一般由几千个葡萄糖残基组成,支链淀粉难溶于水,只有外围的支链能被水解。所以糯米淀粉浆烘干成型后,具有阻止水解的作用,起到防潮效果,支链淀粉的分子量远大于表面活性剂分子,在洗涤过程中对于污垢具有较好的吸附、抗沉积效果,使洗下的污垢随洗涤液排出,起到助洗的作用,且原料工艺绿色环保,使消费者使用、储存携带都得到安全、方便,洗涤后产生的生活污水,也比化学成膜剂易于降解。

实施例1
(一)洗衣片原料组分
醇醚糖苷20份,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠10份,α-烯基磺酸钠5份,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠10份,去离子水30.0份,糯米浆1.0份,羧甲基淀粉钠6.0份,蛋白质酶0.2份,柠檬酸0.1份,香精0.01份、着色剂0.02份、防腐剂0.01份。
(二)制备步骤
步骤1:将去离子水加入到乳化机中,打开搅拌装置。依次加入称量好的着色剂、柠檬酸、香精、防腐剂,搅拌10min。
步骤2:将称量好的醇醚糖苷,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,α-烯基磺酸钠,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,蛋白质酶加入到粉碎机中充分粉碎混合。
步骤3:将步骤2所得的混合物,缓慢添加到步骤1溶液中,调节乳化机加热温度为50-60℃,搅拌2小时。

由表一可以看出,本发明在洗涤效果方面有较好的表现,对各类标准污布洗涤效果好,比市售洗涤剂去污能力优良。
由实施例2,对照例1可知,崩解剂作为主要分解洗衣片的成分,其添加量过少会造成洗衣片溶解速度慢,未溶解的表面活性剂裹挟在洗涤物之间,达不到良好的洗涤效果,洗涤效果差;
由实施例2,对照例2可知,添加量过多,溶解速度快但是大量的崩解剂溶解后会造成洗涤溶液粘度过大,影响表面活性剂的分散性能,使洗涤效果差;
由实施例2与对照例3可知,醇醚糖苷不仅溶解性能好,而且具有很好的助溶性,使其他阴离子表面活性剂溶解更好,效果明显优于常见的非离子表面活性剂;
由实施例2与对照例4可知,不添加淀粉浆作为成膜剂、粘合剂,其制成的洗衣片防潮性能较差,无法达到长期储存的效果,并且洗涤效果一般。

1.一种溶解性能好的洗衣片,其特征在于:以重量份计包括以下原料:非离子表面活性剂20.0-30.0份,阴离子表面活性剂20.0-50.0份,去离子水30.0-60.0份,崩解剂6.0-12.0份,糯米浆1.0-3.0份,蛋白质酶0.1-1.0份,酸剂0.05-1.0份,香精0.01-0.1份,着色剂0.01-0.04份,防腐剂0.01-0.03份;
所述非离子表面活性剂为醇醚糖苷;所述阴离子表面活性剂选自脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠或脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的一种或几种;所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠。

步骤5,将步骤4所得混合料二加入到滚筒烘干设备上烘干、成形;
步骤6,将成形后的洗衣片放入机器中切成所需规格尺寸、包装。
