D、将复合酶与水按照不低于1:0 .5的稀释比进行稀释后加入喷洒装置内;用喷洒装置将复合酶溶液喷洒在上述步骤C中所制得的洗衣片表面上并晾干,再通过剪切、冲压、包装步骤,制得超浓缩抗菌洗衣片成品。

将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将椰油酰单乙醇酰胺、茶皂素加入余量的水,加热搅拌溶解搅匀;再将羧甲基壳聚糖、烷基糖苷加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、粘合剂、香精、色素、抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;
C、压片
将配好的料经加热烘干筒烘干,加热烘干筒的温度控制为100~120℃,转速为3~10分钟/转,并压制成片状;
D、将复合酶与水按照不低于1:0 .5的稀释比进行稀释后加入喷洒装置内;用喷洒装置将复合酶溶液喷洒在上述步骤C中所制得的洗衣片表面上并晾干,再通过剪切、冲压、包装步骤,制得超浓缩抗菌洗衣片成品。
去污效率对比实验
取上述3种实施例所制作出来的超浓缩洗衣片,与目前市面上销售的超浓缩洗衣片进行对比试验,分别从去除汗渍、油渍、墨渍、染色、污泥尘土等几种污渍的去污效率进行对比评价,结果如表1所示。

Claims (9)

1.一种超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的组分:椰油酰单乙醇酰胺10~20份、茶皂素20~30份、羧甲基壳聚糖3~8份、烷基糖苷8~15份、复合酶3~6份、成膜剂1~3份、成型助剂0.5~2份、螯合剂0.05~0.2份、粘合剂0.1~0.3份、香精0.03~0.5份、色素0.01~0.1份、抗氧化剂0.02~0.08份、去离子水30~50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成型助剂为膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述复合酶为淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述复合酶中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、甘露聚糖酶及蛋白酶的质量比为2~3:2~4:1~2:3~5。
6.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠。
7.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为纤维素、麦牙糊精、糖类、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩抗菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚或特丁基对苯二酚。
9.一种超浓缩抗菌洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将椰油酰单乙醇酰胺、茶皂素加入余量的水,加热搅拌溶解搅匀;再将羧甲基壳聚糖、烷基糖苷加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、粘合剂、香精、色素、抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;
C、压片
将配好的料经加热烘干筒烘干,并压制成片状;
D、将复合酶与水按照不低于1:0 .5的稀释比进行稀释后加入喷洒装置内;用喷洒装置将复合酶溶液喷洒在上述步骤C中所制得的洗衣片表面上并晾干,再通过剪切、冲压、包装步骤,制得超浓缩抗菌洗衣片成品。
