本发明涉及洗衣凝珠领域,具体涉及一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠是一种将内容物包裹在水溶膜里的新型液体织物洗涤剂,其内容物的主要活性成分是阴离子或非离子表面活性剂,依靠活性成分的表面活性所带来的清洁作用清除织物上的污垢。并可以添加杀菌剂,使产品具有良好的抗、抑菌效果,进一步拓宽产品功能,更好的满足用户的需求。
传统的杀菌剂一般对生物和环境都有一定的毒、副作用,同时会和很多表面活性剂产生拮抗作用而降低杀菌效果。杀菌剂的选择,是抗、抑菌型洗涤产品配方设计的关键及难点所在。
阳离子表面活性剂有较好的杀菌和柔顺功能,但阳离子表面活性剂会和阴离子表面活性剂不能配伍,同时它易沉积在织物表面阻碍污垢被清除,会大大降低清洗效果,所以阳离子表面活性剂一般不用于织物洗涤剂,而是用于柔顺剂。
然而某些特殊的阳离子表面活性剂,在特定的配比下,可以添加到洗涤产品配方中,和阴离子表面活性剂产生协同增效的作用,使洗涤产品具有更好的清洁和杀菌效果,同时也具有一定的柔顺性。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题为提高洗衣凝珠的杀菌和柔顺效果,提供一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂5~60%,阴离子表面活性剂0~60%,非离子表面活性剂0~80%,阳离子表面活性剂0.1~10%。
本发明实现了阳离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂的复配,从而使得洗衣产品既有阳离子表面活性剂的效果,也有阴离子表面活性剂功效,可以显著提高洗衣凝珠的杀菌和柔顺效果。
优选地,包括溶剂15~35%,阴离子表面活性剂10~40%,非离子表面活性剂10~50%,弱阳离子表面活性剂0.5~5%。

一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括:
S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入溶剂中,进行中和反应,反应温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温,待温度降到45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解,然后缓慢加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解完全;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:可以显著提高洗衣凝珠的杀菌和柔顺效果;实现了阳离子表面活性剂同阴离子表面活性剂复配,得到的洗衣凝珠产品既有阳离子表面活性剂的效果,也有阴离子表面活性剂功效,同时还具有协同增效的作用,提升洗涤效果。

一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂28%,阴离子表面活性剂56%,非离子表面活性剂0,阳离子表面活性剂1%。所述阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇20%,乙二醇4%,甘油4%;所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸32%,椰油脂肪酸3.5%,异丙苯磺酸钠3.5%,AES 12%,SAS-60 5%;所述非离子表面活性剂为0;所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵1%。所述中和剂为单乙醇胺9.5%;所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸均聚物1.5%;所述防腐剂为DMDMH 0.1%;所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.2%。香精、色素、水为余量3.6%。
弱阳离子表面活性剂可以同阴离子表面活性剂复配,从而使得洗衣产品既有阳离子表面活性剂的效果,也有阴离子表面活性剂功效。可以显著提高洗衣凝珠的杀菌效果。对各种表面活性剂含量进行优化,可以有效地提高洗衣凝珠的杀菌效果。对溶剂和阴离子、非离子表面活性剂的成分进行优选,可以更进一步的提高杀毒效果。烷基羟乙基季铵盐可以同阴离子表面活性剂复配,同时不会影响阴离子表面活性剂性能。
实施例2
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂26%,阴离子表面活性剂25.5%,非离子表面活性剂27%,弱阳离子表面活性剂1.5%。所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇21%,乙醇5%;所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸13.5%,AES 12%;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚27%;所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵1.5%。所述中和剂为30%氢氧化钠水溶液6%;所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%;所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%;所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.2%。香精、色素为1%,水为11.1%。
实施例3
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂37%,阴离子表面活性剂15%,非离子表面活性剂37%,弱阳离子表面活性剂2.5%。所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。还包括中和剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇17%,PEG-200 15%,二丙二醇5%;所述阴离子表面活性剂为椰油脂肪酸5%,AES10%;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚20%,羰基醇聚氧乙烯(8)醚8%,65014%,APG 5%;所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为牛油烷基三羟乙基氯化铵2.5%。所述中和剂为三乙醇胺2%;所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物2.5%;所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%;所述螯合剂为谷氨酸乙二酸四钠0.5%;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.1%。香精、色素0.5%,水2.8%。其中6501为1:1型6501。
实施例4
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂35%,阴离子表面活性剂8.5%,非离子表面活性剂43%,弱阳离子表面活性剂3.5%。所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。还包括螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇25%,乙二醇5%,甘油5%;所述阴离子表面活性剂为异丙苯磺酸钠3.5%,SAS-60 5%;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚28%,XP90 15%;所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为十二烷基羟乙基二甲基氯化铵3.5%。所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物2.5%;所述防腐剂为DMDMH0.1%;所述螯合剂为谷氨酸乙二酸四钠0.5%。香精、色素0.5%,水6.4%。
实施例5
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括:
S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入溶剂中,进行中和反应,反应温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温,待温度降到45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解,然后缓慢加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解完全;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
对比例1
一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂16%,非离子表面活性剂70 %,弱阳离子表面活性剂7.5%。所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。还包括中和剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇12%,乙二醇4%;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚30%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚15%,椰油胺聚氧乙烯(15)醚10%,XL70 15%;所述弱阳离子表面活性剂为椰油烷基二羟乙基甲基氯化铵7.5%。所述抗再沉积剂为阳离子聚乙烯亚胺1.5%;所述防腐剂为DMDMH 0.1%;所述螯合剂为葡萄糖酸钠0.2%。香精、色素0.5%,水4.2%。
对比例2
一种不含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,包括溶剂26%,阴离子表面活性剂25.5%,非离子表面活性剂27%。还包括中和剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素。所述溶剂为丙二醇21%,乙醇5%;所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸13.5%,AES 12%;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚27%。所述中和剂为30%氢氧化钠水溶液6%;所述抗再沉积剂为丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物1.5%;所述防腐剂为卡松0.1%;所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠0.1%;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸0.2%。香精、色素为1%,水为12.6%。
实验例1
参照GB/T13174-2008规定测定;将实验所需的各种污布裁成6cm×6cm的大小的试片,四片为一组。试验时用250mg/kg硬水,试样实验浓度为0.1%(标准洗衣液实验浓度为0.2%),以恒温30℃且固定转速120r/min持续20min后停止,漂洗二次后晾干,测定洗涤前后的白度值,计算出各个样品的去污力进行比较。
表1各实施例及对比例去污能力
从表1可知,实施例1~4对三种污布的去污效果均≥1,符合行标QB/T1224《衣料用液体洗涤剂》对洗衣液的去污力要求;这表明添加醇醚溶剂的洗衣凝珠是完全符合洗衣液的去污力标准的,可以满足用户对衣物清洁去污的需要。
从表1可知,实施例1~4的去污效果明显优于对比例1~2,表明采用本申请的配方制成含有弱阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠可以有效的去污。
对比例1仅采用了阳离子表面活性剂,其去污效果明细低于实施例,对比例2仅采用阴离子表面活性剂,其去污效果也低于实施例,表明,采用阴阳离子表面活性剂复配可以增强去污能力。
实验例2
参照QB/T2378规定测定,作用浓度1:100,作用时间20min,采用悬液定量法分别测定洗衣液对大肠杆菌(ATCC-8099)和金色葡萄球菌(ATCC-6538)的抑菌率,取试验菌液0.1ml加入到5.ml样品中,混合均匀计时20min,再取混合液0.5ml加入到4.5ml经灭菌的PBS试管中。放置10min后取样液1.0ml于灭菌平皿中,转动平皿使其充分均匀。琼脂凝固后进行倒平板,再将其放置在恒温生化培养箱中在37℃下培养48h后,再拿出观察菌落繁殖情况。
样液为溶解了一颗凝珠溶液1L。
表2抗菌效果
从表2可知,实施例1~4的抗菌效果明显优于对比例1~2,表明采用本申请的配方制成含有弱阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠可以有效的抗菌。
对比例1仅采用了阳离子表面活性剂,其抗菌效果同实施例无明显差别,对比例2仅采用阴离子表面活性剂,其抗菌效果也低于实施例,采用阳离子表面活性剂可以增强抗菌能力,采用实施例的阳离子表面活性剂同阴离子表面活性剂复配不会降低抗菌效果。
上列详细说明是针对本发明可行实施例的具体说明,以上实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利范围,凡未脱离本发明所为的等效实施或变更,均应包含于本案的专利范围中。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,包括水溶膜和内容物,所述内容物包覆在水溶膜内,所述内容物包括溶剂5~60%,阴离子表面活性剂0~60%,非离子表面活性剂0~80%,阳离子表面活性剂0.1~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,包括溶剂15~35%,阴离子表面活性剂10~40%,非离子表面活性剂10~50%,阳离子表面活性剂0.5~5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、异丙醇、甘油、山梨醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、水的其中一种或几种;所述阴离子表面活性剂为磺酸、LAS、AES、AESA、SAS、AOS、K12、K12A、异丙苯磺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、辛基磺酸钠、2-乙基己基硫酸钠、皂、MES的其中一种或几种;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羰基醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、APG、氧化胺、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的其中一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为烷基羟乙基季铵盐表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,还包括中和剂、增稠剂、螯合剂、抗再沉积剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精、色素其中的一种或几种,所述色素包括遮光剂或珠光剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、羰基醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的平均EO数为2~15。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂其中一种的含量不小于0。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠,其特征在于,所述水溶膜的材质为聚乙烯醇PVA、改性聚乙烯醇或改性淀粉。
10.一种含有阳离子表面活性剂的洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
S11.将需要进行中和反应的阴离子表面活性剂加入溶剂中,进行中和反应,反应温度控制在65℃以下;
S12.中和反应结束后,降温,待温度降到45℃以下后,依次加入其它表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解,然后缓慢加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解完全;
S13.依次加入剩余的其他组分,搅拌均匀,最后加入色素,搅拌均匀;
S14.过滤、消泡后包水溶膜,得到洗衣凝珠。
