本发明公开了一种单层或多层绵状洗涤剂组合物及其制备方法,该单层绵状洗涤剂组合物由包括以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:C10~C14烷基硫酸钠0.5~10.0%;其它表面活性剂1.0~20.0%;成膜剂1.0~20.0%;稳泡剂0.1~5.0%;保湿剂0.1~5.0%辅料1.0~30.0%;软水余量。该单层绵状洗涤剂组合物表面自带粘性因此可以多层叠放后裁切或模具压制得到多层绵状洗涤剂组合物。本发明所制得的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物表面自带粘性,无需额外添加粘合剂即可实现多层粘合,该单层或多层绵状洗涤剂组合物溶解速度快,去污性能良好。

本发明涉及日化洗涤产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种单层或多层绵状洗涤剂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高及环保意识的增强,国内洗涤剂朝着更加环保的浓缩型洗涤剂发展,如浓缩洗衣粉和浓缩洗衣液,但这两种浓缩型洗涤剂均存在不易定量的问题,洗衣片的出现解决了这个问题。洗衣片除了易于定量之外,还具有可自行裁剪至合适重量,灵活应对不同洗涤用量;具有体积小,便捷易携带等优点。
目前市售洗衣片多为单片制剂,如中国专利CN110437950A公开了一种洗衣片及其制作工艺,由表面活性剂及辅料分别在A、B、C、D、E不同预锅溶解混合后,一起加入主锅配制成料浆,烘干后切片成型;该方法不仅工艺繁琐,而且单片造型单一,无法做出立体造型,同时许多热敏性成分无法添加,或者添加了其功效也受烘干过程温度影响而减弱。中国专利CN106916659A公开了一种多层洗衣片及其制备方法,用液体酶、液体香料、液体柔软剂、液体护色液等原料将洗衣片单片粘合成两层或更多层洗衣片,该方法虽然实现了多种功效成分的添加,但每层洗衣片还需要喷洒或涂抹粘合剂,工艺繁琐,同时洗衣片表面容易粘腻,多层叠加后溶解性降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明提供一种自带粘性、外观蓬松、快速溶解的绵状洗涤剂组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
第一方面,本发明提供一种单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,由包括以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:
C10~C14烷基硫酸钠0.5~10.0%
其它表面活性剂1.0~20.0%;
成膜剂1.0~20.0%;
稳泡剂0.1~5.0%;
保湿剂0.1~5.0%
辅料1.0~30.0%;
软水余量。
优选的,所述C10~C14烷基硫酸钠在单层绵状洗涤剂组合物中的质量占比为0.5~5.0%。
优选的,所述成膜剂选自聚乙烯醇和含有乙烯醇单体的共聚物中的至少一种,所述成膜剂的平均分子量为55000~75000,醇解度为80%~95%。
优选的,所述稳泡剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。
优选的,所述稳泡剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种或两种组合。
优选的,所述稳泡剂在单层绵状洗涤剂组合物中的质量占比为0.3~2.0%。
优选的,所述其它表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。

第二方面,本发明提供如第一方面所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向配料锅中加入软水并加热至90℃-100℃,然后向配料锅中加入成膜剂,搅拌至全部溶解,得到成膜剂溶液;
(2)向配料锅中依次加入C10~C14烷基硫酸钠及其它表面活性剂、稳泡剂及辅料中非热敏性的辅料组分,搅拌至各物料混合均匀;
(3)配料锅降温至料体温度40℃以下,加入保湿剂、防腐剂、辅料中热敏性的辅料组分,搅拌混合,同时开启均质机打料,至料体体积发泡至原来的2倍左右出料;
(4)将步骤(3)中发泡完成的料浆加入到制片机底部储料槽中,启动储料槽中上料辊,快速转动打泡3分钟后再启动烘干滚筒,上料、烘干得到表面自带粘性的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物。
优选的,制片过程中烘干滚筒的温度控制在95-110℃,转速为5-10分钟/转。
第三方面,本发明提供一种由第一方面所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物多层叠放后裁切或模具压制后得到的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物;可选地,多层绵状洗涤剂组合物层与层之间表面可喷洒或涂抹上功效成分。所述功效成分至少包括香精和/或酶制剂。
与现有的技术方案相比,本发明的绵状洗涤剂组合物具有以下优点:
本发明通过特定组分比例的组合物制备出自带粘性的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,自带粘性的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物多层叠放后无需使用粘合剂粘合,直接裁剪或模具压制便可得到具有立体形状的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物,在多层单层绵状洗涤剂组合物叠放时,可以在层与层之间表面喷洒或涂抹上一些在高温、过酸过碱等环境中不稳定的功效成分,如香精、酶制剂等,使洗涤剂保持较高的稳定性和高洗净力。
通过稳泡技术及发泡工艺制备出来的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物可以进一步增强粘性,其外观蓬松似海绵、遇水速溶,即使是由多层单层绵状洗涤剂组合物叠放得到的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物在水中也有较快的溶解速度,因此可有效防止洗涤过程中洗涤剂组合物不溶解而导致粘附在衣物上的情况发生。

下面将对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,以下将描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
应当理解,当在本说明书和所附权利要求书中使用时,术语“包括”和“包含”指示所描述特征、整体、步骤、操作、元素和/或组件的存在,但并不排除一个或多个其它特征、整体、步骤、操作、元素、组件和/或其集合的存在或添加。

本发明涉及的原料均可从市场上直接购买。对于未特别注明的工艺参数,可参照常规技术进行。
实施例1
实施例1提供一种绵状洗涤剂组合物,以及绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法,各原料组分的质量百分比含量如表1所示。
绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)向配料锅中加入水并加热至约95℃,然后向配料锅中加入成膜剂聚乙烯醇,搅拌至全部溶解,得到成膜剂溶液;
(2)向配料锅中依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠及其它表面活性剂、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、沸石、二氧化硅、螯合剂,搅拌至各物料混合均匀;
(3)配料锅降温至料体温度40℃以下,加入甘油、防腐剂、香精及其它剩余原料,搅拌混合,同时开启均质机打料,至料体体积发泡至原来的2倍左右出料;
(4)将配制好的料浆加入到制片机底部储料槽中,启动储料槽中上料辊,快速转动打泡3分钟后再启动烘干滚筒,上料、烘干得到单层绵状洗涤剂组合物。制片过程烘干滚筒温度控制在110℃,转速为8分钟/转,单层绵状洗涤剂组合物厚度为1-1.2mm。
(5)将步骤4得到的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物叠6层,然后用四叶草形状冲压模具进行冲压切割,即得到四叶草立体造型的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物产品。

表1中,实施例1成膜剂优选平均分子量为55000-75000的聚乙烯醇PVA;多层绵状洗涤剂组合物产品成型过程中不需要添加粘合剂。
实施例2~6
实施例2~6提供一种绵状洗涤剂组合物,以及绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法,各原料组分的质量百分比含量如表2所示。
绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法如下:
(1)向配料锅中加入水并加热至约95℃,然后向配料锅中加入成膜剂聚乙烯醇,搅拌至全部溶解,得到成膜剂溶液;
(2)向配料锅中依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠及其它表面活性剂、稳泡剂、沸石、二氧化硅、淀粉、螯合剂、防串色剂,搅拌至各物料混合均匀;
(3)配料锅降温至料体温度40℃以下,加入甘油、防腐剂及辅料中热敏性的辅料组分(香精和酶制剂),搅拌混合,同时开启均质机打料,至料体体积发泡至原来的2倍左右出料;
(4)将步骤(3)发泡完成的料浆加入到制片机底部储料槽中,启动储料槽中上料辊,快速转动打泡3分钟后再启动烘干滚筒,上料、烘干得到单层绵状洗涤剂组合物。制片过程烘干滚筒温度控制在105℃,转速为9分钟/转,单层绵状洗涤剂组合物厚度为1-1.2mm。
(5)将步骤4得到的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物叠6层形成多层绵状洗涤剂组合物,用四叶草形状冲压模具进行冲压切割,即得到四叶草立体造型的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物产品。

对比例1~5
对比例1~5提供一种洗衣片,该洗衣片各原料组分的质量百分比如表3所示。

对比例1~2洗衣片的制备方法如下:
(1)向配料锅中加入水并加热至约95℃,然后向配料锅中加入成膜剂聚乙烯醇,搅拌至全部溶解,得到成膜剂溶液;
(2)向配料锅中依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠及其它表面活性剂、稳泡剂、沸石、二氧化硅、螯合剂、防串色剂,搅拌至各物料混合均匀;
(3)配料锅降温至料体温度40℃以下,加入甘油、防腐剂、香精及其它剩余原料,搅拌混合均匀;
(4)将配制好的料浆加入到制片机底部储料槽中,启动储料槽中上料辊,上料、烘干得到单层绵状洗涤剂组合物。制片过程烘干滚筒温度控制在105℃,转速为9分钟/转,单层洗衣片厚度为1-1.2mm。
(5)将步骤4得到的单层洗衣片叠6层形成多层洗衣片,用四叶草形状冲压模具进行冲压切割,即得到四叶草立体造型的多层洗衣片产品。
对比例3~5的洗衣片采用实施例2~6的制备方法制备。
分别测试上述实施例及对比例制备的皂片的粘合性能、分散性能和去污性能。
1、粘合性能、分散性能测试及测试结果
检验方法:将实施例1-6制备的绵状洗涤剂组合物及对比例1-5制备的洗衣片(尺寸:长*宽=40mm*40mm,单片厚1.0~1.2mm)分别投入25℃的1L水中,用秒表测定绵状洗涤剂组合物和洗衣片完全分散所需要的时间,测试结果如下表4所示。

由表4可见,对比例1的洗衣片未添加稳泡剂、保湿剂,对比例1、对比例2的洗衣片未采用发泡工艺,所得产品均不够蓬松,水里分散时间明显长于实施例1-6的绵状洗涤剂组合物;对比例3-5对表面活性剂及成膜剂含量的调整,同样影响了产品蓬松状态及溶解性。因此,在绵状洗涤剂组合物中采用本发明所述的稳泡技术及发泡工艺,制备出的产品外观蓬松似海绵,将大大降低其分散时间,溶解速度更快,可有效防止洗涤过程中洗涤剂组合物不溶解而导致粘附在衣物上的情况发生。另外实施例1-6的绵状洗涤剂组合物片体自带一定粘性,无需额外添加粘合剂即可实现多层粘合。
2、去污性能测试及测试结果
检验方法:参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》标准,采用国标炭黑JB-01、国标蛋白JB-02、国标皮脂JB-03三种污布进行测试,测试结果如下表5所示(结果为相对于标准洗衣液的去污值)。

去污性能测试中,测试的普通市售洗衣片是指总活性物含量为50~55%的市售加酶洗衣片。
由表5可见,实施例1的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物由于未加酶,国标蛋白污布去污力低于市售洗衣片,国标皮脂、国标碳黑污布去污力均优于市售洗衣片;实施例2-6的多层绵状洗涤剂组合物的国标皮脂、蛋白、碳黑去污性能均优于普通市售洗衣片,整体去污性能良好。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,由包括以下质量百分比的原料组分制成:
C10~C14烷基硫酸钠0.5~10.0%;
其它表面活性剂1.0~20.0%;
成膜剂1.0~20.0%;
稳泡剂0.1~5.0%;
保湿剂0.1~5.0%
辅料1.0~30.0%;
软水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述C10~C14烷基硫酸钠在单层绵状洗涤剂组合物中的质量占比为0.5~5.0%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述成膜剂选自聚乙烯醇和含有乙烯醇单体的共聚物中的至少一种,所述成膜剂的平均分子量为55000~75000,醇解度为80%~95%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂在绵状洗涤剂组合物中的质量占比为0.3~2.0%;所述稳泡剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种或两种组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述其它表面活性剂选自阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自磺酸盐型表面活性剂、硫酸盐型表面活性剂、脂肪酸盐型表面活性剂和磷酸酯盐型表面活性剂中的至少一种;所述非离子表面活性剂选自C12~C14烷基糖苷、C12~C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12~C18醇与环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物的缩合物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自丙二醇、甘油、甘露醇、异丙醇中的至少一种;所述辅料选自淀粉、沸石、二氧化硅、螯合剂、防腐剂、酶制剂、防串色剂、除菌剂、聚合物、抗氧化剂、香精中的至少一种。
9.一种如权利要求1~8所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向配料锅中加入软水并加热至90℃-100℃,然后向配料锅加入成膜剂,搅拌至全部溶解,得到成膜剂溶液;
(2)向配料锅中依次加入C10~C14烷基硫酸钠及其它表面活性剂、稳泡剂、部分辅料,搅拌至各物料混合均匀;
(3)配料锅降温至料体温度40℃以下,加入保湿剂、防腐剂、辅料中热敏性的辅料组分,搅拌混合,同时开启均质机打料,至料体体积发泡至原来的2倍左右出料;
(4)将步骤(3)中发泡完成的料浆加入到制片机底部储料槽中,启动储料槽中上料辊,快速转动打泡3分钟后再启动烘干滚筒,上料、烘干得到表面自带粘性的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物;
所述烘干滚筒的温度控制在95-110℃,转速为5-10分钟/转。
10.一种多层绵状洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,由权利要求1-9任一项所述的单层绵状洗涤剂组合物多层叠放后裁切或模具压制得到;可选地,多层绵状洗涤剂组合物层与层之间表面可喷洒或涂抹上功效成分,所述功效成分至少包括香精和/或酶制剂。
