背景技术
亚麻纤维是人类最早使用的天然纤维,具有天然的纺锤形结构和独特的果胶质斜边孔,独具冰爽、吸汗、透气、低静电、防腐功能,常常被用来制作织物。
然而,亚麻纤维是麻类中最细的纤维,细度离散性大、长度不一且没有苎麻长,麻粒子多同时纤维断裂伸长低,所织织物易起皱,大大影响了其产品质量和应用。在尝试中我们发现,采用混纺工艺能够使针织物变得柔软、不易起皱,能有效地弥补亚麻纤维自身的一些不足,可以很好地满足混纺产品的要求,使得亚麻的应用更加广泛。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供了一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,这种工艺所得的针织面料柔软,具有很好的抗菌、抗皱性。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,包括下列工艺步骤:
S1.原料准备:按照重量份计,准备亚麻纤维5~15重量份、毛发纤维10~25重量份、蚕丝5~10重量份;所述毛发纤维由按照质量百分比计的10~20%的绵羊毛、40~60%山羊绒及余量的兔毛混纺而成;
S2.将所述毛发纤维和蚕丝制成复合纤维条;
S3.将亚麻纤维经过浸酸-碱煮-水洗-软化-开清棉-梳麻制得亚麻生条;
S4.将复合纤维条和亚麻生条进行并条工序处理,得熟条;
S5.将所述熟条经延绞工序、粗纱工序和细纱工序制得亚麻混纺纱线;
S6.将亚麻混纺纱线经过经纱和纬纱按平纹组织编织成面料,喷复合液放置,即得针织面料。
优选地,所述S3中所述浸酸所用酸为质量浓度为0.1%~0.12%的H2SO4;温度为20℃,时间为15~20min。
优选地,所述S3中所述碱煮-水洗-软化条件为:在100℃下水洗一次,轧余率100%,随后以浴比1:25投入碱液中煮90~110min,轧余率100%,接着在60~80℃中热洗2次,再加入软化剂进行20~30min浸泡,捞出、冷水水洗2次,在70℃下烘干。

对上述实施例和对比例所得的面料进行相关性能测试,从对比例可知,亚麻纤维的用量直接影响最终所得面料的性能;本发明所得的面料柔软、抗菌、不易起皱,所得结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)

1.一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,包括下列工艺步骤:
S1.原料准备:按照重量份计,准备亚麻纤维5~15重量份、毛发纤维10~25重量份、蚕丝5~10重量份;所述毛发纤维由按照质量百分比计的10~20%的绵羊毛、40~60%山羊绒及余量的兔毛混纺而成;
S2.将所述毛发纤维和蚕丝制成复合纤维条;
S3.将亚麻纤维经过浸酸-碱煮-水洗-软化-开清棉-梳麻制得亚麻生条;
S4.将复合纤维条和亚麻生条进行并条工序处理,得熟条;
S5.将所述熟条经延绞工序、粗纱工序和细纱工序制得亚麻混纺纱线;
S6.将亚麻混纺纱线经过经纱和纬纱按平纹组织编织成面料,喷复合液放置,即得针织面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中所述浸酸所用酸为质量浓度为0.1%~0.12%的H2SO4;温度为20℃,时间为15~20min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中所述碱煮-水洗-软化条件为:在100℃下水洗一次,轧余率100%,随后以浴比1:25投入碱液中煮90~110min,轧余率100%,接着在60~80℃中热洗2次,再加入软化剂进行20~30min浸泡,捞出、冷水水洗2次,在70℃下烘干。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述碱液中苛性钠质量浓度为10~13%、YY-6精炼剂质量浓度为2~5%和硅酸钠质量浓度为2~6%。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述软化剂为质量比为2:1的磺化油与硅油的混合物。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述复合液由按照质量百分比计的1.2%月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、0.3%六偏磷酸钠、1.8%聚赖氨酸、0.6%氨基磺酸和余量水混合而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种亚麻混纺针织面料的纺织工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中所述开清棉-梳麻条件为:棉卷定量为370~410g/m;梳棉生条定量为15.5g/5m~18.5g/5m。
