本发明公开了一种环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料,其包含甲组份软乳液,乙组份硬乳液,丙组份;丙组份包括:钛白粉,硅酸镁盐,防霉抗菌剂,三羟甲基丙烷和聚丙烯酸盐;其通过如下方法制备得到:先将甲组份软乳液、乙组份硬乳液、丙组份进行混合得到混合液M,再加入与混合液M等质量的丁组份,最后制备得到本发明的环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料。本发明的高分子环保遮阳布涂料具有优良的稳定性和施工性。涂布加工后的遮阳布在纯环保的前提下,具有防水、防油、防霉抗菌、遮光庇荫、抗紫外线、耐老化、耐酸碱、耐盐、耐海洋性气候的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织化工技术领域,具体涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种全环保遮阳布涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上对遮阳布、篷布等产品的需求日益增长,但一些厂家偏面追求效益和效率,忽视了产品的功能性和方向性;此外,一些生产厂家对化工原料的特性没有充分了解清楚,导致终端产品的遮阳布出现牢固度差、布面断裂、涂层分化、布面易出现霉菌斑点等现象。但是,如果使用其他(溶剂型)的胶水制造生产遮阳布,又很难达到环保指标。
国际纺织环保组织(Okeo-tes)的标准和其他审核标准都提出转型的引导,但消除陈旧过时,环境危害打的条件困难重重,技术上存在难关。欧盟许多的监管区域对此房缪按进行着有限的监管,这一系列对出口货也产生着较大的影响。基于充分考虑可持续和环境问题,异于于DMF,在环境保护的同时使操作工人更安全,无污染的绿色产品,本发明因此而来。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有布料涂料存在的缺陷,提供一种防水、防油、防霉、抗菌,高色牢度的高分子环保遮阳布涂料,是一种新型高分子环保型组份合成涂料,适用于涤纶、帆布、尼龙等材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料,其包含甲组份软乳液,乙组份硬乳液,丙组份和丁组份;
其中,丙组份包括:钛白粉,硅酸镁盐,防霉抗菌剂,三羟甲基丙烷和聚丙烯酸盐;遮阳布涂料通过如下方法制备得到:将甲组份软乳液、乙组份硬乳液、丙组份进行混合得到混合液M,其中,各组份的质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液40%~65%,乙组份硬乳液 15%~40%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%,所述丁组份由防水剂、抗紫外线剂、渗透剂,防霉抗菌剂和水组成。
本发明优选的技术方案中,其中,所述甲组份软乳液由如下重量百分比的物质组成:丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯聚合物15~23.5%,丙烯酸酯聚合物22.0%~27.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.0%,余量为水;
所述乙组份硬乳液由如下重量百分比的物质组成:丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯聚合物20.5%~ 25.0%,丙烯酸酯聚合物16.0%~18.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.0%,余量为水。
本发明优选的技术方案中,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液45%~60%,乙组份硬乳液20%~35%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂 1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液 48.5%~56.5%,乙组份硬乳液24%~32.5%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液 48.5%,乙组份硬乳液32.5%,钛白粉3.5%,硅酸镁盐5.0%,防霉抗菌剂4.0%,三羟甲基丙烷3.0%,聚丙烯酸盐3.5%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液 55%,乙组份硬乳液25%,钛白粉6%,硅酸镁盐8%,防霉抗菌剂3%,三羟甲基丙烷2%,聚丙烯酸盐1%。
本发明优选的技术方案中,所述丁组份由如下质量百分比的物质构成:防水剂3%~5%、抗紫外线剂1%~3%、渗透剂0.01%~1%,防霉抗菌剂1%~5%,余量为水。
本发明中,硅酸镁盐包括天然硅酸镁盐材料和人工合成的硅酸镁盐材料,包括但不限定为Mg3(Si4O14)(OH)2,蛇纹石,凹凸棒石,海泡石,滑石,硅酸镁铝,硅酸镁锂等。
本发明中,防霉抗菌剂包括但不限为天然或化学合成或提取的防霉抗菌剂,包括O13PA –C24H1603AS2(58-36-6)MSK-NE150(0)牡丹皮提取物(韩国MST公司),当然还可以是本领域技术人员可以想到的其他具有相同或相似功能的组份。
防水剂可以是ADM-666,或ADM0600(Admire公司),当然还可以是本领域技术人员可以想到的其他具有相同或相似功能的组份。
渗透剂的是指一类能够帮助需要渗透的物质渗透到需要被渗透物质的化学品,工业上一般是使用表面活性剂(可以是阴离子或非离子的)或有机或无机溶剂,渗透剂一般分为非离子和阴离子两类。非离子的有JFC、JFC-1、JFC-2、JFC-E等;阴离子的有快速渗透剂T、耐碱渗透剂OEP-70、耐碱渗透剂AEP、高温渗透剂JFC-M等等。可以是本领域技术人员可以想到的其他具有相同或相似功能的组份。
抗紫外线剂是一种光稳定剂,能吸收阳光及荧光光源中的紫外线部分,而本身又不发生变化。包括水杨酸苯酯,成分邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯;紫外线吸收剂UV-P(2-(2ˊ-羟基-5ˊ- 甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑),紫外线吸收剂UV-O(2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮),紫外线吸收剂UV-9(2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮),(2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)紫外线吸收剂UV-531(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮),紫外线吸收剂UVP-327(2-(2’-羟基-3’,5’-二叔苯基)-5-氯化苯并三唑),紫外线吸收剂RMB(单苯甲酸间苯二酚酯),当然还可以是本领域技术人员可以想到的其他具有相同或相似功能的组份。
本发明的第二方面,提供前述的环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲组份按照配方配制好备用,将乙组份按照配方配制好备用,
(2)取丙组份中一定量的钛白粉与水混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用;另取硅酸镁盐与水混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备得到的甲组份与乙组份按照一定比例混合,搅拌均匀为A液备用;
(4)将步骤(2)制备得到的钛白粉溶液与硅酸镁盐溶液分别加入到步骤(3)的A液中,继续搅拌一段时间,得到B液;
(5)将丙组份的防霉抗菌剂、三羟甲基丙烷、聚丙烯酸盐依次添加到上述B液中,搅拌均匀得到混合液M;
(6)另单独配制丁组份在最后工艺阶段使用。
本发明优选的技术方案中,在步骤(2)中,钛白粉与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用;另取硅酸镁盐与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用。
本发明的高分子环保遮阳布涂料涂覆织物的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.坯布定型,温度为160℃-180℃,定型速度20-24米/分钟;
S2.将布的正面反面进行第一次涂层,涂层机烘房温度设定160℃-180℃,涂层机烘房车速设定22-26米/分钟;涂覆是用混合液M进行涂层,
S3.将已涂好的布面进行正反两面压光,使布面平滑,并使涂料与布面紧密接触以提高耐水压度,压光机的温度为80℃-110℃,压光机的运转速度28米/分钟,压力设定80-100T;
S4.将完成压光的布进行正反两面第二次涂层,涂层机烘房温度设定160℃-180℃,涂层机烘房车速设定22-26米/分钟,则得到涂层处理完成的织物;涂覆是用混合液M进行涂层,
S5.将双面涂层好的织物,放置12小时使其固化后,再将织物浸入含有防水剂、防霉剂、抗紫外线剂、浸透剂的丁组份溶液中,进行第一次预防水、抗紫外线、浸透、防霉抗菌处理;烘房温度设定160℃-180℃,烘房车速设定45米/分钟;
S6.再将前述织物浸入含有防水剂、防霉剂、抗紫外线剂、浸透剂的丁组份溶液中,进行第二次防水、抗紫外线、浸透、防霉抗菌处理,烘房车速设定20米/分钟,烘房设定温度160℃-180℃;促使涂料与布充分结合,反复折叠摩擦不会出现脱落透光的现象;
S7.将生产好的双面涂层布按要求进行切边,打卷,包装。
本发明一优选技术方案,在S2中,将布的正面反面进行第一次涂层,选用8毫米圆勾刀,使坯布重量提升75-80g/m2,单面提升35-40克/m2。
本发明一优选技术方案,在S4中,将完成压光的布进行正反两面第二次涂层,选用4 毫米圆勾刀,使坯布重量提升40-45g/m2,单面提升20-25g/m2。
本发明一优选技术方案,在S1-S6步骤中,张力设定为30-60mN/m,优选为40mN/m。

本发明的高分子环保遮阳布涂料具有优良的稳定性,施工性。本发明制备加工的遮阳布具有防水,防油,防霉抗菌,遮光庇荫,抗紫外线,耐老化,耐酸碱,耐盐,耐海洋性气候的性能。
本发明的涂料及涂布工艺技术是针对沿海区域、对应辐射/炎热/潮湿/风雨季候地区的环境条件,生成的针对布料进行处理的特殊工艺。采用本发明(特种涂层布)替代常规遮阳布,可达到常规遮阳布所达不到的国际高阶标准(水压、色牢度、防霉抗菌,环保,防紫外线辐射等),满足未来发展国内外市场的需求。本发明经过多年研究,研制出的涂料与涂层生产工艺,制备得到的环保遮阳布,已经过权威部门的检测。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
实施例1制备环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料
1.1 制备甲组份软乳液,甲组份的组成物质及重量百分比如下:

1.2 制备乙组份硬乳液,乙组份的组成物质及重量百分比如下:
1.3 取一定量钛白粉与水按照质量比1:1混合,放置30分钟,搅拌60分钟至完全溶解状态待用;
1.4 取硅酸镁铝与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,放置30分钟,搅拌60分钟至完全溶解状态,待用;
1.5 取1.1制备的甲组份软乳液48.5克与1.2制备的乙组份硬乳液32.5克进行混合,搅拌均匀15分钟,得到A液;
1.6 取1.3制备的含有钛白粉3.5g的溶液加入到上述A液中,再将1.4制备的含有硅酸镁铝5g的溶液加入到A液中,继续搅拌30分钟,得到B液;
1.7 将4克防霉抗菌剂加入到前述B液中,继续搅拌15分钟;
1.8 将3克三羟甲基丙烷加入到前述1.7混合物中,继续搅拌20分钟;
1.9 将3.5克聚丙烯酸盐加入到前述1.8的混合物中,搅拌均匀,即得到M液遮阳布涂料。
1.10 还可以根据需求,最后在上述的涂料中加入混合色浆,进行对色。
防水丁组份
1.11 取防水剂20克、抗紫外线剂5克、渗透剂0.25克,防霉抗菌剂5克,加水补足到500克,搅拌均匀10分钟后备用。
实施例2
2.1 制备甲组份软乳液,甲组份的组成物质及重量百分比如下:

2.2 制备乙组份硬乳液,乙组份的组成物质及重量百分比如下:

2.3 取一定量钛白粉与水按照3.3取一定量钛白粉与水按照质量比1:1混合,放置30 分钟,搅拌60分钟至完全溶解状态待用;
2.4 取硅酸镁铝与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,放置30分钟,搅拌60分钟至完全溶解状态,待用;
2.5 取3.1制备的甲组份软乳液56克与3.2制备的乙组份硬乳液24克进行混合,搅拌均匀15分钟,得到A液;
2.6 取3.3制备的含有钛白粉3.5g的溶液加入到上述A液中,再将3.4制备的含有硅酸镁铝5g的溶液加入到A液中,继续搅拌30分钟,得到B液;
2.7 将4克防霉抗菌剂加入到前述B液中,继续搅拌15分钟;
2.8 将3克三羟甲基丙烷加入到前述2.7混合物中,继续搅拌20分钟;
2.9 将4.5克聚丙烯酸盐加入到前述2.8的混合物中,搅拌均匀,即得到M液高分子遮阳布涂料。
2.10 还可以根据需求,最后在上述的涂料中加入混合色浆,进行对色。
防水丁组份
2.11 取防水剂20克、抗紫外线剂5克、渗透剂0.25克,防霉抗菌剂10克,加水补足到500克,搅拌均匀10分钟后备用。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备得到的涂料,达到指标效果,涂层工艺将涂料以优异的附着工艺使其强力附着在布面,以保证最终发明的优异使用效果,具有优良的稳定性和良好的施工性能,不含重金属、甲醛及放射性物质,达到优异的环保标准:无甲醛(ISO FreeCertification认证)。且具有优异的耐老化,耐酸,耐碱,耐盐性,耐油性,耐海洋性季候,和防霉抗菌(None)性能。
本发明实施例2制备得到的水性高分子遮阳布涂料具有优异的防水性能,经过检测,水压可达1200mm-5000mm;雨淋强度可达100(ISO5级-5级为顶级),色牢度可达4-5级(AATCC16 3-2014,5级为顶级)(江苏盛虹纺织品检测中心有限公司检测,No.SH-WS 2017-184524)。而现有技术的涂料检测的色牢度只有2.5级(江苏盛虹纺织品检测中心有限公司检测,No.SH-WS 2017-183903项),色牢度可达2-3级外力摩擦下涂层很容易脱落。

Claims (7)
1.一种环保型水性高分子遮阳布涂料,其特征在于,其包含甲组份软乳液,乙组份硬乳液,丙组份和丁组份;
其中,丙组份包括:钛白粉,硅酸镁盐,防霉抗菌剂,三羟甲基丙烷和聚丙烯酸盐;所述甲组份软乳液由如下重量百分比的物质组成:丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯聚合物15~23.5%,丙烯酸酯聚合物22.0%~27.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.0%,余量为水;
所述乙组份硬乳液由如下重量百分比的物质组成:丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯聚合物20.5%~25.0%,丙烯酸酯聚合物16.0%~18.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5%~1.0%,余量为水;
所述遮阳布涂料通过如下方法制备得到:将甲组份软乳液、乙组份硬乳液、丙组份进行混合得到混合液M,其中,各组份的质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液40%~65%,乙组份硬乳液15%~40%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%;所述丁组份由防水剂、抗紫外线剂、渗透剂,防霉抗菌剂和水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳布涂料,其特征在于,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液45%~60%,乙组份硬乳液20%~35%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳布涂料,其特征在于,混合液M其包含的组份及质量百分比如下:甲组份软乳液48.5%~56.5%,乙组份硬乳液24%~32.5%,钛白粉1%~5%,硅酸镁盐3%~10%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,三羟甲基丙烷1%~5%,聚丙烯酸盐1%~5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的遮阳布涂料,其特征在于,所述丁组份由如下质量百分比的物质构成:防水剂1%~6%、抗紫外线剂0.5%~5%、渗透剂0.01%~5%,防霉抗菌剂1%~10%,余量为水。
5.制备如权利要求1-4任一项所述的遮阳布涂料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲组份按照配方配制好备用,将乙组份按照配方配制好备用,
(2)取丙组份中一定量的钛白粉与水混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用;另取硅酸镁盐与水混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用;
(3)将步骤(1)制备得到的甲组份与乙组份按照一定比例混合,搅拌均匀为A液备用;
(4)将步骤(2)制备得到的钛白粉溶液与硅酸镁盐溶液分别加入到步骤(3)的A液中,继续搅拌一段时间,得到B液;
(5)将丙组份的防霉抗菌剂、三羟甲基丙烷、聚丙烯酸盐依次添加到上述B液中,搅拌均匀得到M液;
(6)另单独配制丁组份在最后工艺阶段使用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,钛白粉与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,硅酸镁盐与水按照质量比1:1混合搅拌,至完全溶解状态待用。
