本发明公开了一种汽车清洗液及其制备方法,该汽车清洗液由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:十二烷基硫酸钠:8~12%;渗透剂:2~5%;乳化剂:4~8%;液体石蜡:1~3%;椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5~8%;乙二醇:16~24%;植物油酸:2~5%;三乙醇胺:4~6%;聚丙烯酰胺:0.5~0.8%;柠檬香精:0.5~1%;硅酮油:1~3%;驱水剂:7~13%;水:余量。将上述原料分批次加入反应釜,搅拌混合均匀,即可得到本发明的汽车清洗液。本发明的汽车清洗液去污能力强,操作简单,用水量少,无需人工擦拭,对环境友好,对车漆具有很好的保护作用,制备方法简单,生产成本低,便于工业化生产。

Claims (2)

1. 一种汽车清洗液,其特征在于:其由以下质量百分含量的原料组成: 十二烷基硫酸钠:8〜12%; 渗透剂:2〜5%; 乳化剂:4〜8%; 液体石錯:1〜3%; 椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5〜8%; 乙二醇:16〜24%; 植物油酸:2〜5%; 三乙醇胺:4〜6%; 聚丙烯酰胺:0.5〜0.8%; 朽1檬香精:. 5〜1%; 硅酮油:1〜3%; 驱水剂:7〜13%; 水:余量; 所述的驱水剂由椰油基季铵盐、乙二醇乙醚、棕榈酸辛酯和水按质量比(25〜40) : (5〜 15) : (5〜15) : (35〜50)混合而成; 所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的化学通式为R-O-(CH2CH2O)nH,其中,R为C8〜ClO的烃基,η为4〜8的自然数; 所述的乳化剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的化学通式为R-O-(CH2CH2O)nH,其中,R为C12〜C18的烃基,η为15或16。
2. 权利要求1所述的汽车清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤: (1)将乙二醇、植物油酸、液体石蜡和硅酮油加入反应釜,搅拌混合均匀; ⑵加入三乙醇胺,搅拌混合均匀; ⑶加入渗透剂、乳化剂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和十二烷基硫酸钠,搅拌混合均匀; ⑷加入柠檬香精、驱水剂、聚丙烯酰胺和水,搅拌混合均匀,得到汽车清洗液。
