目前,市面上的洗衣片大部分采用滑石粉或硅粉类在水中不能溶解的原料制成,在水中溶解速率慢,溶解难,易形成絮状残留,洗涤效果得不到充分发挥。另外,目前市面上的洗衣片生产工艺复杂,由于生产工艺的复杂,从而对生产线及生产技术有较高的要求,导致洗衣片生产成本高。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种浓缩抑菌洗衣片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种浓缩抑菌洗衣片,包括以下重量份的原料:羧甲基壳聚糖10~18份、羧甲基纤维素钠15~20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠8~15份、硅酸钠3~10份、柠檬酸钠6~10份、茶皂素5~12份、甘油5~12份、去污剂20~35份、高效清洁剂10~25份、防腐剂0.3~1份、香精油0.3~0.6 份、成膜剂2~6份、去离子水10~20份。
进一步的,所述去污剂是烷氧基化表面活性剂或聚氧乙烯~聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物中的一种。
进一步的,所述高效清洁剂按照重量份包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25~45份、天然椰子油8~12份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇单酯15~25份、纳米银颗粒0.1~0.5份。

(3)按照重量份称取茶皂素5~12份、甘油5~12份、去污剂20~35份、高效清洁剂10~25份、防腐剂0.3~1份、香精油0.3~0.6 份,并加入至所述步骤(2)中的乳化锅内,加热至75℃~85℃,混合搅拌均匀,得到配料混合物;
(4)调节所述步骤(3)的配料混合物的PH值至6.5~7.5,自然降温冷却至室温;
(5)将经所述步骤(4)处理后的配料混合物倒入模具内干燥成型,并切割成片,包装,即得。

1.一种浓缩抑菌洗衣片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:羧甲基壳聚糖10~18份、羧甲基纤维素钠15~20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠8~15份、硅酸钠3~10份、柠檬酸钠6~10份、茶皂素5~12份、甘油5~12份、去污剂20~35份、高效清洁剂10~25份、防腐剂0.3~1份、香精油0.3~0.6 份、成膜剂2~6份、去离子水10~20份。
2.如权利要求1所述的浓缩抑菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述去污剂是烷氧基化表面活性剂或聚氧乙烯~聚氧丙烯嵌段聚合物中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的浓缩抑菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述高效清洁剂按照重量份包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25~45份、天然椰子油8~12份、脂肪酸聚乙二醇单酯15~25份、纳米银颗粒0.1~0.5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的浓缩抑菌洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
5.一种浓缩抑菌洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)按照重量份称取成膜剂2~6份放入乳化锅内,再加入去离子水10~20份,加热至45℃~55℃,混合搅拌均匀;
(2)按照重量份称取羧甲基壳聚糖10~18份、羧甲基纤维素钠15~20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠8~15份、硅酸钠3~10份、柠檬酸钠6~10份,并加入至所述步骤(1)中的乳化锅内,加热至60℃~70℃,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)按照重量份称取茶皂素5~12份、甘油5~12份、去污剂20~35份、高效清洁剂10~25份、防腐剂0.3~1份、香精油0.3~0.6 份,并加入至所述步骤(2)中的乳化锅内,加热至75℃~85℃,混合搅拌均匀,得到配料混合物;
(4)调节所述步骤(3)的配料混合物的PH值至6.5~7.5,自然降温冷却至室温;
(5)将经所述步骤(4)处理后的配料混合物倒入模具内干燥成型,并切割成片,包装,即得。
