Abstract
本发明公开了一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠及制备方法,其由如下质量百分含量的组分组成:保湿剂:17‑28%,pH调理剂:4.5‑5.5%,抑菌剂:0.15‑0.35%,表面活性剂:52‑84%,分散剂:0.1‑0.3%,微胶囊香精:0.8‑2.0%,复合酶:0.3‑0.9%,去离子水:4.5‑6.5%,其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的混合,所述蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的质量比为(1‑3):(1‑3):(1‑3)。本发明提供的洗涤凝珠高效安全,对皮肤无刺激,具有高效去污效果,稳定性高,对织物结壳、污垢再沉积有很好的防止作用,能够有效抑制细菌滋生。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化品技术领域,具体涉及一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠及制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠里面是浓缩洗涤剂,外面的薄膜采用水溶性高分子聚乙烯醇,遇水则溶,使用时无需剪开薄膜。平时需要存放在干燥、阴凉的地方,使用时用干手触摸。作为新产品,洗衣凝珠比传统的洗涤用品拥有更便捷之处。由于采用浓缩配方,洗衣凝珠的使用量比其他产品的少。洗衣凝珠的密封包装对于消费者而言更加方便,不脏手、不容易倾洒,易于保洁。低水配方,低泡易洗,只需一般洗衣液的一半用水量。
中国专利申请CN106281760A公开了一种洗衣凝珠液,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂60-90%,溶剂1-20%,助剂1-10%,水1-10%;所述的表面活性剂的各复配组分及其在洗衣凝珠液中的重量百分比分别为:蓖麻油甲酯乙氧基化物1-50%,仲烷基磺酸钠1-20%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠1-50%,烷基糖苷1-20%。虽然,该发明可用于配制水含量小于10%的高浓缩洗衣凝珠液体,保证水溶性高分子PVA材质的包装不会因液体含水量过高而溶解,且洗涤效果好,洗后易于漂洗,配方中使用的原料易于生物降解产物,对环境友好。但是,其去污效果以及抑菌性能有待进一步提高。
中国专利申请CN107057876A公开了一种抑菌洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,其包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C8-16烷基葡糖苷、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、醋酸氯已定、对氯间二甲苯酚、甘油、碱性蛋白酶、色素、防腐剂、香精、纤维酶。虽然其具有较强的去污能力和抑菌效果,但其稳定性较差,对固体污垢再沉积没有很好的效果。
目前,现有的洗衣凝珠存在去污效果不理想,抑菌性能差等问题,不能满足人们对高质量洗衣凝珠的追求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠及制备方法。本发明提供的洗涤凝珠高效安全,对皮肤无刺激,具有高效去污效果,稳定性高,对织物结壳、污垢再沉积有很好的防止作用,能够有效抑制细菌滋生。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,由如下质量百分含量的组分组成:
保湿剂:17-28%
pH调理剂:4.5-5.5%
抑菌剂:0.15-0.35%
表面活性剂:52-84%
分散剂:0.1-0.3%
微胶囊香精:0.8-2.0%
复合酶:0.3-0.9%
去离子水:4.5-6.5%,
其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的混合,所述蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的质量之比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
基于污渍的复杂性,本发明采用复合酶来提升整体的去污力。本发明的复合酶由蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶按一定质量比组成,通过各组分的协同作用,能够达到多种酶组分同时作用于污渍的不同底物的目的,并能产生更为高效的优异的协同去污效果。本发明的复合酶能有效去除蛋白类、淀粉类、油脂类污渍,同时作用于棉纤维,有抗污渍的再沉积、去毛球、维护织物颜色等功能。
进一步的,所述蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的质量之比为1:1:2
进一步的,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇的混合,其中,甘油的添加量为2.0-5.0%,丙二醇的添加量为15-23%。本发明将甘油和丙二醇复配作为保湿剂添加到配方中,对织物损伤力小,性能温和、稳定性好,增加织物的柔软性,洗后的衣物柔软蓬松,不易变形,对手部皮肤具有保湿作用,不会因长时泡水而产生褶皱,干燥等。
进一步的,所述pH调理剂为三乙醇胺。
进一步的,所述抑菌剂为醋酸氯己定。醋酸氯己定作为抑菌剂,在本发明中能够提高洗涤凝珠的抑菌效果,且高效安全,对皮肤无刺激。。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为椰油脂肪酸、烷基苯磺酸、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9和C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合,其中,椰油脂肪酸的添加量为3.0-6.0%,烷基苯磺酸的添加量为3.0-6.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的添加量为6.0-12%,C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9的添加量为20-30%,C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的添加量为20-30%。
C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9的加入使复合酶成为活化状态,进一步增加酶的活性。
进一步的,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的制备方法为(1)将10mL冰醋酸加入反应瓶中,在冰水浴中冷却30min,加入2mL7.5%氯磺酸,混合均匀后加入5g月桂醇,搅拌30min,直至月桂醇完全溶解,制得混合溶液,备用;(2)将15mL正丁醇加入所述混合溶液中,匀速搅拌10min,加入3mL饱和碳酸钠水溶液,之后加入5g无水碳酸钠,静置45min后,将正丁醇层分离至烧杯中,再加入10mL正丁醇,搅拌10min后,将正丁醇层分离至烧杯中,合并两次分离得到的正丁醇层,并用分液漏斗进行分层,分离出水层,将正丁醇溶液倒入烧杯中,放入80℃干燥箱内干燥5h,制得所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
本发明制备的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠纯度高,活化性能强而且降解能力也有较大增强,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠与非离子表面活化剂(如烷基苯磺酸、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚)能够形成一种复配体系,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠能够促进非离子表面活化剂的活化性能,两者混合共同增加了复配体系的表面活性和表面张力,能够提高洗涤凝珠的洗涤效果,而且由于月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的降解功能,使得清洗过后用少量水即可冲洗干净,特别适合机洗衣物。
进一步的,所述分散剂为PA 25CL-FR。PA 25CL-FR为阴离子共聚物钠盐,可以很好的分散和悬浮固体污垢,提高清洗力,同时分散钙镁离子,防止织物结壳,防止污垢再沉积。提高洗涤凝珠的稳定性。
本发明还提供一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)称取去离子水、保湿剂、pH调理剂、抑菌剂加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌15-30min至透明液体;2)称取表面活性剂加入乳化锅中,搅拌至透明液体;3)分别称取微胶囊香精、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维酶、分散剂加入乳化锅中,30-50r/min速度搅拌15-20分钟后检验;4)PH至控制7.2-8.0,粘度:200-400mpa;5)检验合格后过滤到储罐中,静止10-15小时后罐装。
进一步的,所述步骤2)具体为先分别称取椰油脂肪酸、烷基苯磺酸加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌并均质3-5分钟至透明液体;再称取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌并均质3-5分钟,再称取C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9(AEO-9)、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚加入乳化锅中搅拌20-30分钟至透明液体。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明提供的洗涤凝珠含有多种酶制剂,将蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶按一定质量比组成复合酶,通过各组分的协同作用,能够达到多种酶组分同时作用于污渍的不同底物的目的,并能产生更为高效的优异的协同去污效果,能有效去除蛋白类、淀粉类、油脂类污渍,同时作用于棉纤维,有抗污渍的再沉积、去毛球、维护织物颜色等功能;
2、醋酸氯己定的加入能够有效抑制细菌滋生,安全高效,对皮肤无刺激。
3、PA 25CL-FR的加入,提高了洗涤凝珠的稳定性,能够分散钙镁离子,对织物结壳、污垢再沉积有很好的防止效果。
4、本发明中加入具有软化硬水,协助去污能力的助剂-椰油脂肪酸,使得洗衣凝珠在硬水条件下依然有良好的去污力。
5、将甘油和丙二醇复配作为保湿剂添加到配方中,对织物损伤力小,性能温和、稳定性好,增加织物的柔软性、耐洗性,洗后的衣物柔软蓬松,不易变形,对手部皮肤具有保湿作用,不会因长时泡水而产生褶皱,干燥等。
6、本发明采用特定方法制备的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠纯度高,活化性能强,而且降解能力也有较大增强,与非离子表面活化剂(如烷基苯磺酸、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚)复配,能够提高洗涤凝珠的洗涤效果,而且由于月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的降解功能,使得清洗过后用少量水即可冲洗干净,特别适合机洗衣物。
7、本发明采用微胶囊香精,可持久留香,让消费者时刻保持愉悦的使用感。同时本发明为高浓缩配方,专为机洗设计,使用方便,对环境友好,是一种高效友好健康的洗衣产品。还可以降低洗衣机磨损的噪音,日常使用中实现了节水节电,同时延长了洗衣机的使用寿命。

试验例一、柔软试验
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例4和对比例5制备的洗衣凝珠。
2、试验方法:选用100%纯棉毛巾,采用洗衣机机洗标准模式,用国家标准洗衣液作为参比,循环洗涤5次后,评估毛巾的柔软度,测试人员为10人,测试前需进行相关培训。测试人员对采用试验材料洗后的毛巾的柔软度进行评分,10分为最高分,1分为最低分,综合数据取平均值,分数越高代表柔软度越好。
3、试验结果
试验结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-实施例4制备得到的洗涤凝珠的柔软度评分较高,显著高于对比例1-对比例4,这说明本发明洗涤凝珠具有较为优异的柔软性能,其中,实施例3的柔软性能最佳,为本发明的最佳实施例。
试验例二、杀菌实验
1、试验材料:实施例1-实施例4和对比例1-对比例4制备的洗涤凝珠。
2、试验方法:
根据QB/T2738-2012进行杀菌实验,实验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌,稀释倍数为1:100,测试作用时间是20分钟。
3、试验结果
试验结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,本发明实施例1-4制备得到的洗涤凝珠的杀菌率较高,这说明洗涤凝珠具有优异的杀菌性能;与对比例1-对比例4相比,本发明洗涤凝珠具有更加显著的杀菌效果。
试验例三、去污力试验
1、试验样品:实施例1-4、对比例1-4制备的洗涤凝珠。
2、试验方法:
根据国家标准GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行去污力测试,其中EMPA117为血渍、奶渍、汗渍的混合污布,CFTC-S-28为大米淀粉污布。样品2为37℃放置4周后的样品。样品和样品2所用量为1/8国家标准洗衣液用量。
3、试验结果
试验结果如表3所示。

由表3可以看出,与对比例1-4相比,本发明实施例1-4制得的洗涤凝珠对炭黑污布、蛋白污布、皮脂污布、EMPA117和CFTC-S-28均有良好的去污效果,且37℃放置4周后的样品仍具有良好的去污效果,这说明本发明洗涤凝珠具有优异的去污能力,且其高效稳定。
试验例四、泡沫性能测试
将实施例1-4、对比例1-4所述洗涤凝珠用去离子水配制60mL质量分数0.1%的水溶液,添加至KrüssDFA100动态泡沫仪的测试圆筒内,恒温至30℃,设定气流速度0.3L/min,鼓气时间30s,记录泡沫高度和半衰期。记录结果参见表4。

由表4可以看出,与对比例1-4相比,本发明实施例1-4制得的洗涤凝珠的泡沫性能显著优于对比例1-4。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。
Claims (10)
1.一种超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于:由如下质量百分含量的组分组成:保湿剂:17-28%
pH调理剂:4.5-5.5%
抑菌剂:0.15-0.35%
表面活性剂:52-84%
分散剂:0.1-0.3%
微胶囊香精:0.8-2.0%
复合酶:0.3-0.9%
去离子水:4.5-6.5%,
其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的混合,所述蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的质量之比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维酶的质量之比为1:1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇的混合,其中,甘油的添加量为2.0-5.0%,丙二醇的添加量为15-23%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述pH调理剂为三乙醇胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂为醋酸氯己定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为椰油脂肪酸、烷基苯磺酸、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9和C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合,其中,椰油脂肪酸的添加量为3.0-6.0%,烷基苯磺酸的添加量为3.0-6.0%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的添加量为6.0-12%,C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9的添加量为20-30%,C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的添加量为20-30%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠的制备方法为(1)将10mL冰醋酸加入反应瓶中,在冰水浴中冷却30min,加入2mL7.5%氯磺酸,混合均匀后加入5g月桂醇,搅拌30min,直至月桂醇完全溶解,制得混合溶液,备用;(2)将15mL正丁醇加入所述混合溶液中,匀速搅拌10min,加入3mL饱和碳酸钠水溶液,之后加入5g无水碳酸钠,静置45min后,将正丁醇层分离至烧杯中,再加入10mL正丁醇,搅拌10min后,将正丁醇层分离至烧杯中,合并两次分离得到的正丁醇层,并用分液漏斗进行分层,分离出水层,将正丁醇溶液倒入烧杯中,放入80℃干燥箱内干燥5h,制得所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠,其特征在于,所述分散剂为散PA25CL-FR。
9.一种制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的超浓缩织物洗涤凝珠的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)称取去离子水、保湿剂、pH调理剂、抑菌剂加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌15-30min至透明液体;2)称取表面活性剂加入乳化锅中,搅拌至透明液体;3)分别称取微胶囊香精、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维酶、分散剂加入乳化锅中,30-50r/min速度搅拌15-20分钟后检验;4)PH至控制7.2-8.0,粘度:200-400mpa;5)检验合格后过滤到储罐中,静止10-15小时后罐装。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)具体为先分别称取椰油脂肪酸、烷基苯磺酸加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌并均质3-5分钟至透明液体;再称取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠加入乳化锅中,30-60r/min速度搅拌并均质3-5分钟,再称取C12-15链烷醇聚醚-9(AEO-9)、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚加入乳化锅中搅拌20-30分钟至透明液体。
