本发明公开一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,包含以下质量百分比的组分:液碱2.2~3.3%;十二烷基苯磺酸16~25%;荧光增白剂0.02%;硅酸钠8~10%;碳酸钠12~20%;发泡剂1~2%;硅铝酸钠15~20%;羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1~0.2%;硫酸钠18~38%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2~1.25%;香精0.3~0.35%;蛋白酶0.1~0.15%;二元复合酶0.1~0.15%;颗粒摩擦剂3~15%;其中,所述颗粒摩擦剂由60%碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、5%纤维素、5%硫酸钙、4%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。相较于常规的洗衣粉,本发明的气泡效果好、去污能力强,在配方中各清洗成分的协同作用下能够具有优良的清洗除污的效果,且不含磷。

技术领域
本发明属于洗衣粉技术领域,具体涉及一种去污能力强的洗衣粉。
背景技术
洗衣粉是以表面活性剂为主要成份、各类不同作用的助洗剂为辅助成分的粉状合成洗涤剂,现有的洗衣粉,主要成分是阴离子表面活性剂、烷基苯磺酸钠、少量非离子表面活性剂,再加一些助剂,如4A氟石、硅酸盐、元明粉、荧光剂、酶等,经混合、喷粉等工艺制成。针对于衣物上的油漆、涂料等污渍,现有的常规洗衣粉无法有效的去除这类污渍,有些有机溶剂能够去除这类污渍但对人体有害。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种去污能力强的洗衣粉。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,包含以下质量百分比的组分:液碱2.2~3.3%;十二烷基苯磺酸16~25%;荧光增白剂0.02%;硅酸钠8~10%;碳酸钠10~20%;发泡剂1~2%;硅铝酸钠13~20%;羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1~0.2%;硫酸钠18~38%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2~1.25%;香精0.3~0.35%;蛋白酶0.1~0.15%;二元复合酶0.1~0.15%;颗粒摩擦剂3~15%;
其中,所述颗粒摩擦剂由60%碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、5%纤维素、5%硫酸钙、4%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。
进一步说明的是,所述发泡剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
进一步说明的是,所述颗粒摩擦剂中的碳酸钙为纳米活性碳酸钙,粒径分布在100~
125um。
进一步说明的是,所述颗粒摩擦剂通过以下步骤制取:将碳酸钙、硫酸钠、纤维素、硫酸钙、碳酸钠加入至分散釜分散均后匀,通过喷雾干燥形成基础粉体,将基础粉体放入研磨机中,将水喷淋在基础粉体后开始研磨,研磨完成后过20目筛,即制得颗粒摩擦剂。
上述配方中,十二烷基苯磺酸与硅酸钠、碳酸钠在配置过程中相中和,生成不易氧化、气泡能力强的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,结合表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其他清洗助剂能够更好地实现润湿衣物及渗透衣物上的污垢,颗粒摩擦剂可增加衣服在摩擦时的摩擦力,使如油漆污渍的顽固污垢在摩擦作用及其他清洗助剂的作用下易于清理,蛋白酶、二元复合酶能够作用于不易被摩擦去除的蛋白质,使蛋白质分解更易被摩擦清洗,洗脱后的污垢被表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚吸附形成小胶束,在羧甲基纤维素钠盐使胶束均匀分散在水体中,在水体的流动下,随水体流出,从而达到清洗污物的目的,本发明中,针对于顽固污渍,在配方中各清洗成分的协同作用下能够具有优良的清洗除污的效果,且不含磷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
相较于常规的洗衣粉,本发明的气泡效果好、去污能力强,在配方中各清洗成分的协同作用下能够具有优良的清洗除污的效果,且不含磷。

所述颗粒摩擦剂由60%碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、5%纤维素、5%硫酸钙、4%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,通过以下步骤制取:将碳酸钙、硫酸钠、纤维素、硫酸钙、碳酸钠加入至分散釜分散均后匀,通过喷雾干燥形成基础粉体,将基础粉体放入研磨机中,将水喷淋在基础粉体后开始研磨,研磨完成后过20目筛,即制得颗粒摩擦剂,颗粒摩擦剂的粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。

一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,包含以下质量百分比的组分:液碱2.08%;十二烷基苯磺酸16%;荧光增白剂0.02%;硅酸钠10%;碳酸钠10%;发泡剂2%;硅铝酸钠13%;羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1%;硫酸钠38%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%;香精0.3%;蛋白酶0.1%;二元复合酶0.1%;颗粒摩擦剂7.3%。
实施例2
一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,包含以下质量百分比的组分:液碱2.21%;十二烷基苯磺酸17%;荧光增白剂0.02%;硅酸钠10%;碳酸钠12%;发泡剂2%;硅铝酸钠15%;羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1%;硫酸钠33.4%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.2%;香精0.3%;蛋白酶0.1%;二元复合酶0.1%;颗粒摩擦剂6.57%。

一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,包含以下质量百分比的组分:液碱2.99%;十二烷基苯磺酸20%;荧光增白剂0.02%;硅酸钠8.5%;碳酸钠18%;发泡剂1%;硅铝酸钠17%;羧甲基纤维素钠盐0.1%;硫酸钠18.2%;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.25%;香精0.35%;蛋白酶0.15%;二元复合酶0.1%;颗粒摩擦剂12.34%。
上述实施例1至8均通过以下步骤制取:
按配方比例准确称取各成分,将十二烷基苯磺酸及液碱放入分散釜中分散混合,混合完成后相分散釜依次加入荧光增白剂、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、硅铝酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠盐、硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,通过喷雾干燥和气提老化,获得基粉,而后将基粉与香精、蛋白酶、二元复合酶、颗粒摩擦剂输送至混合釜分散混合,即得到产品。
上述实施例1至实施例8中,随着硫酸钠的质量占比越少,清洁效果越佳,但形成粉体流动性越差,其中,实施例1至3制得的粉体流动性较好,实施例7及实施例8制得的粉体流动性较差,实施例4至实施例6形成的粉体流动性良好;随着颗粒摩擦剂的质量占比越多,形成的粉体应用时,衣物由于碳酸钙的存在会变得衣物过硬并且覆盖在衣物上,使覆盖在衣物表面的表面活性剂减少,反而使清洗效果变差,其中颗粒摩擦剂最佳的质量占比范围在10%至13%之间。

其中,所述颗粒摩擦剂由60%碳酸钙、25%硫酸钠、3%水、5%纤维素、5%硫酸钙、4%碳酸钠的颗粒粉构成,粒径分布在0.5~0.8mm。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去污能力强的洗衣粉,其特征在于:所述颗粒摩擦剂中的碳酸钙为纳米活性碳酸钙,粒径分布在100~125um。
