Abstract
本发明提供了一种生物酵素洗衣液,包括以下重量份组分:乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠10~15份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2.5~3份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9~12份,磺酸3~4份,离子水70~80份,三聚磷酸钠1~1.5份,氢氧化钠0.4~0.5份,增稠剂0.3~0.35份,碱性蛋白酶0.15~0.2份,脂肪酶0.08~0.1份,纤维素酶0.08~0.1份,烷基糖苷3~3.5份,聚醚多元醇0.8~1份,卡松0.1~0.12份,香精0.15~0.2份,粘度调节剂0.8~0.9份。本发明不仅提升了洗衣液的综合洗涤性能。还增加了衣物亮度和抗起球功能。同时,提升了生物酶蛋白的稳定性,保持了生物酶蛋白在洗衣液中的活性,从而降低使用量,延长了洗衣液的保存时间。此外,本发明对生物酶原料要求低,产品稳定性高,大大降低了原料成本。降低了生物酶的添加用量,具有明显的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂生产技术领域,特别涉及一种生物酵素洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会物质文化的发展,人们对生活品质有了更高的要求,传统的衣物洗涤用的是洗衣粉,但是洗衣粉有着碱性强,易沉积等缺点。因而洗衣液使用方便,性质温和,去污力强等优点,逐渐被人们所认可并迅速占领终端洗涤市场。洗衣液主要是由各种表面活性剂组成,但是针对顽固污垢如血液,餐厨,油污等是无法彻底洗涤干净的。生物酵素洗衣液就是在洗衣液里添加了生物酶,其作用原理源自于酶本身的催化剂功能,洗衣液中的蛋白质酶遇水后能迅速渗透到衣物组织内,从而有效地快速分解血液,汗渍和污渍等顽固污垢。目前国内一线洗衣液品牌产品大多添加了生物酶,但这些生物酶大都由丹麦的诺维信以及杜邦所垄断,其原料价格高昂,稳定性也有欠缺。因此,国内市场亟待一种既能提高洗衣液的洗涤性能,降低原料成本,提高生物酶酶活稳定性的洗衣液。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种生物酵素洗衣液及其制备方法,其目的是为了提高了洗衣液的洗涤性能,降低原料成本,提高生物酶酶活稳定性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种生物酵素洗衣液,包括以下重量份组分:乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠10~15份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2.5~3份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9~12份,磺酸3~4份,离子水70~80份,三聚磷酸钠1~1.5份,氢氧化钠0.4~0.5份,增稠剂0.3~0.35份,碱性蛋白酶0.15~0.2份,脂肪酶0.08~0.1份,纤维素酶0.08~0.1份,烷基糖苷3~3.5份,聚醚多元醇0.8~1份,卡松0.1~0.12份,香精0.15~0.2份,粘度调节剂0.8~0.9份。
优选地,所述乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠的分子量为:310~350。
优选地,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为:580~600。
优选地,所述聚醚多元醇为聚丙二醇,分子量为900~1100。
优选地,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。
优选地,所述粘度调节剂为氯化钠。
本发明还提供了上述生物酵素洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在去离子水中依次加入三聚磷酸钠和氢氧化钠,搅拌溶解后,加入磺酸搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
S2:在混合液中加入乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀后,进行均质;
S3:在均质状态下撒入羧甲基纤维素并搅拌均匀;
S4:依次加入碱性蛋白酶,脂肪酶,纤维素酶,烷基糖苷,聚醚多元醇,卡松和香精,搅拌均匀;
S5:加入氯化钠调节粘度,得到生物酵素洗衣液。
优选地,所述S2中均质时间为4~5min。
优选地,所述生物酵素洗衣液的粘度为2500~3000cps。
优选地,所述生物酵素洗衣液用水稀释成1%水溶液的pH为7.5~8.5。
本发明的上述方案有如下的有益效果:
1、本发明不仅能够去除血液等蛋白污垢成分,还能去除油脂等污垢;提升了洗衣液的综合洗涤性能。
2、本发明中加入了纤维素酶,纤维素酶可去毛球,增加衣物光泽度,提升清洁能力的同时增加了衣物亮度和抗起球功能。
3、本发明采用烷基糖苷和聚醚多元醇的复合稳定方案,提升了生物酶蛋白的稳定性,保持了生物酶蛋白在洗衣液中的活性,从而降低使用量,同时,延长了洗衣液的保存时间。
4、本发明对生物酶原料要求低,大大降低了原料成本。另外,本发明产品稳定性高,从而降低生物酶的添加用量,具有明显的经济效益。
具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施例进行详细描述。
S1:首先在搅拌锅中依次加入去离子水78份,三聚磷酸钠1份和氢氧化钠0.4份,搅拌溶解后加入磺酸3份搅拌均匀;
S2:再加入分子量为310~350的乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠10份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2.5份和分子量为580~600的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9.3份搅拌均匀,均质5分钟;
S3:在均质状态下加入羧甲基纤维素0.3份,羧甲基纤维素需慢慢撒入,搅拌均匀;
S4:依次加入碱性蛋白酶0.2份,脂肪酶0.1份,纤维素酶0.1份,烷基糖苷3份,分子量为1000的聚丙二醇1份,卡松0.1份和香精0.2份,搅拌均匀;
S5:加入氯化钠0.8-0.9份调节粘度,得到生物酵素洗衣液;
检测合格后出料检测粘度,PH值等。
对比例1
采用市面上蓝月亮洗衣液、立白洗衣液、威露士洗衣液含酶洗衣液作对比例,按QB/T 1224-2012标准进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由上述表格可知,本发明每公斤洗衣液的原料成本明显低于其它品牌的含酶洗衣液,可还来巨大的经济效益;本发明的洗衣液生物酶添加量少,而且生物酶活性保存时间长,综合洗涤性能优异,提升了使用效果,同时,经本发明洗衣液洗涤后的衣物柔软度、白度和光泽度都非常好,具有良好的市场价值。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠10~15份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2.5~3份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9~12份,磺酸3~4份,离子水70~80份,三聚磷酸钠1~1.5份,氢氧化钠0.4~0.5份,增稠剂0.3~0.35份,碱性蛋白酶0.15~0.2份,脂肪酶0.08~0.1份,纤维素酶0.08~0.1份,烷基糖苷3~3.5份,聚醚多元醇0.8~1份,卡松0.1~0.12份,香精0.15~0.2份,粘度调节剂0.8~0.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,所述乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠的分子量为:310~350。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的分子量为:580~600。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为聚丙二醇,分子量为900~1100。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生物酵素洗衣液,其特征在于,所述粘度调节剂为氯化钠。
7.一种如权利要求1~6所述的生物酵素洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:在去离子水中依次加入三聚磷酸钠和氢氧化钠,搅拌溶解后,加入磺酸搅拌均匀,得到混合液;
S2:在混合液中加入乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀后,进行均质;
S3:在均质状态下撒入羧甲基纤维素并搅拌均匀;
S4:依次加入碱性蛋白酶,脂肪酶,纤维素酶,烷基糖苷,聚醚多元醇,卡松和香精,搅拌均匀;
S5:加入氯化钠调节粘度,得到生物酵素洗衣液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生物酵素洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中均质时间为4~5min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的生物酵素洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物酵素洗衣液的粘度为2500~3000cps。
10.根据权利要求7所述的生物酵素洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物酵素洗衣液用水稀释成1%水溶液的pH为7.5~8.5。
