Abstract

本发明涉及一种洗衣片及其制备方法,其质量百分比配方如下:去离子水、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、滑石粉、聚乙烯醇、十三烷醇聚醚‑5、椰油酰胺DEA、香精、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、PEG‑60氢化蓖麻油、EDTA二钠和CI42090。洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将A相混合均匀溶解后再加入搅拌锅内;再分别将B相、C相和D相加入搅拌锅内搅拌溶解,并升温搅拌锅;然后将E相加入搅拌锅内,搅拌锅再降温;最后出料和切片得到最终产品。本发明洗衣片在冷热水中都会立即溶解,且不含磷,可生物降解具有天然消毒、杀菌、溶解速度快、稳定、洗涤效果好等特点。

一种洗衣片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤用品,尤其涉及一种洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上洗衣剂多是粉状或液体状的,分别为洗衣粉或洗衣液。用洗衣机洗衣服的时候,就把洗衣粉或洗衣液加到洗衣机的加液槽里。这种方式的加入,对家里面的家庭主妇们,根据经验都知道该加入多少,但是对于很少洗衣服的小孩或者其他人们往往就拿不准。特别是对于出差在外的人们,也存在这个问题,而且还非常不好携带。现有的洗涤市场上也提供有洗衣片,虽然解决了携带方便的问题,但现有的洗衣片洗涤效果差,制备工艺复杂且成本较高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种洗衣片及其制备方法,能够提高洗衣效果,降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种洗衣片,洗衣片的质量百分比配方如下:
一种洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将去离子水、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、EDTA二钠和CI42090放入容器内并搅拌溶解后再加入搅拌锅内;
2)将聚乙烯醇加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解;
3)将滑石粉加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解;
4)将月桂醇硫酸酯钠加入搅拌锅内搅拌溶解,并将搅拌锅升温至80~90℃;
5)将十三烷醇聚醚-5、椰油酰胺DEA、香精和PEG-60氢化蓖麻油加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解,然后将搅拌锅温度降至58~62℃;
6)出料:将搅拌锅内的料倾倒至挂料机中,挂料机升温至105℃,再挂料成膜;
7)切片:挂料成膜后输送至切片机中切片;
8)包装,将切片后的产品进行包装。
有益效果:
本发明片式结构方便携带,外出时洗衣时加入方便,只需要打开包装,取出来即可。本发明洗衣片在冷热水中都会立即溶解,且不含磷,可生物降解具有天然消毒、杀菌、溶解速度快、稳定、洗涤效果好等特点。

实施例1
洗衣片配方组成:去离子水33.744%;月桂醇硫酸酯钠20%;滑石粉15%;聚乙烯醇10%;十三烷醇聚醚-5 8%;椰油酰胺DEA 5%;香精3%;柠檬酸钠2.5%;柠檬酸2%;PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.6%;EDTA二钠0.15%;CI42090 0.006%。去离子水做为溶剂使用,月桂醇硫酸酯钠做为表面活性剂使用,滑石粉做为填充剂使用,聚乙烯醇做为成膜剂使用,十三烷醇聚醚-5和椰油酰胺DEA做为表面活性剂使用,香精做为芳香剂使用,柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸做为PH调节剂使用,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油做为增溶剂使用,EDTA二钠做为螯合剂使用,CI42090做为着色剂使用。
去离子水、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、EDTA二钠和CI42090称为A相,按比例将A相放入容器内并搅拌溶解15至20分钟后再加入搅拌锅内;聚乙烯醇称为B相,再将B相按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使其分散均匀;滑石粉称为C相,将C相按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使分散均匀;月桂醇硫酸酯钠称为D相,将D相按比例加入搅拌锅内搅拌溶解,并将搅拌锅升温至85℃;十三烷醇聚醚-5、椰油酰胺DEA、香精和PEG-60氢化蓖麻油称为E相,按比例分别将E相加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解,然后将搅拌锅温度降至60℃;将搅拌锅内的料倾倒至挂料机中,并将挂料机升温至105℃,再挂料成膜;挂料成膜后输送至切片机中切片;将切片后的产品进行包装;得到最终洗衣片产品。挂料成膜和包装的同时对产品进行在线检测。
实施例2
洗衣片配方组成:去离子水34%;月桂醇硫酸酯钠17%;滑石粉10%;聚乙烯醇8%;十三烷醇聚醚-5 11%;椰油酰胺DEA 8%;香精4%;柠檬酸钠4%;柠檬酸3%;PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.79%;EDTA二钠0.2%;CI42090 0.01%。
按比例分别将去离子水、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、EDTA二钠和CI42090放入容器内并搅拌溶解18分钟后再加入搅拌锅内;再将聚乙烯醇按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使其分散均匀;将滑石粉按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使分散均匀;将月桂醇硫酸酯钠按比例加入搅拌锅内搅拌溶解,并将搅拌锅升温至85℃;按比例分别将十三烷醇聚醚-5、椰油酰胺DEA、香精和PEG-60氢化蓖麻油加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解,然后将搅拌锅温度降至58℃;将搅拌锅内的料倾倒至挂料机中,并将挂料机升温至105℃,再挂料成膜;挂料成膜后输送至切片机中切片;将切片后的产品进行包装;得到最终洗衣片产品。挂料成膜和包装的同时对产品进行在线检测。
实施例3
洗衣片配方组成:去离子水33%;月桂醇硫酸酯钠15%;滑石粉10%;聚乙烯醇15%;十三烷醇聚醚-55%;椰油酰胺DEA 10%;香精3%;柠檬酸钠2.29%;柠檬酸5%;PEG-60氢化蓖麻油1.5%;EDTA二钠0.2%;CI42090 0.01%。
按比例分别将去离子水、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸、EDTA二钠和CI42090放入容器内并搅拌溶解18分钟后再加入搅拌锅内;再将聚乙烯醇按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使其分散均匀;将滑石粉按比例加入搅拌锅内并搅拌使分散均匀;将月桂醇硫酸酯钠按比例加入搅拌锅内搅拌溶解,并将搅拌锅升温至90℃;按比例分别将十三烷醇聚醚-5、椰油酰胺DEA、香精和PEG-60氢化蓖麻油加入搅拌锅内并搅拌溶解,然后将搅拌锅温度降至62℃;将搅拌锅内的料倾倒至挂料机中,并将挂料机升温至105℃,再挂料成膜;挂料成膜后输送至切片机中切片;将切片后的产品进行包装;得到最终洗衣片产品。挂料成膜和包装的同时对产品进行在线检测。

去离子水做为溶剂使用,月桂醇硫酸酯钠做为表面活性剂使用,滑石粉做为填充剂使用,聚乙烯醇做为成膜剂使用,十三烷醇聚醚-5和椰油酰胺DEA做为表面活性剂使用,香精做为芳香剂使用,柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸做为pH调节剂使用,PEG-60氢化蓖麻油做为增溶剂使用,EDTA二钠做为螯合剂使用,Cl42090做为着色剂使用;
