Abstract
本发明涉及一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片及其制备方法,所述清洁片包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份~90份,表面活性剂2份~20份,助剂5份~20份和辅料3份~10份。本发明的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,性能稳定,使用方便,不会因气温及水温的变化而影响其效能的发挥,呈中性,不影响原本水体的酸碱性,不刺激织物及皮肤。原料成本低,性价比高,除了养殖、洗涤领域,还可以应用于水处理、医疗卫生、公共环境、设备清洁、印浆等领域,经济环保,具有很好的商业前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,具体涉及一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前主流的氧式固态消毒除菌清洁技术有两种,一种是普遍应用于养殖行业的以过硫酸氢钾为主要成分复配的方案;一种是广泛应用于洗涤行业的以过碳酸钠为主要成分复配的方案。这两者都是通过释放活性氧对病毒、细菌和污渍进行氧化的原理来进行消毒除菌清洁的。过硫酸氢钾存在的问题:1、pH值为1.7~2.0(3%水溶液),属酸性,经常使用会影响鱼塘水体原本的酸碱性;2、安全稳定的储运温度须控制在30℃以下;3、成本高,配方专业性要求高,使用不当还会出现倒藻,而目前又无通行的行业标准出台,仿冒产品充斥市场。过碳酸钠存在的问题:1、pH值为10.5左右(3%水溶液),属碱性,经常使用会刺激织物与皮肤;2、性质不稳定,在高温及复配状态下会释放出活性氧,造成储运中的安全隐患及在使用时的氧含量降低;3、对水温有要求,在40℃以下的常温水体中很难释氧,效能发挥受到抑制。以上问题是由其自身的自然属性所决定的,难以改变,亟待研究一种新的方案以解决这些问题,过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁技术便是在这一背景下被研发出来的。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提出一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片。
本发明的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份~90份,表面活性剂2份~20份,助剂5份~20份和辅料3份~10份。
本发明的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,性能稳定,使用方便,不会因气温及水温的变化而影响其效能的发挥,呈中性,不影响原本水体的酸碱性,不刺激织物及皮肤。原料成本低,性价比高,除了养殖、洗涤领域,还可以应用于水处理、医疗卫生、公共环境、设备清洁、印浆等领域,经济环保,具有很好的商业前景。

作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份,表面活性剂20份,助剂20份和辅料10份。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠90份,表面活性剂2份,助剂5份和辅料3份。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠70份,表面活性剂11份,助剂13份和辅料7份。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、氨基酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和α-烯基磺酸中的一种或多种。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述助剂为碳酸钠、粉状泡化碱、层状结晶二硅酸钠、4A氟石、偏硅酸钠、酶制剂、柔顺剂、抗再沉积剂、柠檬酸钠和香精中的一种或多种。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、微粉硅胶、淀粉、缓释剂、泡腾崩解剂、硬脂酸镁和脱模剂中的一种或多种。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法。
所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S101:在15℃~35℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌10min~15min;S102:将所述步骤S101得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成预设形状。
进一步地,所述预设形状包括片状、颗粒状、球形或块状。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
1、过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁剂中的主体成分是过氧化硫酸钠。过氧化硫酸钠是由无水硫酸钠、过氧化氢、氯化钠及结晶助剂按一定的比例及工艺混合后反应生成的固态粉末产品。(购自山西宝清化工有限公司,其化学分子式为4Na2SO4·2H2O2·NaCl)

过氧化氢含量/%≥9.0(活性氧含量/%>4.5)
稳定性/%≥9.5
干燥湿重/%≤1.0
pH值(30g/1.25℃)6~8
铁含量/%≤0.005
颗粒度(直径1.25mm及以下)≥95%
外观白色晶体粉末
3、性能与特点
性能:增氧、消毒、杀菌、漂白、除异味、净水
特点:(1)性质稳定过氧化硫酸钠为“笼”型结构,其中的过氧化氢分子被硫酸根-氧原子所形成的的“笼”牢牢包裹,自身稳定。且笼型结构对周围气温及固态介质不敏感,复配不反应,配伍应用稳定,不受气温变化影响。
(2)释氧充分过氧化硫酸钠遇水即溶,能够快速充分释放一切活性氧,不受水体温度变化而被抑制,效能及作用完全得到发挥。
(3)介于中性过氧化硫酸钠pH值为6-8之间,介于中性。
总之,过氧化硫酸钠是一种稳定的,中性的,高效的,安全的新型过氧化物。本技术发明方案便是基于这些优点而研发的。
实施例1
实施例1提出了一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份,表面活性剂20份,助剂20份和辅料10份。
其中,表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠2份、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠3份、脂肪酸钠8份、氨基酸盐4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份和α-烯基磺酸2份。助剂为碳酸钠2份、粉状泡化碱3份、层状结晶二硅酸钠1份、偏硅酸钠6份、酶制剂2份、柔顺剂1份、抗再沉积剂2份、柠檬酸钠2份和香精1份。辅料为微晶纤维素2份、微粉硅胶2份、淀粉1份、泡腾崩解剂1份、硬脂酸镁1份和脱模剂3份。
实施例1的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在15℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌15min。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成片状。
实施例2
实施例2提出了一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠90份,表面活性剂2份,助剂5份和辅料3份。
其中,表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠1份和脂肪酸钠2份。助剂为碳酸钠1份、粉状泡化碱1份、层状结晶二硅酸钠1份、4A氟石1份和偏硅酸钠1份。辅料为微晶纤维素1份、淀粉1份和硬脂酸镁1份。
实施例2的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在25℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌10min。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成球形。
实施例3
实施例3提出了一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠70份,表面活性剂11份,助剂13份和辅料7份。
其中,表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠2份、脂肪酸钠3份、氨基酸盐2份、和α-烯基磺酸4份。助剂为碳酸钠4份、粉状泡化碱3份、层状结晶二硅酸钠1份、4A氟石1份和偏硅酸钠4份。辅料为微晶纤维素2份、微粉硅胶2份、淀粉1份、泡腾崩解剂1份和脱模剂1份。
实施例3的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在35℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌13min。
(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成块状。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例3的区别仅在于将70份过氧化硫酸钠换成70份过硫酸氢钾,其余配方和步骤均相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例3的区别仅在于将70份过氧化硫酸钠换成70份过碳酸钠,其余配方和步骤均相同。
将实施例3与对比例1和对比例2进行对比,得到结果如下:
(1)储运安全比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,测试不同温度下其有效成分即活性氧的分解率,见表1。

从表1可以看出含过氧化硫酸钠的清洁片性能稳定,基本不受温度变化的影响。
(2)效能比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,比较不同水体温度下的消毒杀菌数值,得到的结果见表2。

从表2可以看出,虽然差别不大,但是含有过氧化硫酸钠的清洁片相对于另外两种清洁片,其效能更加平稳,基本不受水体温度的影响,且消毒除菌的效果更好。
(3)酸碱比较
称取同样含量的单位样品,在3%水溶液中测试其pH值,得到表3的结果。

从表3中可以看出,含过氧化硫酸钠制剂的pH值呈中性,不会影响原来水体的酸碱性,不会刺激织物及皮肤。
综上,本发明的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,性能稳定,使用方便,不会因气温及水温的变化而影响其效能的发挥,呈中性,不影响原本水体的酸碱性,不刺激织物及皮肤。原料成本低,性价比高,除了养殖、洗涤领域,还可以应用于水处理、医疗卫生、公共环境、设备清洁、印浆等领域,经济环保,具有很好的商业前景。

1.一种过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份~90份,表面活性剂2份~20份,助剂5份~20份和辅料3份~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠50份,表面活性剂20份,助剂20份和辅料10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠90份,表面活性剂2份,助剂5份和辅料3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:过氧化硫酸钠70份,表面活性剂11份,助剂13份和辅料7份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、氨基酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和α-烯基磺酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述助剂为碳酸钠、粉状泡化碱、层状结晶二硅酸钠、4A氟石、偏硅酸钠、酶制剂、柔顺剂、抗再沉积剂、柠檬酸钠和香精中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片,其特征在于,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、微粉硅胶、淀粉、缓释剂、泡腾崩解剂、硬脂酸镁和脱模剂中的一种或多种。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S101:在15℃~35℃环境温度下依次将所述过氧化硫酸钠、所述助剂、所述表面活性剂和所述辅料混合后并搅拌10min~15min;
S102:将所述步骤S101得到的混合物加入压片设备中制备成预设形状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的过氧化硫酸钠消毒除菌清洁片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预设形状包括片状、颗粒状、球形或块状。
