本发明公开了一种易洁净洗手液制作工艺，该制作工艺包括以下步骤：向100质量份的水中加入1质量份的增稠粉进行乳化；向第一步得到溶液中投入12质量份的Aes树脂进行搅拌乳化；向第二步得到溶液中投入6质量份的十二烷基苯磺酸进行乳化；向第三步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化；投入5份食品级丙三醇进行乳化；投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠；投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化；投入0.1质量份的香精进行乳化；投入2.5质量份的氯化钠进行搅拌乳化，即得到易洁净洗手液。本发明一种洗手液制作工艺制备的洗手液具有去污更快、用水更少、成本更低，节能环保的优点。

Description

一种易洁净洗手液制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及日化产品生产工艺领域，尤其涉及一种易洁净洗手液制作工艺。
背景技术
洗手液的主要成分是烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂等。烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠都是阴离子表面活性剂，是石化产品，用以去污油渍。直链烷基苯磺酸钠具有良好的去污和乳化力，耐硬水和发泡力好，生物降解性极佳，是绿色表面活性剂，应用于香波、餐洗等洗涤剂(含量60％)。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(又称脂肪醇醚硫酸钠)是阴离子表面活性剂，易溶于水，有优良的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能，温和的洗涤性质不会损伤皮肤。使用时请注意：在不含粘度调节剂的情况下，如果要稀释为含有30％或60％活性物质的水溶液，常会导致一种粘性高的凝胶。为避免这一现象，正确的方法是将高活性产品加到规定数量的水中，同时加以搅拌。而不要将水加到高活性原料，否则便可能导致凝胶形成。常用的抗泡沫剂有：甲基硅油、丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物等。
液体洗手液配方有多种，参考配方是：直链烷基苯磺酸10.5份；AES 8份；烷基醇酰胺6501 2份；防腐剂凯松0.08份；氢氧化钠1.3份；AEO9适量(5-10份)；EDTA－2Na 0.1份，增稠剂(NaCl)1份；丙三醇5份；去离子水加到100。
现有的普通洗手液存在去污慢、用水量较大且成本较高的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，提供一种洗手液制作工艺。
本发明通过下述方案实现：
一种易洁净洗手液制作工艺，该制作工艺包括以下步骤：
第一步:向100质量份的水中加入1质量份的增稠粉进行乳化；
第二步：向第一步得到溶液中投入14质量份的Aes树脂进行搅拌乳化；
第三步：向第二步得到溶液中投入6质量份的十二烷基苯磺酸进行乳化；
第四步：向第三步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化；
第五步：向第四步得到溶液中投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠；
第六步：向第五步得到溶液中投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化；
第七步：向第六步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的香精进行乳化；
第八步：向第七步得到溶液中投入2.5质量份的氯化钠进行搅拌乳化，
第九步：向第八步得到溶液中投入5质量份的丙三醇进行搅拌乳化，即得到洗手液。
在所述第一步中，乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第二步中，搅拌乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第三步中，乳化时间为10-20分钟。
在所述第四步中，乳化时间为5-10分钟。
在所述第五步中，乳化时间为5-10分钟。

本发明的有益效果为：
本发明一种洗手液制作工艺制备的洗手液具有去污更快、用水更少、成本更低的优点。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明：
一种易洁净洗手液制作工艺，该制作工艺包括以下步骤：
第一步:向100质量份的水中加入1质量份的增稠粉进行乳化；洗手液并非越稠越好，洗手液去污力与稠度无必然联系。稠度只是因为添加了增稠剂，外观好看而已，对去污并无多少作用，反而增加了无效成本。真正决定去污效果的是活性剂。活性剂添加越多越去污。本发明的增稠粉用量比较恰当，避免了传统洗手液增稠粉较多的缺陷，另外也节约了成本。
第二步：向第一步得到溶液中投入14质量份的Aes树脂进行搅拌乳化；
第三步：向第二步得到溶液中投入6质量份的十二烷基苯磺酸进行乳化；
第四步：向第三步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化；
第五步：向第四步得到溶液中投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠；
第六步：向第五步得到溶液中投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化；
第七步：向第六步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的香精进行乳化；
第八步：向第七步得到溶液中投入2.5质量份的氯化钠进行搅拌乳化；
第九步：向第八步得到溶液中投入5质量份的丙三醇进行搅拌乳化，即得到洗手液。

第一步:向100质量份的水中加入1质量份的增稠粉进行乳化；
第二步：向第一步得到溶液中投入12质量份的Aes树脂进行搅拌乳化；
第三步：向第二步得到溶液中投入6质量份的十二烷基苯磺酸进行乳化；
第四步：向第三步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的防腐杀菌剂进行乳化；
第五步：向第四步得到溶液中投入0.7质量份的氢氧化钠；
第六步：向第五步得到溶液中投入0.2质量份的一水合柠檬酸进行乳化；
第七步：向第六步得到溶液中投入0.1质量份的香精进行乳化；
第八步：向第七步得到溶液中投入5质量份的丙三醇进行搅拌乳化，
第九步：向第八步得到溶液中投入2.5质量份的氯化钠进行搅拌乳化，即得到洗手液。
