优选的,改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-80,其由天然油脂乙氧化再磺化制得,具有很高的水溶性,溶解过程中不产生凝胶相、溶解速度快、耐硬水、泡沫低、有很好的生物降解性。

上述超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
S1、分别将液碱、十二烷基苯磺酸、异构聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡糖、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-80、高碳酸油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物和助溶剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入防腐剂,加热搅拌均匀;S1中,搅拌温度为25-60℃;所述步骤S2中,搅拌温度为30-40℃。
实施例2
一种超浓缩洗衣液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:十二烷基苯磺酸8%、三乙醇胺3%、C8-C10烷基糖苷10%、C8异构醇醚5%、改性油脂乙氧化物16%、高碳油脂乙氧化物13%、改性油脂乙氧化物磺酸盐8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠20%、甲基异噻唑啉酮1.0%、去离子水14%。
上述超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
S1、分别将液碱、十二烷基苯磺酸、异构聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡糖、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-80、高碳酸油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物和助溶剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入防腐剂,加热搅拌均匀;S1中,搅拌温度为25-60℃;所述步骤S2中,搅拌温度为30-40℃。
实施例3
一种浓缩洗衣液稀释液,按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:去离子水70%、超浓缩洗衣液20%、甲基异噻唑啉酮0.12%、香精0.5%、酶0.2%、氯化钠3%超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备工艺:在30-40℃,按照次序和质量比加入去离子水、超浓缩洗衣液、甲基异噻唑啉酮、香精、氯化钠、酶对制得的超浓缩洗衣液和稀释液进行检验,结果如下:
(1)稳定性
耐寒稳定性:于(-5±2)℃的冰箱内放置24h,然后取出恢复至室温,观察,以不分层、无沉淀、产品透明不浑浊为合格;耐热稳定性:(40±2)℃的保温箱内房子24h,然后取出恢复至室温,观察,以不分层、无沉淀、产品透明不浑浊为合格。结果如表1所示:

(2)去污能力测试:见附图1由此可见:
本发明制得的超浓缩洗衣液不仅相比于常规洗衣液具有更强的去污能力,而且具有高稳定性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (16)

1.一种超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,超浓缩洗衣液按质量百分比计,包括下述原料:异构醇醚5-32%、烷基葡糖苷1-10%、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-805-15%、十二烷基苯磺酸1-15%、液碱1-10%、高碳酸油脂乙氧基化物SOE10-30%、改性油脂乙氧基化物10-40%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-30%、助溶剂4-10%、防腐剂0-1%、溶剂1-10%和去离子水1-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-80,其由天然油脂乙氧化再磺化制得,具有很高的水溶性,溶解过程中不产生凝胶相、溶解速度快、耐硬水、泡沫低、有很好的生物降解性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:高碳酸油脂乙氧基化物SOE,其由天然油脂乙氧化制得,其具有较好的低温流动性和稳定性,较低的泡沫,易于其他非离子、阴离子、两性表面活性剂复配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:异构醇醚碳链数为C8-C12,其中碳链可为直链或具有支链的碳链,聚氧乙烯的聚合度为n:7-10。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:烷基葡糖苷碳链数为C8-C14,其中碳链可为直链或具有支链的碳链,可以为单一或多种糖苷的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为卡松或者甲基异噻唑啉酮或苯并异噻唑林的单一物或混合物。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
S1、分别将液碱、十二烷基苯磺酸、异构聚氧乙烯醚、烷基葡糖、改性油脂乙氧基化物磺酸盐SNS-80、高碳酸油脂乙氧基化物、改性油脂乙氧基化物和助溶剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀;
S2、向步骤S1得到的物料中加入防腐剂,加热搅拌均匀。
9.根据权利要求8所述的超浓缩洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,搅拌温度为25-60℃;所述步骤S2中,搅拌温度为30-40℃。
10.一种超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于:稀释液按照质量百分比计,包括下述原料:超浓缩洗衣液20-50%、酶0.1-0.4%、防腐剂0.1-0.3%、洗涤助剂0.1-1.0%、香精0.1-0.5%、色素0.0001-0.001%和增稠剂0.1-1%。
11.根据权利要求10所述超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述酶包括脂肪酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶的一种或几种的混合物。
12.根据权利要求10所述超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述洗涤剂包括柠檬酸钠、低分子量的聚丙烯酸钠或共聚物钠。
13.根据权利要求10所述超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂包括高分子的有机物、无机物。
14.根据权利要求10所述超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括异噻唑林酮、苯并异噻唑林酮的单一物或混合物。
15.一种如权利要求10-14任一项所述的超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:S3分别将超浓缩洗衣液、洗涤助剂、香精、防腐剂、色素、增稠剂加入去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀。
16.根据权利要求10-14所述的超浓缩洗衣液稀释液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,搅拌温度为25-40℃。
