本发明涉及洗化用品领域,具体涉及一种高效洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣片是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。洗衣片实现的定量洗涤,克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水,有望在国内得到推广,随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对洗衣片产品质量的要求也越来越高,洗衣片的需求量将会越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,活性物高、多功能、使用简便将是洗衣片的发展趋势。

针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种高效洗衣片及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高效洗衣片,包括以下组分:脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁、乙烯脲、成膜剂、成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂、去离子水。
作为优选,所述高效洗衣片中各组分的质量份数为:脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、甲基丙烯基环己烯3~8份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2~6份、羟甲基淀粉钠1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.8~2份、乙烯脲0.5~1.5份、成膜剂0.5~1.8份、成型助剂0.3~1份、螯合剂0.03~0.1份、PH调节剂0.1-1份、香精0.01~0.1份、去离子水10~30份。
作为优选,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述成型助剂为膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠。
作为优选,所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
一种高效洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;
C、压片
将配好的料经加热烘干筒烘干,并压制成片状,再通过剪切、冲压、包装步骤,制得高效洗衣片成品。

其中,成膜剂为聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺的等质量比混合物,成型助剂为膨润土,螯合剂为焦磷酸钠,PH调节剂为柠檬酸。
上述高效洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;

其中,成膜剂为聚乙二醇,成型助剂为云母和高岭土的等质量比混合物,螯合剂为焦磷酸钠,PH调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
上述高效洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;

一种高效洗衣片,包括以下质量份数的组分:脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺12份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、甲基丙烯基环己烯6份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份、羟甲基淀粉钠3份、硬脂酸镁1.4份、乙烯脲1份、成膜剂1.2份、成型助剂0.7份、螯合剂0.06份、PH调节剂0.5份、香精0.05份、去离子水20份。
其中,成膜剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素,成型助剂为滑石,螯合剂为焦磷酸钠,PH调节剂为柠檬酸。
上述高效洗衣片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;
C、压片
将配好的料经加热烘干筒烘干,并压制成片状,再通过剪切、冲压、包装步骤,制得高效洗衣片成品。
实验例
去污效率对比实验
取上述3种实施例所制作出来的高效洗衣片,与目前市面上销售的洗衣片进行对比试验,分别从去除汗渍、油渍、墨渍、染色、污泥尘土等几种污渍的去污效率进行对比评价,结果如表1所示。

2.如权利要求1所述的高效洗衣片,其特征在于,各组分的质量份数为:脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8~15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、甲基丙烯基环己烯3~8份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2~6份、羟甲基淀粉钠1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.8~2份、乙烯脲0.5~1.5份、成膜剂0.5~1.8份、成型助剂0.3~1份、螯合剂0.03~0.1份、PH调节剂0.1-1份、香精0.01~0.1份、去离子水10~30份。
3.如权利要求1所述的高效洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的高效洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成型助剂为膨润土、滑石、云母、高岭土中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的高效洗衣片,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为焦磷酸钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的高效洗衣片,其特征在于,所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠。
7.一种高效洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、称量
按要求检验各原辅材料,按配方比例称量各原辅材料,备用;
B、配料混合
将成膜剂先按比例加水,加热搅拌溶解得到成膜剂溶液,备用;将脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲基丙烯基环己烯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、羟甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁加入混合机,搅匀;再加入溶解好的成膜剂溶液;再依次加入成型助剂、螯合剂、香精、PH调节剂,搅拌均匀,完成配料;
