中国发明专利申请(申请号CN201510437124.0申请日2015.07.23)公开了一种多功能洗衣凝珠,其重量百分比组分包括:C14-16烯烃磺酸钠30-35%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(9EO)15-20%、十二烷基苯磺酸10-12%、阳离子烷基多糖苷5-8%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.01-0.03%、D-泛醇1-2%、苯氧乙醇0.3-0.7%、香精0.1-0.3%、三氯生0.05-0.1%、蛋白酶0.01-0.03%、余量为去离子水。该产品具有洗涤、护理、杀菌、消臭、愉悦身心多重功效,节能减排,使用方便。但该专利申请主要有效成分为采用大量的表面活性剂C14-16烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和十二烷基苯磺酸,并未有其他有效的添加物,对于脱色的衣物无法起到防串色的效果,这样就造成洗衣凝珠的洗涤功能等级不高,及其洗涤功能相对较单一,无法满足需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种防串色洗衣凝珠,该防串色洗衣凝珠具有防串色,护衣护色,防染色的作用。该发明的第二个目的是提供上述防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种防串色洗衣凝珠,包括以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂50-70%、生物活性酵素5-12%、脂肪酶3-10%、蛋白酶5-12%、无磷硬水软化剂2-6%、椰油酸酯3-13%、香料0.5-2%、肽3-6%。
进一步的,所述防串色洗衣凝珠包括以下按质量百分比计的组分:表面活性剂55-65%、生物活性酵素6-8%、脂肪酶5-8%、蛋白酶6-8%、无磷硬水软化剂3-5%、椰油酸酯6-10%、香料1-1.8%、肽4-5%。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠复配,十二烷基甜菜碱与直链烷基苯磺酸酸钠复配,脂肪酸钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配中的一种或多种混合,也可以是上述材料和其复配中的一种或多种混合。
进一步的,所述生物活性酵素为采用葡萄柚、山茶和无患子中的一种或多种原料进行发酵制得,采用的生物活性酵素含有生物活性酶和植物精华,具有防串色的功能。

一种防串色洗衣凝珠,包括以下按质量百分比计的组分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠复配剂62%、无患子活性酵素7%、番木瓜脂肪酶8%、木瓜蛋白酶8%、硬脂酸钠3%、椰油酸酯6.5%、香料1%、肽4.5%。
一种防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将十二烷基苯磺酸钠与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠复配剂、无患子活性酵素和椰油酸酯按顺序依次加入,然后搅拌混合后进行冷却至其温度低于20℃;
2)将番木瓜脂肪酶、木瓜蛋白酶和肽按顺序依次加入上述混合物中,然后搅拌混合静止至其温度为室温;

实验例:
按照AATCC61-水洗色牢度的要求,将实施例1、2、3中制得的洗衣凝珠与标准洗衣液对比,得到的结果如图1所示。
按照GB/T 13174-2008的要求,将实施例1、2、3中制得的洗衣凝珠稀释5倍后与标准洗衣液对比,得到的结果如图2所示。
通过上述对比实验可以看出,本发明洗衣凝珠具有良好的防串色功能,其去污性能也能够满足GB/T 13174-2008国家标准。

5.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述脂肪酶为番木瓜脂肪酶、花生脂肪酶和白地霉脂肪酶中的一种或多种混合。
6.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述蛋白酶为木瓜蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶中的一种或多种混合。
7.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述无磷硬水软化剂为沸石、磺化煤和硬脂酸钠中的一种或多种混合。
8.如权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将表面活性剂、生物活性酵素和椰油酸酯按顺序依次加入,然后搅拌混合后进行冷却至其温度低于20℃;
2)将脂肪酶、蛋白酶和肽按顺序依次加入上述混合物中,然后搅拌混合静止至其温度为室温;
3)将无磷硬水软化剂和香料加入上述混合物中,然后搅拌混合使用水溶膜包裹制成洗衣凝珠。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶膜中添加有苦味剂。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶膜为淀粉、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酸中的一种或多种混合。
