技术领域
本发明涉及一种固态粉珠洗涤剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
现有的洗衣凝珠的原理是用PVA水解膜包裹着液态洗涤活性物,遇水即溶,进行衣物洗涤。现有洗衣凝珠存在的问题和缺点包括:(1)液态洗衣凝珠无法添加固态的粉末状的表面活性剂及助剂,尤其不能添加过氧化物,只能在有限的液态表面活性剂中进行组合复配,使得目前的洗衣凝珠配方简单,功效雷同,产品同质化严重,产品价值得不到拓展,这是由其液态原料选择的局限性决定的,是其无法突破发展的一个根本原因。(2)由于液态洗衣凝珠都含有一定的水分,会受时间及空间环境的影响,会有不同程度的溢液及沾连状况,影响产品的形态与性状,稳定性略差。(3)成本及售价过高,局限于机洗衣物范围,属于小众市场,难以开创洗涤的全新时代。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种不仅具有常规的去油去污洗涤功能,尤其具有氧系漂白,杀菌,消毒,增艳,除异味,防霉及同步清洁洗衣槽的功效的固态粉珠洗涤剂。
本发明的一种固态粉珠洗涤剂,包括如下重量份数的原料:粉状表面活性剂15份~75份,粉状助剂5份~80份和粉状辅料5份~10份。
本发明的固态粉珠洗涤剂,立足于固态的粉状原料,一切固态的粉状的不含水的表面活性剂与助剂及辅料都可以单一成份配制或多种成份自由组合配制出粉珠产品,这样便解决了液态凝珠成份功能的局限性,可以做出十分宽泛的适销对路的产品,使得这个产业可以拓展起来。
本发明尤其可以添加固态的粉状或颗粒状的过氧化物制剂,而液态凝珠是无法添加这些成份的,这便使得粉珠产品具有了漂白,杀菌,消毒,增艳,除异味的功效,并且具有效防霉及同步清洁洗衣机槽的功能,这一创新发明将引领粉珠产品进入有氧洗涤的全新时代,具有标志性的重大历史意义。

所述的固态粉珠洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先将所述粉状表面活性剂,所述粉状助剂和所述粉状辅料混合并在15℃~25℃温度下、1%~3%湿度下搅拌15min~30min,然后制备成具有流动性的粉状的粉珠,得到固态粉珠洗涤剂。

7.根据权利要求1所述的固态粉珠洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:粉状的脂肪酸甲脂磺酸钠28份,不含水的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5份,过氧化硫酸钠50份,四乙酰乙二胺1.5份,碳酸氢钠8份,酶制剂2.5份,柔顺剂1.5份,抗再沉积剂2.5份,防结块制剂2份和香精1.5份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的固态粉珠洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:粉状的十二烷基硫酸钠15份,脂肪酸钠15份,氨基酸盐1.5份,α-烯基磺酸1.5份,过氧化钙10份,过硼酸钠10份,过氧化尿素10份,过硫酸氢钾10份,硅酸钠10份,粉状五水偏硅酸钠5份,干燥剂10份和增白剂1份。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的固态粉珠洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:首先将所述粉状表面活性剂,所述粉状助剂和所述粉状辅料混合并在15℃~25℃温度下、1%~3%湿度下搅拌15min~30min,然后制备成具有流动性的粉状的粉珠,得到固态粉珠洗涤剂。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述的固态粉珠洗涤剂在清洁、洗涤领域的应用。
