Abstract
本发明提供了一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,属于日用化学品领域,泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括以下组分:表面活性剂、增溶剂、去渍剂、醇类溶剂、酸度调节剂、助剂、防腐剂、螯合剂、香精和去离子水。本发明通过调配各组分间的重量比例,得到的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂具有粘度低,容易起泡、去油污去渍能力强的特点,且制备方法简单高效。本发明通过增溶剂及醇类溶剂的添加,使得泡沫泵头可以直接顺利压出泡沫进行餐具清洗,泵出的含有去渍剂的泡沫直接作用于有色污渍,可以对餐具上的有色污渍进行更高效的去除;本发明还克服了添加增溶剂和醇类溶剂后过氧化物中的活性氧不稳定的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品领域,特别涉及一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
餐具洗涤剂作为日常清洁用品,在生活中几乎每天都会使用到,其主要成分为表面活性剂,以去除油污为主。目前市面上的餐具洗涤剂大多为无色至淡黄色透明液体,具有相对较高的粘度,以满足消费者认为产品活性含量高、去油污能力强的设想;但是在实际使用时则对有色污渍,例如茶渍、咖啡渍等的去除基本没有效果。
对于餐具上的有色污渍,人们一般都需要额外借助漂水、漂渍粉等专用去渍产品,这类产品通常含氯,有刺激性气味,容易引起使用者的不适。利用活性氧技术能从一定程度上去除餐具上的有色污渍,但餐具洗涤剂中的活性氧的稳定是需要解决的问题。
此外,泡沫型的个人清洁产品,如洗手液、沐浴露已有很多,但是目前国内市场上还没有泡沫型的餐具洗涤剂。如果能在清洗餐具时,使用泡沫泵将餐具洗涤剂料液以泡沫形式直接泵出,在使用上将更为便捷。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法,本发明提供的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂具有泡沫丰富、去渍效果好、温和环保的特点,且其中的活性氧能够保持稳定。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
所述增溶剂为二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;
所述去渍剂为食品级过氧化物。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种复配。
优选的,所述食品级过氧化物包括过氧化氢和/或过氧乙酸。
优选的,所述醇类溶剂包括乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种。
优选的,所述酸度调节剂为有机酸或其盐类,所述有机酸包括酒石酸、草酸、苹果酸、枸椽酸、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
优选的,所述助剂包括硅酸钠、硅酸镁、脂肪酸镁盐、聚丙烯酰胺、膦酸盐和多羟羧酸中的至少一种。
优选的,所述防腐剂包括山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠中的至少一种。

本发明还提供了上述技术方案所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将表面活性剂加入部分去离子水中搅拌溶解,然后加入增溶剂、去渍剂、醇类溶剂、酸度调节剂、助剂、防腐剂、螯合剂和香精,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的去离子水。

本发明提供的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂采用了多种复合作用体系:通过增溶剂及醇类溶剂的添加,保证产品的粘度<100mPa·s,从而使得泡沫泵头可以直接顺利压出泡沫进行餐具清洗,去除油污时使用简单便捷、泡沫丰富;同时加入了去渍剂,泵出的含有去渍剂的泡沫直接作用于有色污渍,可以对餐具上的有色污渍进行更高效的去除;本发明采用酸度调节剂,结合助剂及螯合剂的共同作用,克服了添加增溶剂和醇类溶剂后过氧化物中的活性氧不稳定的问题,使泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂中的活性氧成分能够保持长期稳定,从而保证更佳的去渍效果。
实施例结果表明,本发明制备的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂相对于常规的洗洁精产品,便于泵出、泡沫丰富细腻,去油污能力强,具有良好的去渍效果;且该泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂中的活性氧成分能长期保持稳定。

本发明提供了一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
所述增溶剂为二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;
所述去渍剂为食品级过氧化物。
以重量百分比计,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括表面活性剂10~25%,优选为13~22%,更优选为15~20%。在本发明中,所述表面活性剂优选为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种复配。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述表面活性剂优选包括十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基氧化胺和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种。在本发明中,采用的表面活性剂较为温和,能够高效的产生丰富细腻的泡沫,增加了去污效果。本发明对所述表面活性剂的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。
以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括增溶剂0.1~10%,优选为1~8%,更优选为2~6%。在本发明中,所述增溶剂优选为二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种。

以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括酸度调节剂0.1~3%,优选为0.5~2.5%,更优选为1~2%。在本发明中,所述酸度调节剂优选为有机酸或其盐,所述有机酸优选包括酒石酸、草酸、苹果酸、枸椽酸、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括助剂0.001~10%,优选为0.05~8%,更优选为1~5%。在本发明中,所述助剂优选包括硅酸钠、硅酸镁、脂肪酸镁盐、聚丙烯酰胺、膦酸盐和多羟羧酸中的至少一种。
以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括螯合剂0.001~1%,优选为0.01~0.8%,更优选为0.05~0.6%。在本发明中,所述螯合剂优选包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠和二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠中的至少一种。在本发明中,去渍剂中的活性氧成分在助剂、螯合剂以及酸度调节剂的作用下能够保持长期稳定,从而保证使用时的去渍效果。本发明对所述助剂、螯合剂以及酸度调节剂的来源无特殊要求。
以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括防腐剂0.001~1%,优选为0.01~0.8%,更优选为0.05~0.6%。在本发明中,所述防腐剂优选包括山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠中的至少一种。
以表面活性剂的重量百分比为基准,本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括香精0.001~5%,优选为0.01~4%,更优选为0.1~3%。
本发明对所述防腐剂和香精的来源无特殊要求。
本发明所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂包括余量的去离子水。
本发明提供了上述方案所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将表面活性剂加入部分去离子水中搅拌溶解,然后加入增溶剂、去渍剂、醇类溶剂、酸度调节剂、助剂、防腐剂、螯合剂和香精,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的去离子水。
本发明优选先用部分去离子水将表面活性剂溶解,所述溶解表面活性剂用去离子水的用量优选为表面活性剂质量的1~3倍;所述搅拌优选在室温下进行,本发明对所述搅拌的设备和搅拌的速率无特殊要求,待所有原料搅拌均匀后加入剩余的去离子水,即得到泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。

上述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
按所述重量称取各原料,将表面活性剂加入到部分去离子水中,搅拌溶解;然后逐一加入剩余组分,搅拌均匀后补足去离子水至100%。
将实施例1~3制备的一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂分别进行活性氧含量稳定性测定,测定方法参照GB/T13173-2008中活性氧的测定方法,具体数据见表1。

本发明实施例1~3制备的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂的粘度均<100mPa·s,具有出泡丰富细腻,去油污能力强的特点,且由表1可以看出,实施例1~3使用不同的原料,虽然调整了原料种类以及组分间的重量配比关系,但是制备的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂都能够长期保持其中活性氧的稳定性,从而对有色污渍具有更好的去除效果。
将本发明实施例1~3制备的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂和市售洗洁精分别用于咖啡渍的去除:如图1所示,最初两个杯子底部均有干涸的咖啡渍,左边的杯子采用本发明的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂浸泡,右边的杯子采用市售的洗洁精浸泡,20min后,直接采用清水冲洗,如图2所示,左边的杯子底部的咖啡渍能够轻易冲洗干净,而右边的杯子底部的咖啡渍残留较多;说明本发明提供的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂对有色污渍的去除能力更强。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
所述增溶剂为二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠和异丙苯磺酸钠中的至少一种;
所述去渍剂为食品级过氧化物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种复配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述食品级过氧化物包括过氧化氢和/或过氧乙酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述醇类溶剂包括乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述酸度调节剂为有机酸或其盐类,所述有机酸包括酒石酸、草酸、苹果酸、枸椽酸、抗坏血酸、苯甲酸和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述助剂包括硅酸钠、硅酸镁、脂肪酸镁盐、聚丙烯酰胺、膦酸盐和多羟羧酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯氧乙醇、水杨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、脱氢醋酸和脱氢醋酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠和二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠中的至少一种。
9.权利要求1~8任意一项所述泡沫型去渍餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将表面活性剂加入部分去离子水中搅拌溶解,然后加入增溶剂、去渍剂、醇类溶剂、酸度调节剂、助剂、防腐剂、螯合剂和香精,搅拌均匀后加入剩余的去离子水。
