Abstract
本发明涉及一种超浓缩洗洁精组合物,属于日化用品制备技术领域。其重量百分比组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠15~30%;脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠15~25%;α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠2~7%;非离子表面活性剂3~7%;两性表面活性剂2~5%;防腐剂0.01~0.1%;EDTA0.1~0.5%;氯化钠0.5~3.0%;助剂0.1~3.0%;香精0.1~0.5%;其余为去离子水。本发明活性物含量≥50%,具有优异的去污性能,用水稀释3倍后,各种性能指标均达GB/T9985-2000。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品制备技术领域,涉及一种超浓缩洗洁精组合物。
背景技术
洗洁精是我国洗涤剂的主要品类,目前我国市场上洗洁精主要是以活性物为15~20%的手洗型液体餐具洗涤剂为主。此类洗洁精使用方便、易溶解且价格便宜而得到市场认可,但是它约含有80%的水,增加了包装成本和运输成本。随着社会的发展,人们对绿色、环保、安全的日益关注,浓缩洗涤剂以节约资源的优势已成为洗涤剂的发展方向,现在在发达国家,低活性的餐具洗涤剂已被浓缩产品取代,活性物大多数在30~45%之间。
本发明的目的是旨在提供一种活性物含量高、去污力强、使用方便的超浓缩洗洁精组合物。当它以3倍稀释后,去污力能够达到GB/T9985-2000。
专利CN 103484264A公开了高浓缩膏状洗洁精,此餐具洗涤剂中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素和乙醇,羟丙基甲基纤维素在餐具洗涤剂中主要起增稠作用,但乙醇降粘作用明显,所以这两个原料用于该配方体系不合理,次氯酸钠不稳定、易分解,所以次氯酸钠在该体系中不稳定,大大影响产品稳定性和气味;专利CN 103374475A公开了一种洗洁精膏体,该餐具洗涤剂采用阴离子和两性表面活性剂复配而成,而本发明采用阴离子、非离子和两性表面活性剂三元复配,去污力进一步得到提升;专利CN 1173533A公开了超浓缩膏状半固体洗洁精,该配方中加入壬基酚聚氧乙醚,生物降解性差,对环境压力大,GB9985/T-2000已禁止在餐具洗涤剂中使用此原料。
发明内容
本发明超浓缩洗洁精组合物的重量百分比组成为:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠15~30%;脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠15~25%;α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠2~7%;非离子表面活性剂3~7%;两性表面活性剂2~5%;防腐剂0.01~0.1%;EDTA0.1~0.5%;氯化钠0.5~3.0%;助剂0.1~3.0%;香精0.1~0.5%;其余为去离子水。
如上所述的十二烷基苯磺酸钠由十二烷基苯磺酸与氢氧化钠溶液中和得到;
如上所述的非离子表面活性剂包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇胺、椰油脂肪酸单乙醇胺、烷基糖苷中的一种或任意二种;如上所述的两性表面活性剂包括:椰油丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种。
如上所述的助剂包括:尿素、对甲苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或二种以上混合物。
本发明的制作方法包括以下步骤:
a:在反应锅内,向去离子水(加热至40℃)中加入规定量的氢氧化钠,搅拌至完全溶解;
b:加入十二烷苯磺酸,搅拌;
c:在搅拌状态下,依次加入α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂;
d:加入氯化钠和EDTA溶液,搅拌;
e:冷却至30℃时,加入助剂、防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀即得到超浓缩餐具洗涤剂。
本发明的特点是:它采用多元表面活性剂复配,去油能力强,泡沫丰富。3倍稀释后与普通的洗洁精外观相同,各种性能指标均达GB/T9985-2000要求。使用时既可以原液使用,也可以3倍稀释后使用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 16%(重量比,下同)
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 21%
α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠 6%
C13异构醇醚(9EO) 6%
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 2%
尿素 1%
EDTA 0.3%
氯化钠 1.5%
防腐剂 0.1%
柠檬酸 调pH值为6~7
香精 0.2%
去离子水 余量
在反应锅内,加入去离子水(加热至40℃)和规定量的氢氧化钠,搅拌氢氧化钠至完全溶解;在搅拌状态下加入十二烷基苯磺酸,中和完全,再依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠、C13异构醇醚(9EO)、CAB,搅拌均匀;再加入EDTA、氯化钠、柠檬酸,冷却至体系至30℃时,再加入尿素、防腐剂、香精,搅拌至均匀。即得超浓缩洗洁精组合物。
对上述实施例制备样品的性能检测结果如下(根据GB9985/T-2000)
*去污力的测定采用仲裁法,标准餐具洗涤剂的去油率为33.41%。
Claims (5)
1.一种超浓缩洗洁精组合物,其特征在于:所述的超浓缩洗洁精组合物重量百分比组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠15~30%;脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠15~25%;α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠2~7%;非离子表面活性剂3~7%;两性表面活性剂2~5%;防腐剂0.01~0.1%;EDTA0.1~0.5%;氯化钠0.5~3.0%;助剂0.1~3.0%;香精0.1~0.5%;其余为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗洁精组合物,其特征在于非离子表面活性剂包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油脂肪酸二乙醇胺、椰油脂肪酸单乙醇胺、烷基糖苷中的一种或任意二种。
3.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗洁精组合物,其特征在于两性表面活性剂包括:椰油丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗洁精组合物,其特征在于助剂包括:尿素、对甲苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或二种以上混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的超浓缩洗洁精组合物,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a:向去离子水中加入适量的氢氧化钠(冷却至40℃)溶液,搅拌至完全溶解;
b:加入十二烷苯磺酸,搅拌;
c:在搅拌状态下,依次加入α-烯烃(C14~C16)磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠、非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂;
d:加入氯化钠和EDTA溶液,搅拌;
e:冷却至30℃时,加入助剂、防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀即得到超浓缩洗洁精组合物。
