背景技术
水溶性单位剂量制品因其高效且易于使用而受到消费者的喜爱。然而,由于使用固有的小体积,这样的产品具有可用于制剂灵活性的有限空间的缺点。因此,洗涤剂组合物通常可定制成对特定污渍是有效的,然而其对于另一类型的污渍可能不如所期望的那样有效。
本领域需要一种对油渍和草渍两者提供有效的清洁的水溶性单位剂量制品。这两种污渍通常同时在要洗涤的织物特别是儿童织物上发现。因此,消费者期望在单次洗涤操作中能够有效地去除两种污渍类型的清洁产品。

发明内容

水溶性单位剂量制品可包含厌恶剂,优选地苦味剂。厌恶剂可位于洗涤剂组合物中、水溶性膜内、水溶性单位剂量制品的外表面上或它们的混合。

液体衣物洗涤剂组合物
水溶性单位剂量制品包含液体衣物洗涤剂组合物。本文中所谓的“液体”意指能够润湿和处理基质的任何组合物,并包括诸如分散体、凝胶、糊剂等形式。例如,分散体是在其中包含固体或颗粒物的液体。液体组合物也可包含适当的细分形式的气体。

液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按液体衣物洗涤剂组合物的重量计0.1%至10%、优选地0.5%至8%、更优选地0.75%至6%的非离子表面活性剂。非离子表面活性剂优选地选自脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂、羰基合成的非离子表面活性剂、格尔伯特非离子表面活性剂以及它们的混合物。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可任选地包含疏水改性聚合物。液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按组合物的重量计介于1%和8%之间的疏水改性聚合物。优选地,疏水改性聚合物为含聚乙二醇的聚合物。换句话说,聚合物包含聚乙二醇,例如聚乙二醇主链。更优选地,含聚乙二醇的聚合物选自具有接枝有至少一个乙酸乙烯酯链的聚乙二醇主链、接枝有至少一个聚乙烯醇链的聚乙二醇主链以及它们的混合物的聚合物。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺。优选地,液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含按组合物的重量计介于1%和8%之间的乙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含纤维素聚合物。优选地,纤维素聚合物选自疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素、阳离子改性的羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素以及它们的混合物。
液体衣物洗涤剂组合物可包含衣物洗涤助剂成分,其中该衣物洗涤助剂成分优选地选自调色染料、酶、结构剂、增白剂、螯合剂、美观染料、香料、包封的香料、织物护理成分、污垢悬浮液或污垢释放聚合物、非水性溶剂、厌恶剂以及它们的混合物。
水溶性膜
本发明的单位剂量制品包括水溶性膜。优选地水溶性膜具有介于20微米和100微米之间的厚度。
在制成水溶性单位剂量制品之前,水溶性膜优选地具有介于30μm和100μm之间、优选地介于50μm和100μm之间、甚至更优选地介于65μm和88μm之间、最优选地介于76μm和85μm之间的厚度。本文中,我们指的是膜在经过任何热成形或增塑技术(诸如例如热成形为模具)之前的厚度。
本发明的膜是可溶于或可分散于水中的。
优选地,如通过在本文中提出的方法测量的,使用具有20微米最大孔尺寸的玻璃过滤器之后,所述膜具有至少50%、优选地至少75%、或甚至至少95%的水溶解度:
将50克±0.1克的膜材料加入到预称量过的400ml烧杯中,并且加入245ml±1ml的蒸馏水。将其在24℃下在设定为600rpm的磁力搅拌器(Labline型号1250)或等同物和5cm磁力搅拌器上剧烈搅拌30分钟。然后,将该混合物经由具有上述指定孔尺寸(最大20微米)的折叠式定性多孔玻璃过滤器过滤。通过任意常规方法将收集的滤液中的水分干燥,并测定剩余材料的重量(溶解或分散的那部分)。然后,可计算出溶解度或分散度的百分比。
优选的膜材料优选地为聚合物材料。如本领域所已知的,膜材料可通过例如将聚合物材料浇注、吹塑、挤出或吹塑挤出而获得。
适合用作小袋材料的优选的聚合物、共聚物或其衍生物选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚亚烷基氧、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、纤维素、纤维素醚、纤维素酯、纤维素酰胺、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚羧酸和聚羧酸盐、聚氨基酸或肽、聚酰胺、聚丙烯酰胺、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、多糖(包括淀粉和明胶)、天然树胶(诸如黄原胶和角叉菜胶)。更优选的聚合物选自聚丙烯酸酯和水溶性丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、糊精、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、麦芽糖糊精、聚甲基丙烯酸酯,并且最优选地选自聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇共聚物和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、以及它们的组合。优选地,小袋材料中的聚合物(例如PVA聚合物)的水平为至少60%。聚合物可具有任意的重均分子量,优选地约1000至1,000,000、更优选地约10,000至300,000、还更优选地约20,000至150,000。
聚合物的混合物也可用作小袋材料。这对于根据其应用和所需的要求来控制隔室或小袋的机械特性和/或溶解特性来讲可能是有益的。合适的混合物包括例如其中一种聚合物具有比另一种聚合物高的水溶解度,和/或一种聚合物具有比另一种聚合物高的机械强度的混合物。还合适的是具有不同重均分子量的聚合物的混合物,例如重均分子量为约10,000至40,000、优选地约20,000的PVA或其共聚物的混合物,以及重均分子量为约100,000至300,000、优选地约150,000的PVA或其共聚物的混合物。还适于本文的是聚合物共混物组合物,例如包含水解可降解的和水溶性的聚合物共混物诸如聚交酯和聚乙烯醇,可通过混合聚交酯和聚乙烯醇而获得,通常包含约1重量%至35重量%的聚交酯和约65重量%至99重量%的聚乙烯醇。优选地用于本文的是约60%至约98%水解、优选地约80%至约90%水解以改善材料的溶解特性的聚合物。
优选的膜表现出在冷水(其意指未加热的蒸馏水)中的良好溶解性。优选地,此类膜表现出在温度24℃,甚至更优选地在10℃下的良好溶解性。所谓的良好溶解性,是指如上所述,通过在本文中提出的方法测量的,在使用具有20微米最大孔尺寸的玻璃过滤器之后,所述膜表现出至少50%、优选地至少75%、或甚至至少95%的水溶解度。
在本文所述的膜中的总PVA树脂含量中,PVA树脂可包含约30重量%至约85重量%的第一PVA聚合物,或约45重量%至约55重量%的第一PVA聚合物。例如,PVA树脂可包含约50重量%的每种PVA聚合物,其中第一PVA聚合物的粘度为约13cP并且第二PVA聚合物的粘度为约23cP。
当然,可在制备本发明的隔室中采用不同的膜材料和/或不同厚度的膜。选择不同膜的有益效果是,所得的隔室可表现出不同的溶解度或脱膜特性。
本文的膜材料还可包含一种或多种添加剂成分。例如,可能有利的是添加增塑剂,例如甘油、乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙二醇、山梨醇以及它们的混合物。其它的添加剂可包括待递送至洗涤水的水和功能性洗涤剂添加剂,包括表面活性剂,例如有机聚合物分散剂等。
另选地,本文中使用的是通过聚乙酸乙烯酯水解得到的可商购获得的聚乙烯醇(PVA)。这些膜的溶解度可通过PVA的水解度或通过使用交联剂来选择性地调节。优选地,该膜包含具有约90%至约99%、优选地约92%至约98%、更优选地约94%至约98%的水解度的聚乙酸乙烯酯。水解度表示为转变成乙烯醇单元的乙酸乙烯酯单元百分比。
适用于本文的可商购获得的PVA的示例是得自Aicello的BP26、得自Aquafilm的L10和L15、得自Kuraray的VF-M和VM-S以及得自Monosol的E-2060,特别优选地用于本文的是得自Aicello的BP26。材料的厚度可影响溶解动力学,具有介于约1μm和约200μm之间、更优选地介于10μm和100μm之间的厚度的膜优选地用于本文。
用于本文中的其它优选的材料是淀粉、淀粉衍生物、纤维素和纤维素衍生物,更特别的是甲基纤维素以及它们的混合物。特别优选地用于本文的是包含羟丙基甲基纤维素的聚合物。
优选的膜为由Monosol以贸易参考M8630、M8900、M8779、M8310、M9467供应的那些。用于本发明的合适膜包括由Monosol供应的用于以下Procter and Gamble产品的那些:TIDE PODS、CASCADE ACTION PACS、CASCADE PLATINUM、CASCADE COMPLETE、ARIEL3IN1PODS、TIDE BOOST ORIGINAL DUO PACs、TIDE BOOST FEBREZE SPORT DUO PACS、TIDEBOOST VIVID WHITE BRIGHT PACS、DASH、FAIRY PLATINUM。
用于本发明的膜可具有与在2015年5月21日从英国超级市场以Ariel Pods 3in1品牌购买的产品中使用的相同的化学物质。外容器是不透明的刚性桶,通常为绿色,并且包括条形码4 015600 385392。
膜可为不透明的、透明的或半透明的。膜可包括印刷区域。印刷区域可覆盖介于10%和80%之间的膜表面;或者与隔室的内部空间接触的膜的表面的介于10%和80%之间;或者膜表面的介于10%和80%之间和隔室表面的介于10%和80%之间。
印刷区域可覆盖膜的不间断部分,或者可覆盖其部分,即包括较小的印刷区域,其总和为膜表面或与隔室的内部空间接触的膜表面或两者的介于10%和80%之间。
印刷区域可包括油墨、颜料、染料、发蓝试剂或它们的混合物。印刷区域可为不透明的、半透明的或透明的。
印刷区域可包括单一颜色,或者可包括多个颜色,甚至三个颜色。印刷区域可包括白色、黑色、蓝色、红色或它们的混合。印刷物可作为层存在于膜表面上,或者可至少部分地渗透入膜。膜将包括第一侧和第二侧。印刷区域可存在于膜的任一侧上,或存在于膜的两侧上。另选地,印刷区域可至少部分地包含在膜本身内。
印刷区域可包括油墨,其中油墨包含颜料。用于在膜上印刷的油墨优选地具有期望的水分散等级。油墨可具有任意颜色,包括白色、红色和黑色。
印刷区域可使用标准技术诸如柔版印刷或喷墨印刷实现。优选地,印刷区域借由柔版印刷实现,其中印刷膜,然后模塑成开口隔室的形状。然后将该隔室用洗涤剂组合物填充,并且将第二膜置于隔室上,并向第一膜密封。印刷区域可在膜的任一侧上或两侧上。
另选地,可在膜制造期间添加油墨或颜料,使得膜的全部或至少部分着色。
衣物洗涤方法
本发明还涉及一种进行衣物洗涤的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将根据本发明的水溶性单位剂量制品在水中稀释至少350倍以形成洗涤液体,并且然后用所述洗涤液体洗涤织物。
本发明的单位剂量制品可在洗涤操作中单独使用,或者可与其它衣物洗涤添加剂诸如织物软化剂或织物去污剂一起使用。单位剂量制品可与增香组合物诸如可商购获得的“Lenor Unstoppables”一起使用。
本文所公开的量纲和值不应理解为严格限于所引用的精确数值。相反,除非另外指明,否则每个这样的量纲旨在表示所述值以及围绕该值功能上等同的范围。例如,公开为“40mm”的量纲旨在表示“约40mm”。
实施例
以下是根据本发明的组合物的非限制性示例(成分水平表示为按组合物的重量计的百分比)。将每种组合物配制成多隔室单位剂量组合物,其中水溶性膜包含聚乙烯醇。水溶性膜包含可以商品名Bitrex从McFarland Smith商购获得的苯甲地那铵苦味剂。

Claims (18)
1.一种水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包括水溶性膜和液体衣物洗涤剂组合物,其中所述衣物洗涤剂组合物包含;
a.按所述洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于10%和45%之间的第一阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述第一阴离子表面活性剂为胺中和的直链烷基苯磺酸盐;
b.第二阴离子表面活性剂,其中所述第二阴离子表面活性剂为胺中和的乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐,所述乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐具有介于0.5和5之间的平均乙氧基化度;
c.任选地胺中和的皂;
d.脂肪醇乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂;
e.任选地疏水改性聚合物;
f.按所述洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于0.5%和20%之间的水;
其中;
所述第一阴离子表面活性剂:所述第二阴离子表面活性剂和所述非离子表面活性剂的总和的重量比介于1.3:1和3:1之间;并且
所述第一阴离子表面活性剂:胺中和的皂的重量比介于1:0和1:0.45之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包含按所述洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于20%和40%之间的所述第一阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述第一阴离子表面活性剂:所述第二阴离子表面活性剂和所述非离子表面活性剂的总和的重量比介于1.5:1和2.7:1之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述第一阴离子表面活性剂:胺中和的皂的重量比介于1:0.1和1:0.42之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述洗涤剂组合物包含按所述洗涤剂组合物的重量计介于0.5%和1.5%之间的水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中用单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺或它们的混合物中和所述第一阴离子表面活性剂、所述第二阴离子表面活性剂、所述胺中和的皂或它们的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含疏水改性聚合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述疏水改性聚合物为含聚乙二醇的聚合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述衣物洗涤剂组合物还包含选自羰基合成的非离子表面活性剂、格尔伯特非离子表面活性剂以及它们的混合物的非离子表面活性剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述液体衣物洗涤剂组合物包含纤维素聚合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述纤维素聚合物选自疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素、阳离子改性的羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素以及它们的混合物。
12.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包含衣物洗涤助剂成分。
13.根据权利要求12所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述衣物洗涤助剂成分选自调色染料、酶、结构剂、增白剂、螯合剂、美观染料、香料、包封的香料、非水性溶剂、织物护理成分、去污聚合物、污垢悬浮聚合物、厌恶剂以及它们的混合物。
14.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包含厌恶剂,并且其中所述厌恶剂位于所述洗涤剂组合物中、所述水溶性膜内、所述水溶性单位剂量制品的外表面上或它们的混合。
15.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,其中所述水溶性膜包含聚乙烯醇。
16.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包括两个内部隔室。
17.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性单位剂量制品,所述水溶性单位剂量制品包括三个或四个内部隔室。
18.一种进行衣物洗涤的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:将根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水溶性单位剂量制品在水中稀释至少350倍以形成洗涤液体,并且然后用所述洗涤液体洗涤织物。
