Abstract

本发明提出了一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,涉及清洗剂的技术领域。本发明包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20‑40、甘油1‑10、芦荟提取物5‑10、酯基季铵盐10‑20、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵10‑20、三乙醇胺5‑15、柠檬酸1‑10、羧甲基纤维素1‑10、茉莉香精0.1‑1、水30‑50。本发明在聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚、酯基季铵盐和十八烷基三甲基氯化铵三种表面活性剂的作用下,经过环保型助剂的复配,所得清洗剂不仅具有强力的去污能力,清洗效果好,使用量少,避免了清洗剂和洗涤用水的浪费,洗涤方便;而且,性质柔和,杀菌能力强,绿色环保,使洗涤后的衣物柔软、舒适、清香宜人。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂的技术领域,特别是指一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗去污过程实际上是一个复杂的物理化学过程,常用的衣物清洗剂有个共同的特点就是由表面活性剂和助剂复配加工而成,其中表面活性剂具有亲水、亲油的两亲特性,可将污垢润湿、渗透,并借助于搓捏刷洗等外力作用而使污垢乳化、分散至清洗剂溶液中,进而达到去污作用。因此,可以说,表面活性剂的性能直接反映出了清洗剂的优劣,直接关系到洗涤后衣物的洗剂效果。
但是,现有的清洗剂由于表面的活性剂、助剂的选择不合理以及表面活性剂与助剂的复配不科学,目前现有的清洗剂产品存在去污能力差,清洗效果不是太好,洗涤后的衣物容易变色和褪色,清洗后的衣服在领口和袖口处经常会出现发黄、褪色、板结现象;而且,其制备工艺复杂,成本较高,对人体皮肤刺激大,没有消除静电,不适合广泛推广。
发明内容
本发明提出一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,解决了现有技术中衣物清洗剂去污能力弱、杀菌能力差而影响其洗涤效果的问题。
本发明的一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,其技术方案是这样实现的:包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20-40份、甘油1-10份、芦荟提取物5-10份、酯基季铵盐10-20份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵10-20份、三乙醇胺5-15份、柠檬酸1-10份、羧甲基纤维素1-10份、茉莉香精0.1-1份、水30-50份。
作为一种优选的实施方案,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚30份、甘油5份、芦荟提取物6份、酯基季铵盐15份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵15份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸5份、羧甲基纤维素5份、茉莉香精0.2份、水40份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚是一种优良的渗透剂、乳化剂、润湿剂和净洗剂,属于非离子表面活性剂,酯基季铵盐和十八烷基三甲基氯化铵是一种非常出色的阳离子表面活性剂,三者经过合理匹配,其性质温和,去污作用强,具有良好的增泡和稳泡性能;本发明在多种表面活性剂与多种助剂的科学合理的复配作用下,所得清洗剂不仅具有强力的去污能力,清洗效果好,使用量少,节约洗剂成本,避免了清洗剂和洗涤用水的浪费,洗涤方便省事;而且,本发明的阳离子表面活性剂和助剂的选择独特,使该清洗剂性质柔和,杀菌能力强,绿色环保,含有芦荟提取物、柠檬酸和茉莉香精等多种植物成分,使洗涤后的衣物柔软、舒适、清香宜人。

实施例一
本发明的一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20份、甘油1份、芦荟提取物5份、酯基季铵盐10份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵10份、三乙醇胺5份、柠檬酸1份、羧甲基纤维素1份、茉莉香精0.1份、水30份。
实施例二
本发明的一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚30份、甘油5份、芦荟提取物6份、酯基季铵盐15份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵15份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸5份、羧甲基纤维素5份、茉莉香精0.2份、水40份。
实施例三
本发明的一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚40份、甘油10份、芦荟提取物10份、酯基季铵盐20份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵20份、三乙醇胺15份、柠檬酸10份、羧甲基纤维素10份、茉莉香精1份、水50份。
效果实验1
将本发明实施例一至实施例三方法制备的杀菌型衣物清洗剂和市售普通洗涤剂进行效果对比实验,取24件养鸡厂工人穿1天的夏季工作套服(包括上衣和长裤,同一号码),随机分为4组,每组6件;第1组为用市售普通洗涤剂,机洗,用水量15L/套,清洗剂用量20mL/套;第2-4组依次为实施例一至实施例三制备的杀菌型衣物清洗剂,用水量8L/套,清洗剂用量5mL/套;1-4组的工作服在洗涤之前各浸泡5min,第1组使用时20min将工作套服洗净,第2-4组用时依次为11、12、10、10min,将工作服洗净。实验结果表明,与市售的普通洗涤剂相比,本发明的杀菌型衣物清洗剂去污能力强,使用量少,洗剂用水少,杀菌能力强,不损伤衣物本身和衣物表面的色彩,洗剂后的衣物柔和、舒适、清香宜人,适用于洗涤各种材质织物。

1.一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚20-40份、甘油1-10份、芦荟提取物5-10份、酯基季铵盐10-20份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵10-20份、三乙醇胺5-15份、柠檬酸1-10份、羧甲基纤维素1-10份、茉莉香精0.1-1份、水30-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌型衣物清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:聚氧乙烯月桂醇醚30份、甘油5份、芦荟提取物6份、酯基季铵盐15份、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵15份、三乙醇胺10份、柠檬酸5份、羧甲基纤维素5份、茉莉香精0.2份、水40份。
