本发明属于清洁用品技术领域,具体涉及一种高效清洁膏。
背景技术
在日常生活中,餐具的清洗离不开餐具清洁用品的使用,通过清洁用品洗涤餐具,可轻松去除油污。对于餐具的洗涤,常用的清洁用品为洗洁精,洗洁精一般具有偏酸性或偏碱性,对皮肤和餐具会造成一定影响,有些洗洁精还具有轻微的腐蚀性,长期使用易伤害人体皮肤,市面上也出现有膏状的清洁膏,清洁膏的清洁效果好,但洗涤餐具需使用多量的清洁膏进行清洗,且膏体不易分散,常凝聚成团,不易遇水直接皂化出气泡,需摩擦些许时间方可起泡,未起泡的膏体随水体流失,较为浪费,利用率低,需提高清洁膏的利用率,基于此,有必要开发一种高效清洁的清洁膏。

氢氧化钠1.2~2.5%;
氧化钙0.5~1.6%;
十二烷基苯磺酸10~20%;
碳酸钠1.2~3%;
无水硫酸钠6~10%;
滑石粉3~5%;
苯甲酸钠0.05~0.2%;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2~1.25%;
羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1~0.2%;
色浆0.05~0.2%;
重质碳酸钙20~30%;
轻质碳酸钙10~15%;
颗粒摩擦剂3~15%;
甘油1~3%;
香精0.5~2%;
去离子水16~25%。
进一步说明的是,所述重质碳酸钙的粒径分布在1000目~1250目的范围内。
进一步说明的是,所述滑石粉的粒径分布在1000目~1250目的范围内。
进一步说明的是,所述颗粒摩擦剂由65%纳米活性碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、2%纤维素、3%硫酸钙、2%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。
进一步说明的是,所述颗粒摩擦剂通过以下步骤制取:将碳酸钙、硫酸钠、纤维素、硫酸钙、碳酸钠加入至分散釜分散均后匀,通过喷雾干燥形成基础粉体,将基础粉体放入研磨机中,将水喷淋在基础粉体后开始研磨,研磨完成后过80目筛,即制得颗粒摩擦剂。
进一步说明的是,上述高效清洁膏通过以下实施步骤制备:
S1.甘油加入至容器,加热至60~90℃,保温待用;
S2.去离子水加入至分散釜,在常温环境下低速搅拌,加入氢氧化钠,待溶液中无固体可见,加入氧化钙,至无气泡产生;
S3.步骤S2完成后,分散釜中溶液在常温环境下匀速搅拌,向分散釜加入十二烷基苯磺酸,待无气泡产生后,加入碳酸钠调节分散釜内pH值至7.0~7.5,搅拌至无杂质且无气泡产生;
S4.步骤S3完成后,在常温环境下匀速搅拌的条件下,加热至60~90℃保温,向分散釜依次投入滑石粉、苯甲酸钠、色浆、50%重量份的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠盐,混合至分散均匀,依次将S1中容器的甘油、香精、颗粒摩擦剂、余量的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙投入分散釜中分散混合均匀至呈膏体状,持续保温搅拌;
S5.每间隔5min取少量S4步骤中制得膏体,冷却至常温,测量膏体粘度,当粘度达到8000~10500cP时,即可停止搅拌,在保温条件下,分散釜内物料出料封装,冷却至室温即制得所述高效清洁膏。

S4.步骤S3完成后,在常温环境下匀速搅拌的条件下,加热至75℃保温,向分散釜依次投入滑石粉、苯甲酸钠、色浆、50%重量份的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠盐,混合至分散均匀,依次将S1中容器的甘油、香精、颗粒摩擦剂、余量的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙投入分散釜中分散混合均匀至呈膏体状,持续保温搅拌;
S5.每间隔5min取少量S4步骤中制得膏体,冷却至常温,测量膏体粘度,当粘度达到8000~10500cP时,即可停止搅拌,在保温条件下,分散釜内物料出料封装,冷却至室温即制得所述高效清洁膏。
实施例1至实施例6中,随着重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙用量的增加以及去离子水的减少,整体高效清洁膏的柔顺度越差且质地硬,重质碳酸钙的质量占比处在20~25%、轻质碳酸钙的质量占比处在10~13%时,高效清洁膏的质地适中且柔顺度好,其中清洁效果最好的是实施例3。

轻质碳酸钙10~15%;
颗粒摩擦剂3~15%;
甘油1~3%;
香精0.5~2%;
去离子水16~25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述重质碳酸钙的粒径分布在1000目~1250目的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述滑石粉的粒径分布在1000目~1250目的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述颗粒摩擦剂由65%纳米活性碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、2%纤维素、3%硫酸钙、2%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述颗粒摩擦剂通过以下步骤制取:将碳酸钙、硫酸钠、纤维素、硫酸钙、碳酸钠加入至分散釜分散均后匀,通过喷雾干燥形成基础粉体,将基础粉体放入研磨机中,将水喷淋在基础粉体后开始研磨,研磨完成后过80目筛,即制得颗粒摩擦剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于,通过以下实施步骤制备:
S1.甘油加入至容器,加热至60~90℃,保温待用;
S2.去离子水加入至分散釜,在常温环境下低速搅拌,加入氢氧化钠,待溶液中无固体可见,加入氧化钙,至无气泡产生;
S3.步骤S2完成后,分散釜中溶液在常温环境下匀速搅拌,向分散釜加入十二烷基苯磺酸,待无气泡产生后,加入碳酸钠调节分散釜内pH值至7.0~7.5,搅拌至无杂质且无气泡产生;
S4.步骤S3完成后,在常温环境下匀速搅拌的条件下,加热至60~90℃保温,向分散釜依次投入滑石粉、苯甲酸钠、色浆、50%重量份的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羧甲基纤维素钠盐,混合至分散均匀,依次将S1中容器的甘油、香精、颗粒摩擦剂、余量的重质碳酸钙及轻质碳酸钙投入分散釜中分散混合均匀至呈膏体状,持续保温搅拌;
S5.每间隔5min取少量S4步骤中制得膏体,冷却至常温,测量膏体粘度,当粘度达到8000~10500cP时,即可停止搅拌,在保温条件下,分散釜内物料出料封装,冷却至室温即制得所述高效清洁膏。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中的保温温度与所述步骤S4中的保温温度相同。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效清洁膏,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中的保温温度与所述步骤S5中的保温温度相同。
