一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:脂肪醇聚醚酰胺5%‑10%,液体柠檬酸8%‑15%,非离子型表面活性剂2%‑5%,氢氧化钠5%‑10%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3%‑8%,偏硅酸钠5%‑10%,多聚氧化乙烯N.N‑二羟乙基月桂酰胺5%‑10%,香料和染料10%‑20%,水40%‑60%。其制备方法为:把液体柠檬酸用等量的水稀释,在搅拌中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,添加偏硅酸钠、脂肪醇聚醚酰胺、非离子型表面活性剂、多聚氧化乙烯N.N‑二羟乙基月桂酰胺和二甲基苯磺酸钠,最后加入香料和染料。产品均匀,透明,pH值在11以上。本发明具有如下优点:对人体皮肤无伤害,无残留,对食物、环境无污染无起泡剂,漂洗方便,节省用水量,适用广泛。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能清洗剂。
背景技术
多功能清洗剂用于清洗钢铁、锌、铝、铜及其合金、陶瓷等表面上的油污、污渍、无机盐、手汗、粉尘的同时,去除附在表面的锈蚀,对铜铝轻度氧化有恢复光亮的效果,现有的洗涤剂品种繁多,根据需要洗涤的种类不同,配方也略有差异,但是它的组成成分均可分为表面活性剂、助溶剂和其它添加剂。现有的洗衣粉有的去污能力不够好,如果不用力搓洗的话,污点很难去除。综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全可靠,清洗效果好的多功能清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:脂肪醇聚醚酰胺5%-10%,液体柠檬酸8%-15%,非离子型表面活性剂2%-5%,氢氧化钠5%-10%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3%-8%,偏硅酸钠5%-10%,多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺5%-10%,香料和染料10%-20%,水40%-60%。
优选的,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:脂肪醇聚醚酰胺8%,液体柠檬酸10%,非离子型表面活性剂3%,氢氧化钠7%,二甲基苯磺酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠7%,多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺8%,香料和染料15%,水50%。
其制备方法为:把液体柠檬酸用等量的水稀释,在搅拌中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,添加偏硅酸钠、脂肪醇聚醚酰胺、非离子型表面活性剂、多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺和二甲基苯磺酸钠,最后加入香料和染料。产品均匀,透明,pH值在11以上。

其制备方法为:把液体柠檬酸用等量的水稀释,在搅拌中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,添加偏硅酸钠、脂肪醇聚醚酰胺、非离子型表面活性剂、多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺和二甲基苯磺酸钠,最后加入香料和染料。产品均匀,透明,pH值在11以上。

其制备方法为:把液体柠檬酸用等量的水稀释,在搅拌中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,添加偏硅酸钠、脂肪醇聚醚酰胺、非离子型表面活性剂、多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺和二甲基苯磺酸钠,最后加入香料和染料。产品均匀,透明,pH值在11以上。
本发明配方的工业清洗剂安全环保,不产生影响清洗过程及现场卫生的泡沫和异味,清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底,清洗过程不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响产品的质量。

1.一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:脂肪醇聚醚酰胺5%-10%,液体柠檬酸8%-15%,非离子型表面活性剂2%-5%,氢氧化钠5%-10%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3%-8%,偏硅酸钠5%-10%,多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺5%-10%,香料和染料10%-20%,水40%-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:脂肪醇聚醚酰胺8%,液体柠檬酸10%,非离子型表面活性剂3%,氢氧化钠7%,二甲基苯磺酸钠5%,偏硅酸钠7%,多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺8%,香料和染料15%,水50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能清洗剂,其特征在于:其制备方法为:把液体柠檬酸用等量的水稀释,在搅拌中缓慢加入氢氧化钠,添加偏硅酸钠、脂肪醇聚醚酰胺、非离子型表面活性剂、多聚氧化乙烯N.N-二羟乙基月桂酰胺和二甲基苯磺酸钠,最后加入香料和染料。产品均匀,透明,pH值在11以上。
