本发明公开了一种纳米洗衣片配方,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.1~0.3份、高岭土1~2份、聚乙二醇1~3份、聚乙烯醇3.6~7.6份、白矿油1~3份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1~3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠5~11份、烯基磺酸盐1~3份、醋酸1~10份、淀粉12~20份、香料0.1~2份、纳米因子1~2份、水41.7~53.6份。其生产工艺包括以下步骤:S1:乳化、S2:冷却、S3:制片、S4:裁片。本发明,纳米因子具有超强去油去污能力,活性物质高,效果好,而且量小质轻,携带方便,不含无效的填充物,不含荧光剂及有害物质,比较环保。

本发明涉及洗衣片技术领域,具体为一种纳米洗衣片配方及其生产工艺。
背景技术
传统洗衣粉和洗衣液由于配方和生产设备的原因,以及产品形态上的缺陷,其去油能力和去污能力不够强,而且很多含有有害环境的成分,不够环保,为此,我们发明一种纳米洗衣片配方及其生产工艺。

本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米洗衣片配方及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纳米洗衣片配方,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.1~0.3份、高岭土1~2份、聚乙二醇1~3份、聚乙烯醇3.6~7.6份、白矿油1~3份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1~3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠5~11份、烯基磺酸盐1~3份、醋酸1~10份、淀粉12~20份、香料0.1~2份、纳米因子1~2份、水41.7~53.6份。
优选的,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.15~0.25份、高岭土1.2~1.7份、聚乙二醇1.5~2.5份、聚乙烯醇5~6份、白矿油1.5~2.5份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5~2.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~5份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚0.7~1.2份、十二烷基硫酸钠7~9份、烯基磺酸盐1.5~2.5份、醋酸3~7份、淀粉14~18份、香料0.7~1.5份、纳米因子1.2~1.7份、水45~50份。

一种纳米洗衣片的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:乳化:将各组分按照比例放进搅拌锅内,在400~800r/min下搅拌20~30min,温度为70℃~90℃,压力为0.2~0.4Mpa;
S2:冷却:将步骤S1中的乳化液进行冷却,冷却至40℃以下,并将冷却后的乳化液放入备用箱内,备用;
S3:制片:将步骤S2中备用箱内的乳化液涂到步骤S3中的滚轴上,保温箱的温度为50℃~290℃,至乳化液为干片,且干片的厚度为0.1~0.8 cm;
S4:裁片:将步骤S3的干片放入裁片机中进行裁片,裁剪面积为11cm×14cm,质量为3~10g,即得成品。
优选的,所述S3步骤中的制片设备为外侧是保温箱,保温箱内设有转动的滚轴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明,纳米因子具有超强去油去污能力,活性物质高,效果好,而且量小质轻,携带方便,不含无效的填充物,不含荧光剂及有害物质,比较环保。

其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:乳化:将各组分按照比例放进搅拌锅内,在400r/min下搅拌20min,温度为70℃,压力为0.2Mpa;
S2:冷却:将步骤S1中的乳化液进行冷却,冷却至40℃以下,并将冷却后的乳化液放入备用箱内,备用;
S3:制片:将步骤S2中备用箱内的乳化液涂到制片设备的滚轴上,制片设备的保温箱的温度为50℃,至乳化液为干片,且干片的厚度为0.1cm;
S4:裁片:将步骤S3的干片放入裁片机中进行裁片,裁剪面积为11cm×14cm,质量为3g,即得成品。
实施例2
一种纳米洗衣片配方,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.3份、高岭土2份、聚乙二醇3份、聚乙烯醇7.6份、白矿油3份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠11份、烯基磺酸盐3份、醋酸10份、淀粉20份、香料2份、纳米因子2份、水53.6份。
其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:乳化:将各组分按照比例放进搅拌锅内,在800r/min下搅拌30min,温度为90℃,压力为0.4Mpa;
S2:冷却:将步骤S1中的乳化液进行冷却,冷却至40℃以下,并将冷却后的乳化液放入备用箱内,备用;
S3:制片:将步骤S2中备用箱内的乳化液涂到制片设备的滚轴上,制片设备的保温箱的温度为290℃,至乳化液为干片,且干片的厚度为0.8cm;
S4:裁片:将步骤S3的干片放入裁片机中进行裁片,裁剪面积为11cm×14cm,质量为10g,即得成品。
实施例3
一种纳米洗衣片配方,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.2份、高岭土1.5份、聚乙二醇2份、聚乙烯醇5.6份、白矿油2份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚1份、十二烷基硫酸钠8份、烯基磺酸盐2份、醋酸5份、淀粉16份、香料1份、纳米因子1.5份、水48.2份。
其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:乳化:将各组分按照比例放进搅拌锅内,在600r/min下搅拌25min,温度为80℃,压力为0.3Mpa;
S2:冷却:将步骤S1中的乳化液进行冷却,冷却至40℃以下,并将冷却后的乳化液放入备用箱内,备用;
S3:制片:将步骤S2中备用箱内的乳化液涂到制片设备的滚轴上,制片设备的保温箱的温度为150℃,至乳化液为干片,且干片的厚度为0.5cm;
S4:裁片:将步骤S3的干片放入裁片机中进行裁片,裁剪面积为11cm×14cm,质量为6g,即得成品。
本发明,纳米因子具有超强去油去污能力,活性物质高,效果好,而且量小质轻,携带方便,不含无效的填充物,不含荧光剂及有害物质,比较环保。

1.一种纳米洗衣片配方,其特征在于,由以下组分组成:甲脂0.1~0.3份、高岭土1~2份、聚乙二醇1~3份、聚乙烯醇3.6~7.6份、白矿油1~3份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1~3份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2~6份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚0.5~1.5份、十二烷基硫酸钠5~11份、烯基磺酸盐1~3份、醋酸1~10份、淀粉12~20份、香料0.1~2份、纳米因子1~2份、水41.7~53.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米洗衣片配方,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:甲脂0.15~0.25份、高岭土1.2~1.7份、聚乙二醇1.5~2.5份、聚乙烯醇5~6份、白矿油1.5~2.5份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5~2.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~5份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚0.7~1.2份、十二烷基硫酸钠7~9份、烯基磺酸盐1.5~2.5份、醋酸3~7份、淀粉14~18份、香料0.7~1.5份、纳米因子1.2~1.7份、水45~50份。

4.一种如权利要求1所述的纳米洗衣片的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:乳化:将各组分按照比例放进搅拌锅内,在400~800r/min下搅拌20~30min,温度为70℃~90℃,压力为0.2~0.4Mpa;
S2:冷却:将步骤S1中的乳化液进行冷却,冷却至40℃以下,并将冷却后的乳化液放入备用箱内,备用;
S3:制片:将步骤S2中备用箱内的乳化液涂到制片设备的滚轴上,制片设备的保温箱的温度为50℃~290℃,至乳化液为干片,且干片的厚度为0.1~0.8cm;
S4:裁片:将步骤S3的干片放入裁片机中进行裁片,裁剪面积为11cm×14cm,质量为3~10g,即得成品。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的纳米洗衣片的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中的制片设备为外侧是保温箱,保温箱内设有转动的滚轴。
