Abstract
本发明涉及日化洗涤剂领域,具体是一种洗衣凝珠液,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂60‑90%,溶剂1‑20%,助剂1‑10%,水1‑10%;所述的表面活性剂的各复配组分及其在洗衣凝珠液中的重量百分比分别为:蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物1‑50%、仲烷基磺酸钠1‑20%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠1‑50%,烷基糖苷1‑20%。本发明可用于配制水含量小于10%的高浓缩洗衣凝珠液体,保证水溶性高分子PVA材质的包装不会因液体含水量过高而溶解,且洗涤效果好,洗后易于漂洗,配方中使用的原料易于生物降解产物,对环境友好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤剂领域,具体地说,是一种洗衣凝珠液的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠里面是浓缩洗涤剂,外面的薄膜采用水溶性高分子聚乙烯醇,遇水则溶,使用时无需剪开薄膜。平时需要存放在干燥、阴凉的地方,使用时用干手触摸。作为新产品,洗衣凝珠比传统的洗涤用品拥有更便捷之处。由于采用浓缩配方,洗衣凝珠的使用量比其他产品的少。洗衣凝珠的密封包装对于消费者而言更加方便,不脏手、不容易倾洒,易于保洁。低水配方,低泡易洗,只需一般洗衣液的一半用水量。
中国专利文献CN105779159A公开了一种柔顺洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,该洗衣凝珠包括25~35%异构C13脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10~20%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9EO)、10~20%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、5~10%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(7EO)、1.5~2.5%洗涤增效剂WR、1.5~2.5%异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.8~1.5%阳离子柔顺剂、0.02~0.05%杀菌剂、0.5~1.0%微胶囊香精、0.01-0.03%碱性蛋白酶和20~38%溶剂(丙二醇),具有较强的赋香性、使用安全方便、洗涤能力和柔顺效果较好等特点。
由于洗衣凝珠的包装具有水溶性,所以洗衣凝珠液中的水含量有严格要求,不能超过10%,过高的含水量将造成包装薄膜的溶解,降低产品存储周期。而一般浓缩液体洗涤剂的浓度一般在30%左右,表面活性剂浓度超过30%后粘度急剧增大,进入凝胶区,产品失去流动性。配制含水量小于10%的洗衣凝珠需要开发新的技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对洗衣凝珠液水分含量不能大于10%,且去污力大于常规洗衣液、低泡、产品易于生物降解的要求,提供一种洗衣凝珠液的配方及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种洗衣凝珠液,所述的洗衣凝珠液包括以下重量百分比的原料:表面活性剂60-90%,溶剂1-20%,助剂1-10%,水1-10%。
所述的表面活性剂的各复配组分及其在洗衣凝珠液中的重量百分比分别为:蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物1-50%、仲烷基磺酸钠(SAS60)1-20%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)1-50%,烷基糖苷(APG)1-20%。
优选的,所述的蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物选自中轻日化科技术有限公司ELM-7、ELM-8、ELM-9、ELM-10中的一种。
所述的溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种。
所述的助剂选自柠檬酸钠、EDTA-2Na、聚丙烯酸钠、氮川三醋酸钠(NTA)中的至少一种。
所述的洗衣凝珠液还包括重量百分比0.01-3%的香精。
所述的洗衣凝珠液还包括重量百分比0.01-2%的杀菌剂。
优选的,所述的杀菌剂为对氯间二甲苯酚、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮、戊二醛中的至少一种。
本发明的第二方面,提供上述的洗衣凝珠液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a)在40℃保温状态下,将表面活性剂中的各组分混合并搅拌均匀;
b)在自然降温的状态下,加入溶剂及各助剂组分混合并搅拌均匀;
c)依次加入香精、杀菌剂搅拌均匀。
本发明的第三方面,提供上述的洗衣凝珠液的应用,所述的洗衣凝珠液在制备由水溶性膜包装浓缩洗衣液的洗衣凝珠中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明配方中使用了不形成凝胶的新型非离子表面活性剂蓖麻油甲酯氧基化物,蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物在水溶液中不形成凝胶,同时对其它类型表面活性剂有较好的溶解作用,既作为表面活性剂,也可作为体系增溶剂。
2、同时,通过添加少量溶剂,洗衣凝珠活性物含量最高可达90%,本发明的洗衣凝珠比市售普通浓缩织物清洗剂活性物含量高出3-4倍。
3、本发明中加入具有软化硬水,协助去污能力的助剂,使得洗衣凝珠在硬水条件下依然有良好的去污力。
4、加入杀菌剂,一是延长保质期,二是可在清洗的过程中同时进行杀菌。本发明的洗衣凝胶生产工艺简单,有利于该技术的规模化生产。
5、本发明采用的方法可用于配制水含量小于10%的高浓缩洗衣凝珠液体,保证水溶性高分子PVA材质的包装不会因液体含水量过高而溶解,且洗涤效果好,洗后易于漂洗,配方中使用的原料易于生物降解产物,对环境友好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种洗衣凝珠液及其制备方法,由以下物质组成:

其制备方法:
在40℃恒温状态下,向烧杯中加入50g蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物,开始搅拌,然后依次向烧杯中加入5g仲烷基磺酸钠,10g脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,15g烷基糖苷,14.4g乙醇,恒温搅拌至所有活性物溶解混合均匀,停止加热,向烧杯中添加2g柠檬酸钠,3g EDTA-2Na,搅拌至溶解均匀,向烧杯中添加0.5g香精,搅拌均匀,向烧杯中添加0.lg异噻唑啉酮,搅拌均匀。该样品含水量为9.5%。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种洗衣凝珠液及其制备方法,由以下物质组成:

其制备方法:
在40℃恒温状态下,向烧杯中加入25g蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物,开始搅拌,然后依次向烧杯中加入12g仲烷基磺酸钠,40g脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,10g烷基糖苷,5g 1,3-丙二醇,恒温搅拌至所有活性物溶解混合均匀,停止加热,向烧杯中添加1g氮川三醋酸钠,5g聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌至溶解均匀,向烧杯中添加1g香精,搅拌均匀,向烧杯中添加1g聚季铵盐,搅拌均匀。该样品含水量为9.8%。
实施例3
本实施例提供的一种洗衣凝珠液及其制备方法,由以下物质组成:

其制备方法:
在40℃恒温状态下,向烧杯中加入35g蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物ELM-7,开始搅拌,然后依次向烧杯中加入18g仲烷基磺酸钠,20g脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠,5g烷基糖苷,16克乙二醇单丁醚,恒温搅拌至所有活性物溶解混合均匀,停止加热,向烧杯中添加2g氮川三醋酸钠,3g聚丙烯酸钠,搅拌至溶解均匀,向烧杯中添加0.5g香精,搅拌均匀,向烧杯中添加0.5g对氯间二甲苯酚,搅拌均匀。该样品含水量为9.7%。
对比例1
按照GB/T 13174-2008的要求,将实施例1、2、3中制得的洗衣凝珠稀释5倍后与标准洗衣液对比,得到的结果如表所示:

通过对比实验可以看出,稀释后的本发明凝珠液,其去污效果可以达到《GB/T13174-2008》的要求。
以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种洗衣凝珠液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂60-90%,溶剂1-20%,助剂1-10%,香精0.01-3%,杀菌剂0.01-2%,水1-10%;所述的表面活性剂的各复配组分及其在洗衣凝珠液中的重量百分比分别为:蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物1-50%、仲烷基磺酸钠1-20%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠1-50%,烷基糖苷1-20%;所述的溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚中的至少一种;所述的助剂选自柠檬酸钠、EDTA-2Na、聚丙烯酸钠、氮川三醋酸钠中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣凝珠液,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂为对氯间二甲苯酚、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚季铵盐、异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮、戊二醛中的至少一种。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的洗衣凝珠液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)在40℃保温状态下,将表面活性剂中的各组分混合并搅拌均匀;
b)在自然降温的状态下,加入溶剂及各助剂组分混合并搅拌均匀;
c)依次加入香精、杀菌剂搅拌均匀。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的洗衣凝珠液的应用,其特征在于,所述的洗衣凝珠液在制备由水溶性膜包装浓缩洗衣液的洗衣凝珠中的应用。
