对比例1与实施例3的区别仅在于将70份过氧化硫酸钠换成70份过硫酸氢钾,其余配方和步骤均相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例3的区别仅在于将70份过氧化硫酸钠换成70份过碳酸钠,其余配方和步骤均相同。
将实施例3与对比例1和对比例2进行对比,得到结果如下:
(1)储运安全比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,测试不同温度下其有效成分即活性氧的分解率,见表1。

从表1可以看出含过氧化硫酸钠的清洁片性能稳定,基本不受温度变化的影响。
(2)效能比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,比较不同水体温度下的消毒杀菌数值,得到的结果见表2。

从表2可以看出,虽然差别不大,但是含有过氧化硫酸钠的清洁片相对于另外两种清洁片,其效能更加平稳,基本不受水体温度的影响,且消毒除菌的效果更好。
(3)酸碱比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,在3%水溶液中测试其pH值,得到表3的结果。

从表3中可以看出,含过氧化硫酸钠制剂的pH值呈中性,不会影响原来水体的酸碱性,不会刺激织物及皮肤。
综上,本发明的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,性能稳定,使用方便,不会因气温及水温的变化而影响其效能的发挥,呈中性,不影响原本水体的酸碱性,不刺激织物及皮肤。原料成本低,性价比高,除了养殖、洗涤领域,还可以应用于水处理、医疗卫生、公共环境、设备清洁、印浆等领域,经济环保,具有很好的商业前景。

Claims (9)

1.一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份~90份,表面活性剂2份~20份,助剂5份~20份和辅料3份~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份,表面活性剂20份,助剂20份和辅料10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠90份,表面活性剂2份,助剂5份和辅料3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠70份,表面活性剂11份,助剂13份和辅料7份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、氨基酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和α-烯基磺酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述助剂为碳酸钠、粉状泡化碱、层状结晶二硅酸钠、4A氟石、偏硅酸钠、酶制剂、柔顺剂、抗再沉积剂、柠檬酸钠和香精中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、微粉硅胶、淀粉、缓释剂、泡腾崩解剂、硬脂酸镁和脱模剂中的一种或多种。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S101:在15℃~35℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌10min~15min;
S102:将所述步骤S101得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成预设形状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预设形状包括片状、颗粒状、球形或块状。
