Abstract
本发明涉及日化洗涤剂技术领域,提供一种抗菌洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,洗衣凝珠包括以下质量百分比的组分:羟乙磺酸酯钠20‑38%、烷基硫酸酯钠10‑30%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑20%、乙氧基化酰胺5‑15%、增溶剂12‑30%、助洗剂2‑9%、抗菌剂1‑3%、抗菌增效剂0.1‑1%、香精0.5‑3%。本发明解决了现有技术银离子抗菌剂在织物洗涤剂中存在稳定性差、易氧化变性、活性下降的问题,同时使洗衣凝珠具有优异的抗菌效果,4倍的洁净力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
日化洗涤用品主要是以阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的复配达到清洁效果,并且配制后的溶液一般为弱碱性,而大部分抗菌剂为阳离子型、有机酸类,加入配方中难以发挥应有的作用,因此抗菌剂的选用在日化洗涤用品领域受到限制。洗涤用品包括洗衣粉、洗衣液、洗衣凝珠、柔顺剂等织物洗护用品,抗菌功能对一些易长菌的夏日衣物和清洁要求高的特殊人员衣物至关重要。洗衣凝珠,又称洗衣胶囊,是一款专为机洗设计的产品,将超浓缩洗衣液包裹于水溶性薄膜中,遇水即溶无残留,浓缩低水配方,只需普通洗衣液一半的用量就能轻松洗衣。洗衣凝珠特有的低泡浓缩配方,具有更易漂洗、投放方便等特点,越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。市面上的洗衣凝珠大多仅能起到抑制细菌增长的效果,例如专利号:201710244688.1公开了一种抑菌洗衣凝珠,其包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C10-异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12-14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C8-16烷基葡糖苷、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、醋酸氯已定、对氯间二甲苯酚、甘油、碱性蛋白酶、色素、防腐剂、香精、纤维酶。该发明制备的抑菌洗衣凝珠,具有较强的去污能力和抑菌效果,是一种低泡易清洗的浓缩洗衣液。目前具备杀灭细菌或妨碍细菌生长繁殖这种抗菌功效的洗衣凝珠仍然少见。
银离子类抗菌剂是种常用的抗菌剂,其作用原理是破坏细胞酶的活性位点,使细胞失去生长繁殖的能力、破坏细胞壁电荷平衡,使细胞壁破裂,其在医疗用品、纺织品、环境消毒等方面都有应用,属于高效、安全的杀菌剂,对细菌、真菌、病毒的杀灭和抑制效果优良。但是银离子抗菌剂在织物洗涤剂中存在稳定性差、易氧化变性、活性下降、与卤素反应沉淀、团聚变黑等问题。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种抗菌洗衣凝珠及其制备方法,解决现有技术银离子抗菌剂在织物洗涤剂中存在稳定性差、易氧化变性、活性下降的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
所述抗菌剂为DM930银离子抗菌剂或JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂。
进一步的改进是:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和乙氧基化酰胺的质量百分比之和不超过25%。
进一步的改进是:所述增溶剂为丙二醇、丙三醇、二甲苯磺酸钠中的任意一种或两者以上以任意比混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述助洗剂为柠檬酸钠。
进一步的改进是:所述抗菌增效剂为过氧化氢。优选浓度为30%的过氧化氢。
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入增溶剂,升温至55-65℃,然后加入羟乙磺酸酯钠、烷基硫酸酯钠,并开启搅拌桨搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为400-450r/min;待完全溶解后再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基化酰胺,溶解后加入助洗剂,搅拌至完全溶解后冷却至室温,将搅拌速度调节至300-350r/min,加入抗菌剂、抗菌增效剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后调节pH值为8.0-10.0,得到洗衣凝珠液;
(3)将上述洗衣凝珠液送入自动包装机中,进行PVA水溶膜包装,制备得到抗菌洗衣凝珠。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
硬水中的钙、镁离子与洗涤剂中的表面活性剂结合,可生成金属盐,使表面活性剂失去活力,降低洗涤剂的主要功能。硬水中的离子还能够与洗涤剂中的其他物质结合,生成沉淀物。另外,硬水使一些污垢在洗涤以后依然沾附在织物上,难以彻底去除。因此洗涤剂配方中常加入螯合剂,与硬水中的金属离子配合形成螯合物,增强表面活性剂的稳定性,发挥表面活性剂的优异性能。EDTA是洗涤剂中最常用的螯合剂,与金属离子具有很强的螯合作用,使水软化利于洗净。但银离子抗菌剂会与螯合剂EDTA发生反应,降低洗涤剂的抗菌功能,因此本发明配方中表面活性剂选用抗硬水性优良的种类,在硬水中仍能保持良好的表面活性,降低硬水对洗涤效果的影响。同时,在配方中添加的助洗剂柠檬酸钠能螯合硬水中的钙离子、镁离子等,明显增加洗涤剂的去污力,且能与银离子共存,不干扰银离子抗菌剂的抗菌作用。
银离子抗菌剂中的纳米银粒子表面存在微量的银离子,银离子与微生物接触反应后造成微生物固有成分破坏或产生功能障碍。为增强抗菌效果,现有技术的常规做法就是加大纳米银的添加量,但这会增加发生沉淀的可能性。本发明选用DM930银离子抗菌剂、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂,这两种银离子抗菌剂的纳米银粒径比市面上普通的纳米银粒径更小且稳定,在同等纳米银含量条件下,具有更大的表面积,可以释放更多的银离子,使抗菌效果更优良。过氧化氢的强氧化性,能够使组成细菌等微生物的蛋白质分子失去电子和原子进而强行被氧化,通过蛋白质变性使细菌死亡。本发明添加过氧化氢作为抗菌增效剂,对银离子抗菌剂有明显的增效作用,有效提高杀菌率。
本发明制备的洗衣凝珠具有优异的抗菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到了96%以上。研究还发现,当非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和乙氧基化酰胺的总含量在25%以内时,洗衣凝珠具有良好的的抗菌效果;当非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和乙氧基化酰胺的总含量超过25%时,洗衣凝珠的抗菌效果显著降低,这可能是因为当非离子表面活性剂含量过多时,会与银离子抗菌剂发生络合反应形成络合物,使银离子抗菌剂无法发挥原有的抗菌性,从而影响整个体系的抗菌效果。因此,本发明将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和乙氧基化酰胺的质量百分比之和控制在25%以内。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠20%、十二烷基硫酸钠28%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-920%、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺5%、丙二醇14%、柠檬酸钠9%、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂(日本JTS株式会社生产)3%、过氧化氢(浓度30%)0.2%、香精0.8%。
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入丙二醇,升温至55℃,然后加入椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,并开启搅拌桨搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为400r/min;待完全溶解后再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺,溶解后加入柠檬酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解后冷却至室温,将搅拌速度调节至300r/min,加入JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂、过氧化氢和香精,搅拌混合均匀后调节pH值为8.0-10.0,得到洗衣凝珠液;
(3)将上述洗衣凝珠液送入自动包装机中,进行PVA水溶膜包装,制备得到抗菌洗衣凝珠。
实施例二
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
月桂酰羟乙磺酸酯钠28%、十二烷基硫酸钠18%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9
15%、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺13%、丙三醇18%、柠檬酸钠4%、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂(日本JTS株式会社生产)1.5%、过氧化氢(浓度30%)0.5%、香精2%。
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入丙三醇,升温60℃,然后加入月桂酰羟乙磺酸酯钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,并开启搅拌桨搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为420r/min;待完全溶解后再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺,溶解后加入柠檬酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解后冷却至室温,将搅拌速度调节至320r/min,加入JewelSilverⅡ银离子、过氧化氢和香精,搅拌混合均匀后调节pH值为8.0-10.0,得到洗衣凝珠液;
(3)将上述洗衣凝珠液送入自动包装机中,进行PVA水溶膜包装,制备得到抗菌洗衣凝珠。
实施例三
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
椰油羟乙磺酸酯钠37%、十二烷基硫酸钠10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-910%、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺10%、二甲苯磺酸钠28%、柠檬酸钠2.5%、DM930银离子抗菌剂(广东迪美生物技术有限公司生产)1%、过氧化氢(浓度30%)1%、香精0.5%。
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入二甲苯磺酸钠,升温至65℃,然后加入椰油羟乙磺酸酯钠、十二烷基硫酸钠,并开启搅拌桨搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为450r/min;待完全溶解后再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-9、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺,溶解后加入柠檬酸钠,搅拌至完全溶解后冷却至室温,将搅拌速度调节至350r/min,加入DM930银离子抗菌剂、过氧化氢和香精,搅拌混合均匀后调节pH值为8.0-10.0,得到洗衣凝珠液;
(3)将上述洗衣凝珠液送入自动包装机中,进行PVA水溶膜包装,制备得到抗菌洗衣凝珠。
对比例一
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠20%、十二烷基硫酸钠23%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-920%、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺10%、丙二醇14%、柠檬酸钠9%、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂(日本JTS株式会社生产)3%、过氧化氢(浓度30%)0.2%、香精0.8%。
制备方法与实施例一一致。
对比例二
一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,包括以下质量百分比的组分:
椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠25%、十二烷基硫酸钠30%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-910%、乙氧基化烷醇酰胺8%、丙二醇14%、柠檬酸钠9%、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂(日本JTS株式会社生产)3%、过氧化氢(浓度30%)0.2%、香精0.8%。
制备方法与实施例一一致。
性能测试
对本发明实施例一至三制备得到的洗衣凝珠进行去污力、抗菌性方面的测试。
去污力测试
根据国家标准GB/T 13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行测试,标准洗衣液的浓度为0.2%,实施例一至三制备得到的洗衣凝珠样品的浓度为0.05%,测试结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明制得的洗衣凝珠对炭黑污布、蛋白污布、皮脂污布均有良好的去污效果,0.05%浓度下去污力优于标准洗衣液,达到了4倍去污力的效果。
抗菌效果评价
依据QB/T 2850-2007《抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂》对洗衣凝珠液进行抗菌试验,作用浓度为1:100,作用时间为20min,试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538、大肠杆菌ATCC 25922和白色念珠菌ATCC 10231。测试结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,本发明制备的洗衣凝珠具有优异的抗菌性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率均达到了96%以上。实施例一与对比例一、对比例二比较可知,在银离子抗菌剂、抗菌增效剂的含量相同的情况下,非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和乙氧基化酰胺的总含量超过25%时,洗衣凝珠的抗菌效果显著降低,二者的总含量在25%以内时,抗菌效果变化不大,这可能是因为当非离子表面活性剂含量过多时,会与银离子抗菌剂发生络合反应形成络合物,使银离子抗菌剂无法发挥原有的抗菌性,从而影响整个体系的抗菌效果。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为丙二醇、丙三醇、二甲苯磺酸钠中的任意一种或两者以上以任意比混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述助洗剂为柠檬酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述抗菌增效剂为过氧化氢。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的抗菌洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照质量百分比称取各原料;
(2)向反应釜中加入增溶剂,升温至55-65℃,然后加入羟乙磺酸酯钠、烷基硫酸酯钠,并开启搅拌桨搅拌溶解,搅拌速度为400-450r/min;待完全溶解后再加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基化酰胺,溶解后加入助洗剂,搅拌至完全溶解后冷却至室温,将搅拌速度调节至300-350r/min,加入抗菌剂、抗菌增效剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后调节pH值为8.0-10.0,得到洗衣凝珠液;
