香精选用食品用柠檬香精或食品用花果香香精。
将上述组分按如下所述制备:
1. 称重:根据要求对各种原料进行检验,按配方比例和生产量称取各种组分备用;
2. 检查设备,确保搅拌容器洁净无菌,将生产所需去离子水全部加入容器中,加入增溶剂、螯合剂、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的任选两种,开启搅拌器,转速设置40转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,使各组分充分溶解;
3. 继续搅拌,边搅拌边依次加入其余表面活性剂、防腐剂、香精、溶剂,搅拌20分钟,使各组分充分溶解。
4. 补充生产过程中损失的水分,搅拌10分钟,使各组分充分溶解,静置10分钟,制得天然浓缩型泡沫餐具洗涤剂。
本发明采用天然来源的表面活性剂原料,如棕榈油、椰子油、葡萄糖、甘蔗、木薯等,原料来源更加绿色环保,刺激性更低,对手部肌肤更为温和,可减少洗涤产品对肌肤的刺激性,降低长期使用后皮肤变粗糙的风险。本发明为浓缩型洗涤剂,泡沫丰富、去污力更强劲,在延长购买时间,减少资源浪费、降低运输成本、节约包装材料等方面都完全符合环保的概念。本发明为泡沫型洗涤剂,料液具有极低的粘度以及很好的流动性,粘度<100mpa.s,远小于现有普通餐具洗涤剂1500 mpa.s的粘度,更适合于压泵使用,使用时用压泵将料液以泡沫形式直接泵出,产品在清洗餐具时更为便捷,且生产过程中也不再需要额外添加增稠剂。
本发明通过调整配方配比,克服高表面活性剂含量下产品的凝胶现象,使产品在浓缩条件下仍具有优秀的流动性和极低的粘度,使得浓缩型产品可以通过泡沫泵头直接压出泡沫进行餐具清洗,无需像传统餐具洗涤剂那般先将洗涤剂溶解于水中搅出泡沫后进行洗涤。
本发明具有如下有益效果:使用简单便捷快速,泡沫丰富,去污力强,亲和肌肤不伤手。

以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种天然浓缩型泡沫餐具洗涤剂,按如下组分混合均匀而成:

防腐剂 0.001
螯合剂 0.001
香精 0.001
去离子水 余量;
其中:表面活性剂依次选用阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂;阴离子表面剂依次选用十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸酯钠;非离子表面活性剂依次选用烷基葡萄糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基二甲基氧化胺和烷基酰胺基丙基氧化胺;两性表面活性剂依次选用烷基二甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、烷基羟磺基丙基甜菜碱和烷基两性醋酸钠;
增溶剂依次选用二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠;
溶剂依次选用乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇;
防腐剂依次选用山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠;
螯合剂依次选用乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸二钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠;
香精选用食品用柠檬香精或食品用花果香香精。
将上述组分按如下所述制备:
1. 称重:根据要求对各种原料进行检验,按配方比例和生产量称取各种组分备用;
2. 检查设备,确保搅拌容器洁净无菌,将生产所需去离子水全部加入容器中,加入增溶剂、螯合剂、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的任选两种,开启搅拌器,转速设置40转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,使各组分充分溶解;
3. 继续搅拌,边搅拌边依次加入其余表面活性剂、防腐剂、香精、溶剂,搅拌20分钟,使各组分充分溶解。
4. 补充生产过程中损失的水分,搅拌10分钟,使各组分充分溶解,静置10分钟,制得天然浓缩型泡沫餐具洗涤剂。
实施例2
一种天然浓缩型泡沫餐具洗涤剂,按如下组分混合均匀而成:

增溶剂选用二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的任意两种以质量比为1:1的混合;
溶剂选用乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇中的任意两种以质量比为1:1的混合;
防腐剂选用山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠中的任意两种以质量比为1:1的混合;
螯合剂选用乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸二钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的任意两种以质量比为1:1的混合。

增溶剂选用二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的任意两种以质量比为3:1的混合;

1.一种天然浓缩型泡沫餐具洗涤剂,其特征是:按如下组分混合均匀而成:

螯合剂 0.001~1.0
香精 0.001~5
去离子水 余量;
其中:表面活性剂选用阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂中的至少一种;阴离子表面剂选用十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和磺基琥珀酸酯钠中的至少一种;非离子表面活性剂选用烷基葡萄糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基二甲基氧化胺和烷基酰胺基丙基氧化胺中的至少一种;两性表面活性剂选用烷基二甲基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、烷基羟磺基丙基甜菜碱和烷基两性醋酸钠中的至少一种;
增溶剂选用二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;
溶剂选用乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种;
防腐剂选用山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠中的至少一种;
螯合剂选用乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸二钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠中的至少一种。
