Abstract

本发明涉及一种超浓缩洗洁精,其组分及质量分为:表面活性剂15‑98份、磺酸异丙胺盐20‑50份、改性油脂乙氧基化物10‑40份、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐10‑30份、乙氧基化异构十三烷基醇10‑30份、有机溶剂1‑30份、香精0.1‑2份和防腐剂0.01‑1份。本发明的超浓缩洗洁精包含非离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂,活性物含量(百分比)极高,具有强去污力,粘度低,具有极佳的高低温流动性。而且产品温和、润湿性好,成本较低,适用于酒店、餐馆等餐具洗涤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种商用洗涤剂用品,具体涉及一种超浓缩洗洁精。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,洗洁精作为人们的日常生活用品,尤其是酒店、餐馆等需要节省时间、成本,追求更高的效率,人们的需求早已不局限于普通洗洁精,而更希望能延长购买时间,减少资源浪费。况且近年来消费者的节能环保意识也慢慢增强,对洗洁精的要求也逐渐提高。因此,开发一种既可以节省包装成本、运输成本,又能减少塑料瓶装污染问题的超浓缩洗洁精也成了一种趋势。
现在市面上大部分浓缩洗洁精产品的活性物含量都是普通洗洁精的两倍左右,但粘度都较大,水溶性不太理想。消费者尤其是酒店等用起来较麻烦。而本发明超浓缩洗洁精粘度较低,水溶性好,容易控制洗洁精的使用量,且能实现真正的环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种商用超浓缩洗洁精,中性无刺激,粘度很低,具有水溶性好、去污力强和生物环保功能。

优选地,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐、改性油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐、乙氧基化异构烷基醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述有机溶剂为丙二醇、甘油、乙醇和二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述香精为食品级香精。
优选地,所述防腐剂为甲基异噻唑琳酮和甲基氯异噻唑琳酮的混合物。
优选地,所述螯合剂为谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸中的一种或几种。
优选地,通过反复试验论证,尽管原理不是很清楚,但是意外地发现,同时采用了十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐、改性油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐和乙氧基化异构十三烷基醇作为表面活性剂,且含量在特定范围时,产生了意想不到的协同作用,去油污效果明显优于其它成分、配比的组合。
本发明是一种商用超浓缩洗洁精,配方温和,粘度很低,具有强去污力和极佳的高低温流动性,成本低,浓缩倍数是普通洗洁精的三倍以上而且使用方便。使用时,直接将洗洁精按量倒入要求比例的水中,稍加搅拌,瞬间混合均匀,再洗涤餐具。另外,本产品能延长购买时间,减少资源浪费,节约了成本,使用方便,迎合了商家及消费者的需求。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
一种商用超浓缩洗洁精,其组分及其质量份数为:

所述的防腐剂剂为甲基异噻唑琳酮和甲基氯异噻唑琳酮的混合物。
上述商用超浓缩洗洁精的制备方法如下:
1.加入计量好的去离子水4.8份,丙二醇10份,开始搅拌;
2.加入乙氧基化异构十三烷基醇15份继续搅拌至物料完全溶解;
3.加入磺酸异丙胺盐30份、改性油脂乙氧基化物20份、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐20份,继续搅拌至物料透明;
4.加入食品级香精0.1份和防腐剂0.1份,继续搅拌使之溶解,调节pH≈7。
5.用300目滤网过滤后包装。

按照与实施例1同样的制备方法,制备具有下述主要活性组分及质量份数的商用超浓缩洗洁精:

去污效果:
按GB9985规定的方法测定浓缩洗洁精去油率。实施例1和实施例3超浓缩洗洁精的用量为标准餐具洗涤剂用量的1/5,A、B为市售二倍浓缩洗洁精,用量为标准餐具洗涤剂用量的1/2,对比去污效果,结果如表1:

通过表1可以看出,本发明实施例1和3的产品去油率明显高于现有市售产品,本专利的产品用量小但产生更好的洗涤效果。
通过表2可以看出,同时采用了十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐、改性油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐和乙氧基化异构十三烷基醇作为表面活性剂的实施例1、2和4的产品,去油率明显高于采用其他成分作为表面活性剂的实施例3和5的产品,具有更优异的洗涤效果。
