技术领域
本发明涉及一种无溶剂的高浓缩餐具洗涤剂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
国民经济的高速发展给人们带来了高质量的生活,同时也对环境造成了一定的压力。如今环保低碳的生活理念及方式已成为人们生活和和社会发展的普遍共识,作为日常生活中的易耗用品,洗涤剂的发展也日趋绿色化。浓缩洗涤剂以其节水节能、去污高效、生态友好等特点成为全球尤其是发达国家洗涤剂市场的主流产品,而在我国,随着人民环保意识的提高,对浓缩洗涤剂的接受程度也越来越高。餐具洗涤剂是千家万户必不可少的洗涤用品,开发浓缩型的餐具洗涤剂是行业可持续发展的必然趋势。
我国的餐具用洗涤剂已有40余年的生产历史。餐具用液体洗涤剂已成为市场上销售量最大的液体洗涤剂品种。多年来,餐具用洗涤剂配方组成基本上无明显变化,多为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、助溶剂、增稠剂、香精等,国家标准中规定餐具洗涤剂中的活性物含量大于或等于15%即可,浓度较低,在很大程度上浪费了包装材料、运输成本及人工费用。
专利CN 101760346A公开了多元浓缩餐具洗涤剂,配方中活性物的含量约为30%左右,与市场上销售的餐具洗涤剂,具有一定的浓缩性,为2倍浓缩产品,此餐具洗涤剂的配制工艺相对较简单。而本专利开发的是高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,这种高浓缩餐具洗涤剂在配制过程中,表面活性剂复配如果不合理、原料的加料方式、加料顺序如果不合适、搅拌速度太快或太慢,都会导致其形成凝胶或产生分层现象,很难形成均匀透明、流动性好、易倾倒、使用方便的稳定产品,且在洗涤时与水混合会出现凝胶现象,致使产品溶解性变差、从而导致产品在餐具上的残留,使产品的使用效率降低,很难充分发挥高浓缩洗涤剂的性能。本发明采用先进的表面活性剂复配工艺,配制了活性物含量高达50%的浓缩餐具洗涤剂,新型绿色环保的非离子表面活性剂油脂乙氧基化物的加入,使产品即使在冷水中使用也不会出现凝胶,且大大提高了产品的流动性和低温稳定性,可以确保产品的高效性,在餐具上使用无残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种活性物含量高,去污力强,低温稳定性和流动性好、无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法。
本发明高浓缩餐具洗涤剂的重量百分比组成为:
阴离子表面活性剂5~30%;非离子表面活性剂10~40%;两性表面活性剂1~5%;油脂乙氧基化物10~20%;防腐剂0.01~0.1%;香精0.1~0.5%;pH调节剂0.01~1%;其余为水。
如上所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)、α-烯基磺酸盐(AOS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐(AEC)、烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯中的一种或任意两种组成的混合物。
如上所述的非离子表面活性剂包括:支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链烷基糖苷APG(C12~14)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、烷基糖苷(APG)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)中的一种或任意两种组成的混合物。
如上所述的支链醇聚氧乙烯醚的结构式如下所示:
式中的R1是C8~C20的烷烃,R2是C1~C4的烷烃,n为2~4,m为1~9。
如上所述的两性离子表面活性剂包括:椰油丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种或任意两种。
如上所述的油脂乙氧基化物包括:椰子油乙氧基化物、棕榈油乙氧基化物、棕榈仁油乙氧基化物、大豆油乙氧基化物中的一种或任意两种。
pH调节剂包括:冰醋酸、柠檬酸、草酸中的一种。
如上所述的防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯或凯松中的一种。
本发明制备方法包括如下步骤:
在50~70℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂加入水中,在200~500rpm/min的搅拌速度下搅拌至其完全溶解,依次加入两性离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,至体系混合均匀呈均匀透明状,用pH调节剂调节pH6~8,冷却至室温,再加入防腐剂和香精,在200~500rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌60~200min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的高浓缩餐具洗涤剂。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、本发明得到的产品,活性物含量可以高达50%左右,不含溶剂,去污力强,具有节省包装材料、降低运输成本以及减少仓储空间等优点;
2、油脂乙氧基化物非离子表面活性剂的加入,赋予产品好的低温稳定性和流动性;
3、产品在使用时,与水以任意比例混合,不会出现凝胶区。
4、产品具有流动性好、易倾倒、单次洗涤用量更少、泡沫低、易漂洗等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
阴离子表面活性剂LAS占10.0wt%;烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯占2.0wt%;棕榈仁油乙氧基化物占13.0wt%;支链醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO7占20.0wt%;烷基糖苷APG(C12-14)占2.5wt%;两性离子表面活性剂椰油丙基甜菜碱占3.0wt%;柠檬酸占0.03wt%;防腐剂占0.05wt%;香精占0.2wt%;其余为水。
50℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂LAS加入水中,200rpm/min下搅拌至其完全溶解,然后加入椰油丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯、棕榈仁油乙氧基化物、支链醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO7、烷基糖苷APG至体系混合均匀,冷却至室温,用柠檬酸调pH 6~8,再加入尼泊金甲酯、香精,在400rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌60min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的浓缩餐具洗涤剂,产品具有较好的流动性。
实施例2
阴离子表面活性剂AES占8.0wt%;AOS占10.0wt%;椰子油乙氧基化物占10.0wt%;聚氧乙烯醚AEO9占20.0wt%;椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺占5.0wt%;冰醋酸占1wt%;防腐剂占0.01wt%;香精占0.4wt%;其余为水。
60℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂AES、AOS加入水中,300rpm/min下搅拌至其完全溶解,然后加入椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、椰子油乙氧基化物、聚氧乙烯醚AEO9至体系混合均匀,冷却至室温,用冰醋酸调pH6~8,再加入尼泊金乙酯、香精,在500rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌90min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的浓缩餐具洗涤剂,产品具有较好的流动性。
实施例3
阴离子表面活性剂AEC占25.0wt%;支链烷基糖苷APG(C12-14)占5wt%;棕榈油乙氧基化物占17.0wt%;两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱占2wt%、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺占3wt%;草酸占0.3wt%;防腐剂占0.1wt%;香精占0.3wt%;其余为水。
70℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂AEC加入水中,500rpm/min下搅拌至其完全溶解,然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、棕榈油乙氧基化物、支链烷基糖苷APG(C12-14)至体系混合均匀,冷却至室温,用单乙醇胺调pH6~8,再加入凯松、香精,在300rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌200min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的浓缩餐具洗涤剂,产品具有较好的流动性。
实施例4
阴离子表面活性剂烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)5.0wt%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)占10.0wt%;大豆油乙氧基化物占11.0wt%;脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物30.0wt%;两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱占1wt%;柠檬酸占0.01wt%;防腐剂占0.03wt%;香精占0.2wt%;其余为水。
65℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂AEC、MES加入水中,400rpm/min下搅拌至其完全溶解,然后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、大豆油乙氧基化物、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物至体系混合均匀,冷却至室温,用柠檬酸调pH 6~8,再加入凯松、香精,在300rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌200min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到所要的浓缩餐具洗涤剂,产品具有较好的流动性。
上述实施例制备样品的性能检测结果如下表(根据GB9985-2000):
*1离心稳定性:3000转/min,离心15min;
*2贮存稳定性:室温下贮存1年,不分层;
*3测试去污力时样品的浓度为0.6wt‰,标准餐洗的浓度为2wt‰。标餐的洗盘数是4个。

1.一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于重量百分比组成为:
阴离子表面活性剂5~30%;非离子表面活性剂10~40%;两性表面活性剂1~5%;油脂乙氧基化物10~20%;防腐剂0.01~0.1%;香精0.1~0.5%;pH调节剂0.01~1%;其余为水;
所述的非离子表面活性剂包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物中的一种或任意两种组成的混合物;
所述的油脂乙氧基化物包括:椰子油乙氧基化物、棕榈油乙氧基化物、棕榈仁油乙氧基化物、大豆油乙氧基化物中的一种或任意两种;
并由如下方法制备:
在50~70 ℃下,将阴离子表面活性剂加入水中,在200~500 rpm/min的搅拌速度下搅拌至其完全溶解,加入两性离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和油脂乙氧基化物,至体系混合均匀呈均匀透明状,用pH调节剂调节pH6~8,冷却至室温,再加入防腐剂和香精,在200~500 rpm/min的搅拌速度下继续搅拌60~200 min,至产品呈均匀透明状态,即得到高浓缩餐具洗涤剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的阴离子表面活性剂包括:烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、α-烯基磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、烷基糖苷柠檬酸酯中的一种或任意两种组成的混合物。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为支链醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷为支链烷基糖苷。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的支链醇聚氧乙烯醚的结构式如下:
式中的R1是C8~C20的烷烃,R2是C1~C4的烷烃,n为2~4,m为1~9。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的两性离子表面活性剂包括:椰油丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种或任意两种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于pH调节剂包括:冰醋酸、柠檬酸、草酸中的一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种无溶剂高浓缩餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于所述的防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金乙酯或凯松中的一种。
