本发明提供一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液及其制备方法,属于日化用品领域,它包括以下组分及其质量百分比:阴离子表面活性剂10~15%,发泡剂4~8%,非离子表面活性剂3~6%,增稠剂3~6%,防腐剂0.1~0.5%,配合剂0.1~0.5%,月桂酸钾3~6%,油酸钾3~8%,柠檬酸0.1~0.5%,氯化钠1.5~3%,香精0.15~0.45%和水46.05~72.05%。与现有技术相比,本发明的低泡性能使其在机洗时泡沫不易溢出,同时具有抗硬水好、去污速度快、去污效果好、省时省力的优点,因此具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Description

一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,洗衣粉中含有大量无任何洗涤作用的填充剂元明粉,在资源和能源方面造成了极大的浪费,在生产中还会造成粉尘污染,不利于环保,而洗衣液以资源丰富的水代替元明粉,采用在环境中可被生物降解的表面活性剂为主要成分大大解决了洗衣粉对于环境造成的污染。根据市场调查,目前大多数洗衣液泡沫多,漂洗困难,费水费时是目前市售洗衣液的一个比较大的缺点,这是由于传统洗衣液表面活性剂含量高、助洗剂添加少造成泡沫多不仅浪费水资源增加洗衣成本,不利于节能减排和绿色环保。
行业内普遍解决液体洗涤剂漂洗难的做法是在洗涤剂中加入有机硅消泡剂对泡沫进行控制。中国专利申请CN104673517公开了一种双效洗衣液,利用有机硅结合柠檬酸钠等组分实现洗衣液柔顺护理的效果;中国专利CN103013723B公开了一种低泡易漂洗的洗衣液组合物,该发明洗衣液组合物中含有消泡剂、脂肪酸皂、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、增稠剂等,采用改性硅油作为消泡剂。有机硅的加入能够快速的消泡,但不能改善洗衣液易漂性,添加有机硅配方的洗衣液经过多次漂洗仍然会有泡沫,且有机硅在洗衣液中稳定性也是行业内公认的难题。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:阴离子表面活性剂10~15%,发泡剂4~8%,非离子表面活性剂3~6%,增稠剂3~6%,防腐剂0.1~0.5%,配合剂0.1~0.5%,月桂酸钾3~6%,油酸钾3~8%,柠檬酸0.1~0.5%,氯化钠1.5~3%,香精0.15~0.45%和水46.05~72.05%。
优选的,所述易漂洗手洗洗衣液由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:阴离子表面活性剂12%,发泡剂5%,非离子表面活性剂4%,增稠剂4%,防腐剂0.3%,配合剂0.1%,月桂酸钾4%,油酸钾4%,柠檬酸0.1%,氯化钠2.5%,香精0.25%和水63.75%。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为质量百分比为70%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)水溶液。
优选的,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AE09)。
优选的,所述增稠剂为质量百分比为35%的椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱(CAB)水溶液。
优选的,所述防腐剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮或甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述配合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA二钠)。
再优选的,所述月桂酸钾为质量百分比为17%的月桂酸钾水溶液,所述油酸钾为质量百分比为5%的油酸钾水溶液。
同时,本发明还提供了一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液的制备方法:在适量水中加入配合剂、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、发泡剂、增稠剂、月桂酸钾和油酸钾,搅拌至溶解完全体系均匀,继续加入防腐剂、柠檬酸、氯化钠和香精,搅拌至完全溶解,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀,调节pH至7.5~8.5,得到易漂洗的手洗洗衣液。
本发明主要是将月桂酸钾和油酸钾复配使用,月桂酸钾和油酸钾可以在洗涤过程中有效降低泡沫,还可以与硬水中的Ca2+和Mg2+反应生成不溶于水的钙皂和镁皂,从而使泡沫破裂,起到消泡的效果,而且其温和的性质不会损伤皮肤。K12是一种白色或淡黄色微粘物,工业上常用于洗涤剂和纺织工业,易溶于水,与阴离子、非离子复配伍性好,具有良好的乳化、发泡、渗透、去污和分散性能。AE09是非离子表面活性剂中发展最快、用量最大的品种。
本发明采用CAB作为增稠剂,CAB是一个极其温和的两性表面活性剂,对皮肤、眼黏膜无刺激、无过敏性反应,配伍性能良好,刺激性好。除了增稠作用以外,CAB具有一定的护手功能,使洗衣液去污力强,成本可控,性价比高。EDTA二钠是化学中一种良好的配合剂,它有六个配位原子,形成的配合物叫做螯合物。本专利中所用月硅酸是天然植物油脂经过皂化或高温高压下分解得到,与KOH中和后得到月桂酸钾,月桂酸钾起泡丰富,在衣物主洗时泡沫丰富,而油酸钾消泡速度快,在漂洗时可以使泡沫快速破灭,解决洗衣液易残留的问题,漂洗次数减少,省时省水,此外脂肪酸皂的加入提高了洗衣液的去污力,使衣物更洁净。
与现有技术相比,本发明的低泡性能使其在机洗时泡沫不易溢出,同时具有抗硬水好、去污速度快、去污效果好、省时省力的优点。本发明洗衣液具有很好的经济效益和社会效益,尤其是缺水地区,随着水资源的不断枯竭,生活用水的价格将会不断上涨,因此节水洗涤产品的开发非常重要。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例与对比例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1-3
实施例1-3和对比例1-3的易漂洗的手洗洗衣液组分及质量百分比如表1所示。

实施例2的易漂洗的手洗洗衣液的制备方法:在适量水中加入EDTA二钠、AES、AE09、K12、CAB、月硅酸钾和油酸钾,搅拌至溶解完全体系均匀,继续加入甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、柠檬酸、氯化钠和香精,搅拌至体系均匀,补足去离子水,搅拌至均匀调节pH至8,得到易漂洗的手洗洗衣液,室温下复配即可,原料均在上一原料完全溶解后加入。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1-3的易漂洗的手洗洗衣液的制备方法与实施例2类似。
性能评价测试
为验证本发明制备洗衣液的漂洗以及去污性能,分别采用实施例制备的洗衣液以及标准洗衣液进行泡沫高度实验和去污测试实验,该标准洗衣液为国标测试中所用的标准洗衣液,购买自中国日化工业研究院。
(一)泡沫高度实验
测试方法:
1.用自来水将洗衣机清洗干净,按标准程序不加洗涤剂将毛巾清洗干净,晾干备用,每条毛巾约45g;
2.用无水氯化钙和氯化镁配制洗涤用硬水,水硬度为250mg/kg(Ca2+:Mg2+=3:2),水温调至30±2℃;
3.在盆中加入2中的硬水1L,沉入4.0g标准洗衣液或待测洗衣液,搅拌溶解后放入1中的毛巾一条,毛巾浸湿即可;
4.将毛巾正反各搓10次,拧干,量取600mL洗涤液,所述洗衣液为标准洗衣液、实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备得到的易漂洗手洗洗衣液,用Ross-Miles泡沫仪按GB/T13173-2008规定测定泡沫高度(记录起始泡沫高度);
5.倒掉盆内剩余的洗涤液并洗净在脸盆中加入2中的硬水2L,将毛巾正反各搓洗10次,量取600mL漂洗液测定起始泡沫高度。
6.重复5步骤3次,并用罗氏泡沫仪测试洗涤液和漂洗液的泡沫高度数据,如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,采用本发明实施例制备的易漂洗洗衣液洗涤毛巾时,漂洗时消泡快,仅需两次即可漂清,而标准洗衣液需要五次方可基本漂清,表明本发明具有很好的易漂性能,实施例较对比例效果更好,证明月桂酸钾与油酸钾复配后效果更好,且实施例2较实施例1、3消泡易漂效果更好,为本发明优选实施例。
(二)去污力测试实验
1、实验对象:标准洗衣液、实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备得到的易漂洗手洗洗衣液。
2、测试方法:参照GB/T 13174-2008标准《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中规定的方法进行测试,去污力比值如表3所示。

从表3可以看出,本发明实施例1~3中制备的易漂洗手洗洗衣液,其去污能力远高于标准洗衣液和对比例洗衣液,尤其对皮脂的去污效果更佳,且实施例2较实施例1、3去污效果更好,为本发明优选实施例。

1.一种易漂洗的手洗洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:阴离子表面活性剂10~15%,发泡剂4~8%,非离子表面活性剂3~6%,增稠剂3~6%,防腐剂0.1~0.5%,配合剂0.1~0.5%,月桂酸钾3~6%,油酸钾3~8%,柠檬酸0.1~0.5%,氯化钠1.5~3%,香精0.15~0.45%和水46.05~72.05%;
所述阴离子表面活性剂为质量百分比为70%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠水溶液;
所述增稠剂为质量百分比为35%的椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱水溶液;
所述月桂酸钾为质量百分比为17%的月桂酸钾水溶液,所述油酸钾为质量百分比为5%的油酸钾水溶液;
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;
所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
所述防腐剂为甲基异噻唑啉酮或甲基氯异噻唑啉酮中的一种或两种;
所述配合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易漂洗的手洗洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:阴离子表面活性剂12%,发泡剂5%,非离子表面活性剂4%,增稠剂4%,防腐剂0.3%,配合剂0.1%,月桂酸钾4%,油酸钾4%,柠檬酸0.1%,氯化钠2.5%,香精0.25%和水63.75%。
3.根据权利要求1或2项所述的易漂洗的手洗洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在适量水中加入配合剂、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、发泡剂、增稠剂、月桂酸钾和油酸钾,搅拌至溶解完全溶解,继续加入防腐剂、柠檬酸、氯化钠和香精,搅拌至完全溶解,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀,调节pH至7.5~8.5,得到易漂洗的手洗洗衣液。
