本发明公开了一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布,包括蚕丝和纤维素纤维,蚕丝含量为30%——95%,纤维素纤维含量为5%——70%,制备时,将蚕丝切断,并与纤维素纤维混合,最终制得混合无纺布,混合无纺布具有蚕丝的柔软、亲肤、干爽、导水快等特点,又满足了人们的对成本低的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布领域,更具体的说涉及一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布。
背景技术
目前使用的卫生巾、纸尿裤等卫生用品,与皮肤直接接触的是一层无纺布,通常要求它吸水性能好、导水速度更快、干爽、柔软。目前卫生用品接触皮肤层的无纺布多是用化学无纺布,也有少量用纯棉无纺布,但就柔软、滑爽方面来讲非蚕丝莫属,然而目前的制造方法都是单独使用蚕丝,或者混合使用脱脂棉与蚕丝的混合物,均不能达到人们对卫生用品的要求,如吸水性能好、导水速度快、干爽、柔软、成本低等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布及其制备工艺,本混合无纺布采用蚕丝和化学纤维素纤维混合制得,其具有蚕丝的柔软、亲肤、干爽、导水快等特点,又满足了人们的对成本低的要求。
本发明技术方案一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布,包括蚕丝和纤维素纤维,所述蚕丝含量为30%——95%,所述纤维素纤维含量为5%——70%。
一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
(1)将蚕丝按照3cm—5cm分切成短蚕丝,并向切断后的短蚕丝上喷洒抗静电剂,然后用塑料布覆盖,静置12小时以上,待短蚕丝充分吸收抗静电剂及抗静电剂内的水分;
(2)取纤维素纤维,将本纤维素纤维与(1)中静置后的短蚕丝充分混合,得到混合纤维;
(3)将(2)中混合纤维置于圆盘抓棉机内,利用圆盘抓棉机等量且均匀的抓取混合纤维并置于梳理机内,利用梳理机对对混合纤维进行梳理,并依次进入纺丝牵伸机、无纺布水刺机、烘干机和卷取机,得到混合无纺布。
本发明技术有益效果:
本发明技术方案的一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布及其制备工艺,制备工艺简单,成本低,复合无纺布具有吸水性能好,导水速度更快,干爽、柔软的特点,能够直接接触皮肤,代替原来的化学无纺布、纯棉无纺布或全蚕丝无纺布使用,能够用于制备各种卫生用品,能够用于制衣,均具有良好的透气性和亲肤性能。

为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合具体实施例或实施方式对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布,包括蚕丝和纤维素纤维,所述蚕丝含量为30%——95%,所述纤维素纤维含量为5%——70%。
一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,
(1)将蚕丝按照3cm—5cm分切成短蚕丝,并向切断后的短蚕丝上喷洒抗静电剂,然后用塑料布覆盖,静置12小时以上,待短蚕丝充分吸收抗静电剂及抗静电剂内的水分;
(2)取纤维素纤维,将本纤维素纤维与(1)中静置后的短蚕丝充分混合,得到混合纤维;
(3)将(2)中混合纤维置于圆盘抓棉机内,利用圆盘抓棉机等量且均匀的抓取混合纤维并置于梳理机内,利用梳理机对对混合纤维进行梳理,并依次进入纺丝牵伸机、无纺布水刺机、烘干机和卷取机,得到混合无纺布。
纤维素纤维为一种现有的纤维,其采用溶剂纺丝技术制成,干燥条件下的测试强度略低于涤纶,但明显高于一般的粘胶纤维,湿强比粘胶有明显的改善,具有非常高的刚性,良好的水洗尺寸稳定性,经试验其缩水率仅为2%,具有较高的吸湿性,纤维横截面为圆形或椭圆形,光泽优美,手感柔软,悬垂性好,飘逸性好。
本发明技术方案在上面结合实施例对发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性改进,或未经改进将发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布,其特征在于,包括蚕丝和纤维素纤维,所述蚕丝含量为30%——95%,所述纤维素纤维含量为5%——70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于卫生用品的新型复合无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
(1)将蚕丝按照3cm—5cm分切成短蚕丝,并向切断后的短蚕丝上喷洒抗静电剂,然后用塑料布覆盖,静置12小时以上,待短蚕丝充分吸收抗静电剂及抗静电剂内的水分;
(2)取纤维素纤维,将本纤维素纤维与(1)中静置后的短蚕丝充分混合,得到混合纤维;
(3)将(2)中混合纤维置于圆盘抓棉机内,利用圆盘抓棉机等量且均匀的抓取混合纤维并置于梳理机内,利用梳理机对对混合纤维进行梳理,并依次进入纺丝牵伸机、无纺布水刺机、烘干机和卷取机,得到混合无纺布。
