背景技术
随着汽车工业的快速发展,我国汽车的保有量在迅速增加。洗车液的使用量也大大增加,洗车液的主要清洗成分都是天然植物提取的表面活性剂,这些都是国内洗发香波的主要成分,另外洗车液一般还添加有天然车蜡,天然的驱除车体静电的成分。洗车液一般都是中性的,不会伤手和漆面。但是现有的洗车液使用时需要大量用水冲洗,并且还要擦干残留水分,造成了水资源的浪费,且冲洗不够彻底时,易出现水痕,不利于推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种全免擦无痕洗车液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种全免擦无痕洗车液,配方包括:片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钾、二乙烯三胺、分散剂、乳化剂、焦磷酸钾和水,各组分的质量分数分别是:2%-10%的片碱、2%-8%的五水偏硅酸钠、0.5%-2%的氢氧化钾、3%-10%的二乙烯三胺、1%-8%的分散剂、5%-10%的乳化剂、4%-10%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水。
该全免擦无痕洗车液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料储存于阴凉、通风的库房,远离火种、热源和水源,库温不宜超过37℃,保持容器密封,应与氧化剂分开存放,切忌混储,采用防爆型照明、通风设施,禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具,储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料,各原料应分开放置,禁止集中堆放;
2)按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是:10%的片碱、8%的五水偏硅酸钠、2%的氢氧化钾、5%的二乙烯三胺、5%的分散剂、5%的乳化剂、8%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取,操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程,且操作人员需佩戴过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防腐工作服,戴橡皮手套,工作现场严禁吸烟、进食和饮水;
3)将反应釜利用中性洗涤剂清洗干净并烘干,再将称取好的水加入反应釜中,随后依次加入称取好的片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钾和碾成粉末的焦磷酸钾加入水中,缓慢搅拌均匀,搅拌速率为40-50rpm,避免液体飞溅,并升温至30-40℃;
4)再将称取好的二乙烯三胺缓慢滴加进去,并在滴加过程中持续搅拌,搅拌速率为50-80rpm,滴加完成后将依次添加分散剂和乳化剂,逐渐升温至45-50℃,利用均质搅拌机乳化均匀后,停止加热,在常温下冷却至常温出料。

2)按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是:10%的片碱、8%的五水偏硅酸钠、2%的氢氧化钾、5%的二乙烯三胺、5%的分散剂、5%的乳化剂、8%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取,操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程,且操作人员需佩戴过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防腐工作服,戴橡皮手套,工作现场严禁吸烟、进食和饮水;
3)将反应釜利用中性洗涤剂清洗干净并烘干,再将称取好的水加入反应釜中,随后依次加入称取好的片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钾和碾成粉末的焦磷酸钾加入水中,缓慢搅拌均匀,搅拌速率为40-50rpm,避免液体飞溅,并升温至30-40℃;
4)再将称取好的二乙烯三胺缓慢滴加进去,并在滴加过程中持续搅拌,搅拌速率为50-80rpm,滴加完成后将依次添加分散剂和乳化剂,逐渐升温至45-50℃,利用均质搅拌机乳化均匀后,停止加热,在常温下冷却至常温出料。
实施例3:
一种全免擦无痕洗车液,配方包括:片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钾、二乙烯三胺、分散剂、乳化剂、焦磷酸钾和水,各组分的质量分数分别是:10%的片碱、8%的五水偏硅酸钠、2%的氢氧化钾、5%的二乙烯三胺、5%的分散剂、10%的乳化剂、8%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水。
该全免擦无痕洗车液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将上述原料储存于阴凉、通风的库房,远离火种、热源和水源,库温不宜超过37℃,保持容器密封,应与氧化剂分开存放,切忌混储,采用防爆型照明、通风设施,禁止使用易产生火花的机械设备和工具,储区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料,各原料应分开放置,禁止集中堆放;
2)按照各组分的质量百分含量分别是:10%的片碱、8%的五水偏硅酸钠、2%的氢氧化钾、5%的二乙烯三胺、5%的分散剂、10%的乳化剂、8%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水进行选取,并按照重量百分比之和为1进行称取,操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程,且操作人员需佩戴过滤式防毒面具(半面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防腐工作服,戴橡皮手套,工作现场严禁吸烟、进食和饮水;

基于上述,本发明的优点在于,本发明,使用时按照1:30的比例加入净水,混合均匀后将液体喷涂于车身需要清洁部位,去污效果好,无需擦洗,且不会留下水痕,冲洗干净,省去了用水清洗的步骤,大大节省了用水量,环保节约。

Claims (9)
1.一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:配方包括:片碱、五水偏硅酸钠、氢氧化钾、二乙烯三胺、分散剂、乳化剂、焦磷酸钾和水,各组分的质量分数分别是:2%-10%的片碱、2%-8%的五水偏硅酸钠、0.5%-2%的氢氧化钾、3%-10%的二乙烯三胺、1%-8%的分散剂、5%-10%的乳化剂、4%-10%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述各组分的质量分数分别是:10%的片碱、8%的五水偏硅酸钠、2%的氢氧化钾、5%的二乙烯三胺、5%的分散剂、8%的乳化剂、8%的焦磷酸钾,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述片碱应贮存在通风、干燥的库房或货棚内,且包装容器要完整、密封,不得与易燃物和酸类共贮混运。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述五水偏硅酸钠是一种无毒、无味、无公害的白色粉末或结晶颗粒,易溶于水,不溶于醇和酸,水溶液呈碱性,具有去垢、乳化、分散、湿润、渗透性及对PH值有缓冲能力,是以二氧化硅质量分数为90%以上的石英粉和氧化钠质量分数为38%~80%的液碱为反应原料,反应完成后经过冷却结晶制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述氢氧化钾为一种白色粉末或片状固体,密封包装储存于阴凉、干燥、通风良好的库房,远离火种、热源,库温不超过35℃,相对湿度不超过80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述二乙烯三胺为一种黄色具有吸湿性的透明粘稠液体,有刺激性氨臭,可燃,呈强碱性。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述分散剂为异构醇醚1309。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为AES。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种全免擦无痕洗车液,其特征在于:所述焦磷酸钾为一种白色粉末或块状固体,相对密度2.534,熔点1109℃。
