Abstract
本发明提供一种强力去污、抑制细菌、螨虫滋生的洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述洗衣粉的质量百分比配方如下:十二烷基苯磺酸:10—20%;30%的氢氧化钠:根据磺酸中和反应计算;碳酸钠:8—20%;硅酸钠:6—10%;硫酸钠:30—50%;沸石:5—15%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10—20%;羧甲基纤维素钠0.5—2%;增白剂:0.005—0.15%;酶制剂:0.05—1%;除菌剂:5—10%;冷活化剂0.05—0.3%;香精:0.05—0.2%。本发明提供的洗衣粉能有效去除血渍、奶渍、涂料、口香糖等顽固污渍,如果使用手洗,比一般洗衣粉、肥皂、洗衣液更能有效去除污渍,进一步的,在该洗衣粉成分中,加入除菌剂和冷活化剂,能有效抑制细菌、螨虫滋生,起到除菌、除螨效果。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及洗衣粉的技术领域,尤其涉及一种强力去污渍的洗衣粉。
背景技术
德国汉高于1907年以硼酸盐和硅酸盐为主要原料,首次发明了洗衣粉,洗衣粉是一种碱性的合成洗涤剂,洗衣粉的主要成分是阴离子表面活性剂:烷基苯磺酸钠,少量非离子表面活性剂,再加一些助剂,磷酸盐、硅酸盐、元明粉、荧光剂、酶等,经混合、喷粉等工艺制成,现在大部分用4A氟石代替磷酸盐。
在现有的洗衣粉中,对于衣物上沾染的口香糖、颜料等污染物不能够彻底清洗;市场上的一些有机溶剂可实现清理衣物上较难清理的污染物,但是价格昂贵。
进一步的,由于个人体质的差异,有些人易出汗,从而会引起身上发出一些异味,而现有的洗衣粉的香味不足,不能够满足遮盖异味的作用,进一步的,经过洗衣粉洗涤过的衣物上的香味不能长时间保留,从而达不到遮盖异味的目的。

十二烷基苯磺酸 : 10-20% ;
质量百分比 30% 的氢氧化钠溶液 : 2.17-8.67%
碳酸钠 : 8-20%
硅酸钠 : 6-10%
硫酸钠 : 30-50%
沸石 : 5-15%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:10-20%
羧甲基纤维素钠 : 0.5-2%
增白剂 : 0.005-0.15%
酶制剂 : 0.05-1%
除菌剂 : 5-10%
冷活化剂:0.05-0.3%
香精:0.05-0.2%
桂花剂:0.7-1.0%

优选的,所述桂花剂的制备方法:先取出称量好的桂花,用清水浸泡洗涤,出去盐分;在利用脱水机将桂花甩干脱水,在将甩干后的桂花同磨介一起放入到密封的超细粉碎机中,进行粉碎;在粉碎机进行粉碎过程中,加入一定量的无水乙醇记性混合搅拌。
优选的,所述粉碎机的搅拌速率为115r/min,搅拌时长为50h。
优选的,所述制备方法的步骤如下:
a、将权利要中的洗衣粉组分按比例混合;
b、搅拌并加热至100℃;
c、降温,直到混合液体形成固体;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的洗衣粉的能有效去除油漆、涂料、口香糖等顽固性 污渍。如果使用手洗,比一般洗衣粉、肥皂、洗衣液更能有效去除污渍;进一步的,在该洗衣粉成分中,加入桂花剂和白糖,从而可使得洗衣粉散发清香,通过白糖作用,可有效延长洗衣粉香味的保留时间。
