本发明公开了一种具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,以竹纤维、粘胶纤维、椰炭纤维、聚酰胺纤维为经纱,以棉纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维为纬纱,将经纱混纺纱和纬纱混纺纱混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成,本发明还公开了具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料在服装产品中的应用。本发明面料含有多种纤维原料,制得的面料具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防臭、吸湿透气、抗紫外线等性能,以及很好的强度和抗撕裂性等,并且柔滑舒适、天然保健,对人体有很好的益处,应用范围广泛,尤其适合制作儿童服装。

背景技术
纺织业在古代的时候就已经比较发达,在中国更是具有非常悠久的历史,早在原始社会时期,古人们为了适应气候的变化,先是利用树叶、兽皮为衣遮体避寒,后来发展到利用自然资源作为纺织和印染的原料,并且制造了简单的纺织工具。现代社会的高速发展带动了各行各业的改革创新,原材料和工艺的改进使得各种具有特殊功能性的面料层次不穷,防水面料、弹性面料、免熨烫面料等,极大的丰富了人们的生产和生活。
由纤维组成的纺织品面料,由于其多孔式物体形状和高分子聚合物的化学结构利于微生物附着,成为微生物生存、繁殖的良好寄生体。寄生体除了对人体的危害之外还会污染纤维,因而抗菌面料的主要目的就是消除这些不利影响。抗菌面料具有良好的抗菌作用,能够消除因细菌而产生的异味,使织物保持整洁,同时避免细菌的繁殖能够起到降低再次传播的风险。目前,市面上常见的面料抗菌性能还远不能满足人们的需求。

一种具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,以竹纤维、粘胶纤维、椰炭纤维、聚酰胺纤维为经纱,以棉纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维为纬纱,将经纱混纺纱和纬纱混纺纱混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成。
优选地,所述经纱中竹纤维、粘胶纤维、椰炭纤维、聚酰胺纤维的质量比为20-30:10-15:10-15:15-20。
优选地,所述纬纱中棉纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维的质量比为20-25:10-15:10-15:5-10。
优选地,所述抗菌后整理是指在常温下将纤维浸渍在抗菌整理液中0.5-1h。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,以竹纤维、粘胶纤维、椰炭纤维、聚酰胺纤维为经纱,以棉纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维为纬纱,将经纱混纺纱和纬纱混纺纱混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,所述经纱中竹纤维、粘胶纤维、椰炭纤维、聚酰胺纤维的质量比为20-30:10-15:10-15:15-20。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,所述纬纱中棉纤维、罗布麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维的质量比为20-25:10-15:10-15:5-10。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌后整理是指在常温下将纤维浸渍在抗菌整理液中0.5-1h。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理液的制备方法如下:将黄连、大青叶、蒲公英、两面针、丹皮、仙人掌按照10-15:10-15:7-12:5-10:5-10:7-12:10-15的质量比混合,加6倍水煎煮提取2次,每次1.5h,合并水提液,并浓缩至一半,脱色处理后,即得。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料,其特征在于,所述黄连、大青叶、蒲公英、两面针、丹皮、仙人掌的质量比为12:15:10:8:7:10:12。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一所述的具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料的应用,其特征在于,所述具有抑菌作用的透气服饰面料可用于服饰产品中。
