称量:按照配方比例,称取个原辅材料,备用。
制浆:先将成膜剂溶解在水中,边加热边搅拌溶解,然后按顺序加入非离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,保湿剂,阴离子表面活性剂,填充剂,饱和烷烃,释氧剂,螯合剂,防腐剂,使用食用色素,天然香料和余量的水,每加一种原料,都要充分搅拌均匀,再加下一种原料。
制片:将配制好的料体,经过加热烘干筒烘干,控制烘干筒的温度为120~200℃,转速为3~15转/分钟,成为片状。再按要求尺寸切片。即得具有去污,杀菌,除异味的多功能活氧洗衣片。
本发明所述的成膜剂聚乙烯醇,聚合度在1650~1850,分子量约75000左右时时,与保湿剂丙三醇、填充剂二氧化硅以本发明的比例复配,可得到一种保湿剂优越、水溶速度超快、柔软性极好的水溶性膜。
