Abstract

本发明公开一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠及其制备方法与应用,属于日化领域。该洗衣凝珠含有15~30%C12‑C18烷基糖苷、15~25%椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、10~20%表面活性剂贝斯曼LT107、10~20%贝斯曼L85,以及多元醇、酶、香精、防腐剂和去离子水等成分。本发明洗衣凝珠产品采用的表面活性剂为绿色产品,可以完全降解,残留低,去污性能好;配方中含有的贝斯曼表面活性剂组合物具有易漂洗特性,可以节约大量用水。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠采用超浓缩表面活性剂,具有3倍的洁净能力,是洗衣液和洗衣粉的替代品。目前,公开报道的洗衣凝珠的专利不超过20种,这些公开报道的专利设计多功能的洗衣凝珠,除菌的洗衣凝珠,以及增加柔顺、护色,防串色等功能的洗衣凝珠等产品。
洗衣产品的配方成分主体是表面活性剂,使用过程中表面活性剂产生的大量泡沫一方面使得去除污渍的过程变得容易,但另一方面,过多的泡沫需要更多的水漂洗,这会造成水资源的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有洗衣产品需要用较多水进行漂洗的缺陷,本发明的首要目的在于保证去污效果的同时,提供一种低泡易清洗的洗衣凝珠,该洗衣凝珠去污性能好,泡沫适中,特别容易清洗。该产品的低泡易清洗功能的实现主要依赖于精心选择的表面活性剂,经过该表面活性剂改良后的配方,织物更加容易漂洗。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠的应用。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的多元醇为乙二醇、丙三醇或者山梨醇中的一种;
所述的酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶或纤维素酶中两种以上等质量比的混合物;
所述的防腐剂优选卡松,进一步优选卡松K15;
所述的低泡易清洗洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
在40-60℃下将去离子水、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、多元醇、C12-C18烷基糖苷、贝斯曼LT107和贝斯曼L85表面活性剂混合,搅匀;冷却至室温后加入酶、香精和防腐剂,搅匀;最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
所述的低泡易清洗洗衣凝珠可以应用在日化领域。
本发明的原理是:本发明为了获得一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,在配方上做了精心的选择,本发明中所用的表面活性剂如C12-C18烷基糖苷和椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺作为洗涤去污主体,去污效果好,刺激性低。所采用的贝斯曼LT107表面活性剂具有良好的渗透,润湿和去污能力,并且具有良好的低泡性;所采用的贝斯曼L85表面活性剂具有优异的清洁能力,出色的易漂洗特性和良好的低泡性。将上述表面活性剂按照一定比例组合得到的复配洗衣凝珠产品具有良好的去污能力和低泡易漂洗特性。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下的优点及效果:
(1)本发明采用去污主体温和,低刺激的表面活性剂,制备得到的洗衣凝珠去污效果好,刺激性低。
(2)本发明配方中含有的贝斯曼表面活性剂组合物是的洗涤的衣物易漂洗,可以节约大量用水。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的酶为蛋白酶和淀粉酶的等质量混合物。
所述的低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
在40℃下将去离子水,椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,多元醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,贝斯曼LT107和L85表面活性剂依次按比例混合,搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀;最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
实施例2
一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:

将在60℃下将去离子水,椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,多元醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,贝斯曼LT107和L85表面活性剂依次按比例混合,搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀;最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
实施例3
一种低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:

所述的酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶等质量比的混合物;
所述洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
在50℃下将去离子水,椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,多元醇,C12-C18烷基糖苷,依次按比例混合,搅拌直到混合均匀;冷却至室温加入酶,香精,卡松K15,搅拌混合均匀;最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,用PVA膜包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
效果实施例
按照QB/T 1224-2012《衣料用液体洗涤剂》规定的方法,检测本发明制备的洗衣凝珠的去污力。采用QB/T 13174-2008规定的方法和污布,同机测定洗衣凝珠试样和标准洗衣液的去污力。结果见下表。从该表的检测数据可见,本发明实施例的洗衣液具有良好的去污能力,其清洗功能较之标准洗衣液或者未添加本发明制备的特种表面活性剂的洗衣液有了很大提高,同时其漂洗次数减少,这充分表明本发明配方的独特优势,个表面活性剂组分之间的协同作用。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

5.根据权利要求1所述的低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂是卡松K15。
6.权利要求1~5任一项所述的低泡易漂洗洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
在40-60℃下将去离子水、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、多元醇、C12-C18烷基糖苷、贝斯曼LT107和贝斯曼L85表面活性剂混合,搅匀;冷却至室温后加入酶、香精和防腐剂,搅匀;最后,将上述料液加入自动包装机中,包装成洗衣凝珠产品。
