本发明属于日化品生产加工领域,具体涉及一种迷你洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠亦称洗衣珠,是一种创新性的洗衣产品,因外形似珠子,而得名为洗衣凝珠。洗衣凝珠里边是浓缩洗衣液,外面的薄膜通常采用水溶性高分子膜,遇水则溶,使用时无需剪开薄膜。由于采用浓缩配方,洗衣凝珠的使用量比其他产品少。洗衣凝珠质地软化浓稠适中,性质温和不伤衣物,特有的低泡浓缩锁色配方,更易漂洗,凝珠遇水则溶无残留,还能更有效地去除污渍让衣物洁净如新,添加香精香料洗涤衣物后气味芳香。是近年来从欧美引入中国的一款主打日化产品,其洗涤活性成分高度浓缩化,所以一般单次用量只需传统洗衣液体积的1/3甚至1/4,但是在国内消费者对其热情并不高,除了本身价格更贵和国内消费者使用习惯一时难以改变外,每次必须使用一整颗对于单次清洗衣物较少的消费者来说并不划算。洗衣凝珠的消费受众当前有很大一部分是年轻人,他们大多单身但又热衷于尝试新鲜事物,传统的整颗用量并不适合于单次洗涤衣物较少的这部分受众,故而优化产品设计,有利于开发这部分市场需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种迷你洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,以回应上述问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:一种迷你洗衣凝珠及其制备方法包括下述按重量份配比计的原料:聚乙烯醇水溶膜(PVA材质)5~8份、十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐35~40份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐30~32份、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-73~5份、乙醇胺酯2~3份、丙二醇8~12份、甘油15~18份、聚乙二醇2~4份、棕榈仁油酰胺3~5份、氢化蓖麻油1~3份、柠檬酸盐5~6份、蛋白酶1份~1.5份、淀粉酶0.1~0.2份、甘露聚糖酶0.2~0.4份、香茅醇1~3份,去离子水10~15份,柠檬酸0.5~0.8份。具体制备方法如下:
(1)制备洗衣凝珠的包和物:混合十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐、桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-7、乙醇胺酯、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、蛋白酶放入三柱螺旋高速反应罐,搅拌速度为80~120r/min,搅拌时间为30~45min,得混合液A。
(2)将棕榈仁油酰胺、氢化蓖麻油、柠檬酸盐、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、一半所述去离子水加入上述混合液A中,继续搅拌,搅拌速度为70~90r/min,搅拌时间为20~30min,得混合液B。
(3)将香茅醇及剩余去离子水加入混合液B中,搅拌速度为100~110r/min,搅拌时间为50~60min,得混合液C即为凝珠液。
(4)将凝珠液通过保温管件输送到水溶性薄膜包装机中,凝珠液分拣分量为5克。
(5)灌装入单颗聚乙烯醇水溶膜定量薄膜中,然后热压注射封膜,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果:通过添加柠檬酸而改变聚乙烯醇水溶膜属性,提高了降解效率,并且通过提供一种调整传统装量而制备的迷你凝珠,能够减少清洗少量衣物时使用传统整颗的用量浪费,节约成本,保护环境的同时满足单次洗涤衣物较少但又喜欢使用洗衣凝珠的受众需求。

一种迷你洗衣凝珠及其制备方法包括下述按重量份配比计的原料:聚乙烯醇水溶膜(PVA材质)5份、十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐35份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐30份、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-75份、乙醇胺酯3份、丙二醇8份、甘油15份、聚乙二醇4份、棕榈仁油酰胺3份、氢化蓖麻油3份、柠檬酸盐5份、蛋白酶1份份、淀粉酶0.1份、甘露聚糖酶0.2份、香茅醇1份,去离子水10份,柠檬酸0.5份。具体制备方法如下:
(1)制备洗衣凝珠的包和物:混合十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐、桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-7、乙醇胺酯、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、蛋白酶放入三柱螺旋高速反应罐,搅拌速度为100r/min,搅拌时间为35min,得混合液A。
(2)将棕榈仁油酰胺、氢化蓖麻油、柠檬酸盐、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、一半所述去离子水加入上述混合液A中,继续搅拌,搅拌速度为90r/min,搅拌时间为30min,得混合液B。
(3)将香茅醇及剩余去离子水加入混合液B中,搅拌速度为100r/min,搅拌时间为60min,得混合液C即为凝珠液。
(4)将凝珠液通过保温管件输送到水溶性薄膜包装机中,凝珠液分拣分量为5克。
(5)灌装入单颗聚乙烯醇水溶膜定量薄膜中,然后热压注射封膜,即得成品。
实施例2
聚乙烯醇水溶膜(PVA材质)8份、十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐40份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐32份、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-75份、乙醇胺酯3份、丙二醇12份、甘油18份、聚乙二醇4份、棕榈仁油酰胺5份、氢化蓖麻油3份、柠檬酸盐6份、蛋白酶1.5份、淀粉酶0.2份、甘露聚糖酶0.4份、香茅醇2份,去离子水15份,柠檬酸0.8份。具体制备方法如下:
(1)制备洗衣凝珠的包和物:混合十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐、桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-7、乙醇胺酯、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、蛋白酶放入三柱螺旋高速反应罐,搅拌速度为120r/min,搅拌时间为30min,得混合液A。
(2)将棕榈仁油酰胺、氢化蓖麻油、柠檬酸盐、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、去离子水加入上述混合液A中,继续搅拌,搅拌速度为90r/min,搅拌时间为20min,得混合液B。
(3)将香茅醇及剩余去离子水加入混合液B中,搅拌速度为110r/min,搅拌时间为50min,得混合液C即为凝珠液。
(4)将凝珠液通过保温管件输送到水溶性薄膜包装机中,凝珠液分拣分量为5克。
(5)灌装入单颗聚乙烯醇水溶膜定量薄膜中,然后热压注射封膜,即得成品。

(1)制备洗衣凝珠的包和物:混合十二烷基苯磺酸MEA盐、桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MEA盐、C12-14仲链烷醇聚醚-7、乙醇胺酯、丙二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇、蛋白酶放入三柱螺旋高速反应罐,搅拌速度为80~120r/min,搅拌时间为30~45min,得混合液A。
(2)将棕榈仁油酰胺、氢化蓖麻油、柠檬酸盐、淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、一半所述去离子水加入上述混合液A中,继续搅拌,搅拌速度为70~90r/min,搅拌时间为20~30min,得混合液B。
(3)将香茅醇及剩余去离子水加入混合液B中,搅拌速度为100~110r/min,搅拌时间为50~60min,得混合液C即为凝珠液。
(4)将凝珠液通过保温管件输送到水溶性薄膜包装机中,凝珠液分拣分量为5克。
(5)灌装入单颗聚乙烯醇水溶膜定量薄膜中,然后热压注射封膜,即得成品。
