本发明涉及日化洗涤产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种除菌洗衣粉。
背景技术
随着人们对高品质健康生活的追求,越来越多消费者希望洗涤剂能具有优异、广谱的除菌效果。一般来说,可以用于洗衣粉的杀菌剂有以下几种:阳离子表面活性剂(如季铵盐类)、含氯化合物(如二氯异氰尿酸钠、2,4,4'-三氯-2羟基-二苯醚、二氧化氯)、过氧化物(如过氧化碳、过硼酸钠)。中国专利CN105670822A提到用阳离子改性的钠基蒙脱土,加入到洗衣粉中起到柔顺和抗菌作用,该方法由于洗涤过程中阴、阳离子电性中和作用,除菌效果较差;中国专利CN101177653A提到将二氯异氰尿酸钠添加到洗衣粉配方中,该方法杀菌效果好,但由于添加量较大,成本较高,气味较大;中国专利CN1477184A提到将二氧化氯应用于洗衣粉中,达到良好的杀菌效果,但产品储存过程中二氧化氯稳定性较差;过氧化氢及过氧乙酸,作为广谱、速效、高效杀菌剂,在洗衣粉中广泛应用,中国专利CN106906062A将过碳酸钠加入洗衣粉中,在四乙酰乙二胺活化剂作用下,产生过氧乙酸,对织物具有强效杀菌作用,同时还对织物有亮白增艳的效果,但该方法产品储存过程中过碳酸钠稳定性较差、容易分解,同时洗涤过程要求水温40℃以上,才能充分发挥过氧化物的杀菌和作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种除菌洗衣粉,解决过碳酸钠稳定性差、易分解,杀菌效果弱的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出以下技术方案:
一种除菌洗衣粉,含有至少一种常规洗衣粉组合物,所述除菌洗衣粉按重量份计,包括5.0~30.0份包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒、0.2~3.0份活化剂、0.1~2.0份活化剂增效剂和0.1~2.0份活氧稳定剂,其中,所述活化剂增效剂的结构式为:

其中R1、R2是含有1~5个碳原子的烷基,M为H或Na。
可以理解地,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的结构为包衣组分包裹过碳酸钠。通过将过碳酸钠颗粒喷涂包衣层后,可有效隔离水分对过碳酸钠的影响,同时提升过碳酸钠的热稳定性。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的包衣组分包含25~35重量份的羟丙基甲基纤维素、2~4重量份的聚乙烯醇、2~5重量份的二氧化硅和1~3重量份的甘油。
优选地,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的包衣组分包含30份羟丙基甲基纤维素、3份聚乙烯醇、4份二氧化硅和2份甘油。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的活性氧含量为12.0~15.0%,包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒在除菌洗衣粉中的重量百分比为5.0~30.0%。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)、癸氧基苯甲酸(DOBA)、癸酰氧基苯磺酸钠(DOBS)中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物,其在除菌洗衣粉中的重量百分比为0.2~3.0%。
优选地,所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺(TAED),过碳酸钠分解出的过氧化氢与四乙酰乙二胺反应生成过氧羧酸,过氧羧酸比过氧化氢氧化性更强,更能有效杀菌。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述活化剂增效剂为乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDTMPAS),其在除菌洗衣粉中的重量百分比为0.1~2.0%。
碱性水溶液中,过氧化物很容易分解,当有微量过渡金属离子存在时,过氧化物的分解速度将快速上升。通过添加乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠,能有效螯合水中的过渡金属离子,从而减缓过氧化物的分解速度,较长时间维持溶液中HOO-、CH3COOO-处于较高浓度,有利于除菌。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述活氧稳定剂为乙二胺二琥珀酸(S,S-EDDS)、次氨基三乙酸(NTA)中的任意一种或两种的混合物,其在除菌洗衣粉中的重量百分比为0.1~2.0%。活氧稳定剂与本发明所述的活化剂增效剂乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠复配使用,可以更加有效稳定水洗涤溶液中过氧化物的浓度,提升除菌洗衣粉的整体除菌效果。

其进一步地技术方案为,所述软水助剂是为了除去洗涤用水中的钙、镁等金属离子,金属离子的存在会影响到表面活性剂的活性从而影响到洗涤剂的去污力,适合本发明的软水助剂选自4A沸石、泡花碱、复合硅酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述其他助剂选自元明粉、有色点缀粒子、消泡剂中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
除菌洗衣粉的制备方法可采用现有洗衣粉的制备方法,例如下述的制备方法,制备除菌洗衣粉包括以下步骤:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的水,加热至55-70℃,然后依次加入元明粉、一部分阴离子表面活性剂、软水助剂、活化剂增效剂、活氧稳定剂、抗再沉积剂、荧光增白剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥,得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒、活化剂、剩余阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、酶制剂、香精及剩余助剂,混合均匀即得到所述的除菌洗衣粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明所能达到的技术效果包括:
本发明提供的技术方案通过加入包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒,复配活化剂、活化剂增效剂和活氧稳定剂,对除菌效果可起到协同增效的作用,显著提高洗衣粉产品储存过程中过碳酸钠的活氧稳定性;配合加入四乙酰乙二胺、烷基胺膦酸盐和活氧稳定剂,可有效提高过氧化物在常温洗涤条件下的除菌效率,保证强效除菌。
本发明采用包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒,由于包衣层的保护,能有效隔离湿、热条件对过碳酸钠的影响,显著提高洗衣粉产品储存过程中过碳酸钠的活氧稳定性;通过活化剂、活化剂增效剂和活氧稳定剂的协同作用,有效提高过氧化物在低温洗涤条件下的除菌效率,保证洗衣粉产品的强效除菌。

本发明实施例提供一种除菌洗衣粉,含有至少一种常规洗衣粉组合物,所述除菌洗衣粉按重量份计,包括5.0~30.0份包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒、0.2~3.0份活化剂、0.1~2.0份活化剂增效剂和0.1~2.0份活氧稳定剂,其中,所述活化剂增效剂的结构式为:

其中R1、R2是含有1~5个碳原子的烷基,M为H或Na。
可以理解地,所述常规洗衣粉组合物包括构成洗衣粉所必需的组分,通常包括表面活性剂、生物酶制剂、软水助剂、抗再沉积剂、荧光增白剂、香精及其他助剂,其常规物质以及用法用量为本领域技术人员所熟知,本发明对此不做赘述。
本实施例提供的技术方案通过加入包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒,复配活化剂、活化剂增效剂和活氧稳定剂,对除菌效果可起到协同增效的作用,显著提高洗衣粉产品储存过程中过碳酸钠的活氧稳定性;配合加入四乙酰乙二胺、烷基胺膦酸盐和活氧稳定剂,可有效提高过氧化物在常温洗涤条件下的除菌效率,保证强效除菌。
实施例1-6
实施例1-6是本发明提供的一种除菌洗衣粉的具体实施例,实施例中采用的包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的包衣组分包含30份羟丙基甲基纤维素、3份聚乙烯醇、4份二氧化硅和2份甘油,除菌洗衣粉的组分及各组分的重量百分比含量如表1所示。

实施例1-6所述的除菌洗衣粉,其制备方法如下:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的水,加热至65℃,然后依次加入元明粉、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸钠、4A沸石、柠檬酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、EDTMPAS、活氧稳定剂、增白剂CBS-X,边加料边搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥,得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒、TAED、MES、AEO9、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、蓝粒子、绿粒子、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的除菌洗衣粉。
对比例1-5
对比例提供的洗衣粉,采用的包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒包衣组分包含30份羟丙基甲基纤维素、3份聚乙烯醇、4份二氧化硅和2份甘油,对比例1-5的洗衣粉组分及各组分的重量百分比含量如表2所示。

性能测试实验
试验例1活氧稳定性
测试方法:选实施例1-6和对比例1同一批包装完好的成品除菌洗衣粉,室温存放3个月、6个月、1年、2年、3年,按《分光光度法测定过氧化氢含量》(立白集团检测标准)分别测试除菌洗衣粉中的活氧保持率,结果见表3所示。

由表3可以看出,本发明实施例1-6的除菌洗衣粉中活氧保持率明显优于对比例1的活氧保持率,实施例1-6中3年保质期内活氧的酶活还能保持50%以上;而对比例1添加的市售普通过碳酸钠颗粒,无包裹组分,稳定性差,在含有一定水分的洗衣粉中活氧含量下降很快,3年时间已完全无活氧。因此,可以看出,过碳酸钠颗粒经过实施例1-6的包裹材料包裹后,能有效提高其在洗衣粉产品储存过程中的活氧稳定性。
试验例2除菌率
测试方法:选实施例1-6和对比例2-5同一批包装完好的成品除菌洗衣粉,按《QB/T2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》分别测试除菌洗衣粉的抑菌效果,测试温度22℃,测试溶液浓度0.2%,测试时间10min,结果见表4所示。

由表4可以看出,在含过碳酸钠的除菌洗衣粉体系中,添加活化剂TAED可显著提高洗衣粉产品的除菌率,如果在此基础上再单独添加活氧稳定剂S,S-EDDS、NTA或活化剂增效剂EDTMPAS,则除菌效果进一步提升,当S,S-EDDS与EDTMPAS复配使用时除菌效果最佳。

Claims (10)

1.一种除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括5.0~30.0份包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒、0.2~3.0份活化剂、0.1~2.0份活化剂增效剂和0.1~2.0份活氧稳定剂,其中,所述活化剂增效剂的结构式为:

其中R1、R2是含有1~5个碳原子的烷基,M为H或Na。
2.如权利要求1所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的包衣组分包含25~35重量份的羟丙基甲基纤维素、2~4重量份的聚乙烯醇、2~5重量份的二氧化硅和1~3重量份的甘油。
3.如权利要求2所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述包裹型过碳酸钠颗粒的活性氧含量的质量分数为12.0~15.0%。
4.如权利要求1所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺、癸氧基苯甲酸、癸酰氧基苯磺酸钠中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述活化剂增效剂为乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述活氧稳定剂为乙二胺二琥珀酸、次氨基三乙酸中的任意一种或两种的混合物。
7.如权利要求1~6所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,还包括常规洗衣粉组合物,所述常规洗衣粉组合物选自表面活性剂、生物酶制剂、软水助剂、抗再沉积剂、荧光增白剂、香精及其他助剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
9.如权利要求7所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述软水助剂选自4A沸石、泡花碱、复合硅酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
10.如权利要求7所述的除菌洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述其他助剂选自元明粉、有色点缀粒子、消泡剂中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
