本发明公开一种柔顺洗衣凝珠及其制备方法与应用,属于日化领域。该洗衣凝珠产品采用的表面活性剂为绿色产品,可以完全降解,残留低,泡沫丰富,去污性能好;其结构含有羟基,季铵基等基团,具有良好的稳定性和相容性,对衣物的整理性好,可以赋予衣物良好的柔软性,滑爽手感,具有良好的柔顺整理衣物的性能,还可以增加衣物的耐洗性,是一种优良的柔软剂。本发明中所用的表面活性剂如C12‑C18烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE等作为洗涤去污主体,去污主体温和,泡沫丰富,去污效果好,刺激性低,可以完全降解。

背景技术
洗衣凝珠采用超浓缩表面活性剂,具有3倍的洁净能力;易漂洗无残留、清新宜人等优点,被认为是洗衣液和洗衣粉的替代品。洗衣凝珠在欧美市场早已取得成功,在国内市场也尚处于推广期。
目前,公开报道的洗衣凝珠的专利有CN201510436322.5,该专利公开了一种精油洗衣凝珠及其制备方法;专利CN201510437124.0,该专利公开了一种多功能洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。上述两个专利的配方存在缺陷:配方中含水量过高(≥10%),这么高含水量给洗衣凝珠的稳定性带来极大隐患。专利CN201610216176.X公开了一种柔顺洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,该专利采用山嵛酰胺丙基乙基二甲基胺乙基硫酸盐阳离子表面活性剂作为柔顺剂,该表面活性剂价格昂贵,并且作为阳离子表面活性剂容易与洗涤的主体阴离子表面活性剂相互吸引,影响洗涤效果和洗涤剂的稳定性。除此之外,我们的检索尚未发现有关于洗衣凝珠的公开报道。在本专利中,我们提出了一种柔顺洗衣凝珠产品配方及其制备方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种柔顺洗衣凝珠。该洗衣凝珠产品采用的表面活性剂为绿色产品,可以完全降解,残留低,泡沫丰富,去污性能好,该产品的柔顺功能实现主要依赖于制备的特种表面活性剂,经过该表面活性剂改良后的配方,使其柔顺柔软功能得以提升,从而让洗后的衣服更加舒服。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述柔顺洗衣凝珠的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的多元醇为乙二醇或丙三醇中的一种;
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基硅氧烷按照摩尔比1:(8~10)混合,加入催化剂,反应,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,搅拌混合均匀至60~80℃,而后加入氯铂酸,继续升温到100~120℃反应3~8h,降温到60~70℃加入二乙醇胺或者N-乙基乙醇胺,回流反应8~12h,而后去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。

所述的催化剂为氯磺酸或者氨基磺酸;其用量为催化量;优选催化剂与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.04~0.07):1。
所述的反应的条件为在30℃下反应8~12h。
所述的烯丙基缩水甘油醚与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.2~0.3):1。
所述的氯铂酸与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.01~0.02):1。
所述的二乙醇胺或者N-乙基乙醇胺与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.2~0.3):1。
具体流程如下:
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,搅拌直到混合均匀;
(2)冷却,加入多元醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和特种表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;
(3)冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀;
(4)最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌直到混合均匀为在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀。
步骤(2)中所述的冷却为冷却到55℃。
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠在日化领域中的应用。
本发明的原理:本发明为了获得一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,在配方上做了精心的选择,本发明中所用的表面活性剂如C12-C18烷基糖苷和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE等作为洗涤去污主体,泡沫丰富,去污效果好,刺激性低,可以完全降解。制备的特种表面活性剂其结构含有羟基,季铵基等基团,具有良好的稳定性和相容性,对衣物的整理性好,是一种优良的柔软剂。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明采用去污主体温和,低刺激的表面活性剂,制备得到的洗衣凝珠泡沫丰富,去污效果好,刺激性低。
(2)本发明富含特种表面活性剂,可以赋予衣物良好的柔软性,滑爽手感,具有良好的柔顺整理衣物的性能,还可以增加衣物的耐洗性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基环五硅氧烷按照摩尔比1:8混合,加入氯磺酸做催化剂,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷用量的0.04倍,在30℃下反应8h,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,烯丙基缩水甘油醚的用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.2倍,搅拌混合均匀至60℃,而后加入氯铂酸,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.01倍,继续升温到100℃反应8h,降温到70℃加入二乙醇胺,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.2倍,回流反应10h,而后旋蒸去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却到55℃加入乙二醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和特种表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀。最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
实施例2
一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基四硅氧烷按照摩尔比1:9混合,加入氨基磺酸做催化剂,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.06倍,在30℃下反应10h,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,烯丙基缩水甘油醚的用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.3倍,搅拌混合均匀至70℃,而后加入氯铂酸,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.02倍,继续升温到110℃反应6h,降温到70℃加入二乙醇胺,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.3倍,回流反应12h,而后旋蒸去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却到55℃加入丙三醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和特种表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀。最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
实施例3
一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基环五硅氧烷按照摩尔比1:10混合,加入氯磺酸做催化剂,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.07倍,在30℃下反应12h,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,烯丙基缩水甘油醚的用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.25倍,搅拌混合均匀至80℃,而后加入氯铂酸,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.015倍,继续升温到100℃反应8h,降温到65℃加入二乙醇胺,其用量为十甲基环五硅氧烷摩尔量的0.25倍,回流反应8h,而后旋蒸去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却到55℃加入乙二醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和特种表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀。最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
实施例4
一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基四硅氧烷按照按照摩尔比1:9混合,加入氯磺酸做催化剂,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.05倍,在30℃下反应10h,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,烯丙基缩水甘油醚的用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.2倍,搅拌混合均匀至70℃,而后加入氯铂酸,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.01倍,继续升温到110℃反应8h,降温到60℃加入N-乙基乙醇胺,其用量为十甲基四硅氧烷摩尔量的0.2倍,回流反应8h,而后旋蒸去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。

该对比例为未添加特种表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物;
所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却到55℃加入丙三醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,搅拌混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀。最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
效果实施例
按照QB/T 1224-2012《衣料用液体洗涤剂》规定的方法,检测本发明制备的柔顺洗衣凝珠的去污力。采用QB/T 13174-2008规定的方法和污布,同机测定洗衣凝珠试样和标准洗衣液的去污力。结果见下表。从该表的检测数据可见,本发明实施例的洗衣液具有良好的去污能力,其柔顺功能较之标准洗衣液或者未添加本发明制备的特种表面活性剂的洗衣液有了很大提高,这充分表明本发明配方的优势,得益于特种表面活性剂和其他表面活性剂组分之间的协同作用。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:

3.根据权利要求1所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶按照质量比1:1的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:
所述的特种表面活性剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将四甲基二氢基二硅氧烷和十甲基硅氧烷按照摩尔比1:(8~10)混合,加入催化剂,反应,而后加入足量碳酸钠中和并过滤,滤液和烯丙基缩水甘油醚混合,搅拌混合均匀至60~80℃,而后加入氯铂酸,继续升温到100~120℃反应3~8h,降温到60~70℃加入二乙醇胺或者N-乙基乙醇胺,回流反应8~12h,而后去除杂质,得到淡黄色透明油性表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:

6.根据权利要求4所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:
所述的催化剂为氯磺酸或者氨基磺酸;

7.根据权利要求4所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:
所述的烯丙基缩水甘油醚与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.2~0.3):1;
所述的氯铂酸与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.01~0.02):1;
所述的二乙醇胺或者N-乙基乙醇胺与十甲基硅氧烷的摩尔比为(0.2~0.3):1。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
(1)将去离子水,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE按比例混合,搅拌直到混合均匀;
(2)冷却,加入多元醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺和特种表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;
(3)冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀;
(4)最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的搅拌直到混合均匀为在70℃搅拌直到混合均匀;
步骤(2)中所述的冷却为冷却到55℃。
10.权利要求1~7任一项所述的柔顺洗衣凝珠在日化领域中的应用。
