Abstract
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,公开了一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。所述洗衣凝珠内的清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:表面活性剂14%~86%;丙二醇5%~25%;甘油5%~15%;三乙醇胺1%~15%;水1%~10%;聚丙烯酰胺0.5%~6%;柠檬酸0~2%;银离子抗菌剂0.2%~3.5%;防腐剂0~0.1%;酶0~1%;香精0~2%。本发明通过加入聚丙烯酰胺作为银离子抗菌剂的稳定剂,并采用特定非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,所得洗衣凝珠具有极好的抗菌稳定性和极高的去污力。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化学品技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠的工作原理与洗衣液和传统的洗衣粉、肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。而洗衣凝珠则是专门为机洗设计,产品由一层可溶解的外膜包裹着一定量的洗衣精华,用量少却能发挥出高倍洁净力。
随着人们对生活水平要求的提高,人们在追求洗衣凝珠高洁净力的同时,还期望具有其它的健康功能,比如抑菌除螨功能。银离子抗菌剂是一种常用的抗菌剂,其作用原理是破坏细胞酶的活性位点,使细胞失去生长繁殖的能力、破坏细胞壁电荷平衡,使细胞壁破裂,从而达到良好的抑菌除螨的效果。但是银离子抗菌剂在织物洗涤剂中存在稳定性差、易沉淀团聚、易氧化变性等问题导致活性下降。
专利CN 111607470 A公开了一种杀菌抑菌型洗衣凝珠,由LAS、有机硅化合物、三氯生、对氯间二甲苯酚、椰子油酸、苯氧桂醇硫酸钠、桂醇硫酸钠、香精、防腐剂、厌恶剂、酶、烷基糖苷、防串色剂、银离子化合物、杀菌剂、柠檬盐酸椰子油酸、樟树油原料组成。该杀菌抑菌型洗衣凝珠,可以使洗衣凝珠具备杀菌抑菌的功效。专利CN 111808688 A公开了一种抗菌洗衣凝珠,通过选用DM930银离子抗菌剂、JewelSilverⅡ银离子抗菌剂,这两种银离子抗菌剂的纳米银粒径比市面上普通的纳米银粒径更小且稳定,在同等纳米银含量条件下,具有更大的表面积,可以释放更多的银离子,使抗菌效果更优良。过氧化氢的强氧化性,能够使组成细菌等微生物的蛋白质分子失去电子和原子进而强行被氧化,通过蛋白质变性使细菌死亡。本发明添加过氧化氢作为抗菌增效剂,对银离子抗菌剂有明显的增效作用,有效提高杀菌率。但过氧化氢储存稳定性较差,且由于其强氧化性对洗衣凝珠中其他成分具有不利影响。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺点和不足之处,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。本发明的洗衣凝珠通过加入聚丙烯酰胺作为银离子抗菌剂的稳定剂,能够增强银离子抗菌剂的稳定性,使其不易沉淀团聚、氧化变性,从而能够长时间保持较高的抗菌活性。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,包括水溶膜及其内的清洗液,所述清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:

上述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酰胺和水混合后加热搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺和柠檬酸搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入银离子抗菌剂、防腐剂、酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用水溶膜包裹,得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述加热搅拌的温度为60~80℃。
进一步地,步骤(3)中所述水溶膜为聚乙烯醇膜、淀粉膜、明胶膜或聚丙烯酸膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的洗衣凝珠通过加入聚丙烯酰胺作为银离子抗菌剂的稳定剂,能够增强银离子抗菌剂的稳定性,使其不易沉淀团聚、氧化变性,从而能够长时间保持较高的抗菌活性。
(2)本发明的洗衣凝珠采用特定非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,具有极高去污力,可以去除各种顽固污渍,去污力可达标准洗衣液的8倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其内部清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:
所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酰胺和水混合后加热至65~70℃搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺和柠檬酸搅拌溶解均匀。
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入银离子抗菌剂、防腐剂卡松、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液。
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用PVA水溶膜包裹,得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。
实施例2
本实施例的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其内部清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:
所述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酰胺和水混合后加热至65~70℃搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺搅拌溶解均匀。
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入银离子抗菌剂、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液。
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用PVA水溶膜包裹,得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1相比,不加入聚丙烯酰胺,采用等量水替代,其余完全相同。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例2相比,不加入聚丙烯酰胺,采用等量水替代,其余完全相同。
对以上实施例及对比例所得洗衣凝珠进行抑菌性能稳定性及去污力测试。其中抑菌性能稳定性依据QB/T 2850-2007《抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂》对洗衣凝珠液进行抑菌试验,试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌。测试初始抑菌性能和40℃恒温箱静置保存两周后的抑菌性能。去污力参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行测试,将所得洗衣凝珠稀释8倍后与标准洗衣液对比。测试结果如下表1所示。

由表1结果可以看出,本发明通过加入聚丙烯酰胺作为银离子抗菌剂的稳定剂,能够增强银离子抗菌剂的稳定性,使其长时间保持较高的抗菌活性。且本发明的洗衣凝珠采用特定非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,具有极高去污力,对炭黑污布、蛋白污布、皮脂污布均有良好的去污效果,去污力可达标准洗衣液的8倍以上。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配;所述非离子表面活性剂包括异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物;所述阴离子表面活性剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为卡松、DMDM乙内酰脲中的一种或两种混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠,其特征在于所述酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶中的一种或多种混合。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酰胺和水混合后加热搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺和柠檬酸搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入银离子抗菌剂、防腐剂、酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用水溶膜包裹,得到所述抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述加热搅拌的温度为60~80℃。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种抑菌除螨洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述水溶膜为聚乙烯醇膜、淀粉膜、明胶膜或聚丙烯酸膜。
