本发明公开了一种抗静电面料及其制备方法。所述抗静电面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将35‑40重量份Coolmax纤维、58‑62重量份竹纤维混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与2‑4重量份氨纶进行针织织造,得到平纹织物,平纹织物克重为150‑300克/平方米;(2)将平纹织物经过抗静电后整理。本发明的抗静电面料,具有良好的抗静电性能,能消除静电对人体的危害,消除运动时由静电产生的不快感,并且能消除静电引起的缠结、不易沾尘、耐脏易洗涤,特别对石墨烯进行改进处理后,增加了其分散性后在面料上的附着力,提高了抗静电和抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及一种抗静电面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织面料属于绝缘体材料,比电阻一般很高,尤其是吸湿性能低涤纶、晴纶、氯纶等合成纤维。因此,在纺织加工过程中,纤维与纤维或纤维与机件之间的密切接触和摩擦,容易造成纤维表面电荷的转移,从而产生静电。带静电的纤维会发生排斥或吸引现象,造成条子发毛、纱线毛羽增多以及纱线断头增加等问题,从而影响纺织加工的正常进行,降低织物的成品质量及使用性能。服装在穿着过程中也会产生静电,使服装更容易吸附尘土,造成污秽,还会使服装与人体、服装与服装间发生放电现象,降低了人们穿着服装的舒适感。静电现象严重时,静电压会高达几千伏,会因放电产生火花,引起火灾,造成严重后果。
为此,人们对抗静电面料的研发从未间断,通过对面料成分或生产工艺的改进,使面料布具有抗静电功能。
现有技术的面料抗静电处理,效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种抗静电面料的制备方法。
本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种抗静电面料。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种抗静电面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将35-40重量份Coolmax纤维、58-62重量份竹纤维混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与2-4重量份氨纶进行针织织造,得到平纹织物,平纹织物克重为150-300克/平方米;
(2)将平纹织物经过抗静电后整理。
优选的,所述步骤(2)抗静电后整理为:将平纹织物在温度为35-45℃的抗静电整理液中浸渍35-50min,所述平纹织物与抗静电整理液的质量比为1:(15-25),脱水后,在40-60℃条件下烘干20-30h。
所述抗静电整理液,由下述原料组成:0.8-1.8重量份水性聚氨酯乳液、0.2-1重量份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、2-5重量份氧化石墨烯、0.4-1.2重量份抗静电剂、4-9重量份乙醇、0.2-1重量份二氧化钛、88-94重量份水。
将水性聚氨酯乳液、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、石墨烯、抗静电剂、乙醇和二氧化钛加入水中混合均匀即得所述抗静电整理液。
进一步地,所述氧化石墨烯为改性氧化石墨烯。所述改性氧化石墨烯,由下述方法制备而成:将30-50g氧化石墨烯、300-500g乙二醇加入1000-1200g乙醇中超声处理20-40min,再加入100-200g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、40-60g(3-氨丙基)三甲氧基硅烷以转速为100-400r/min搅拌10-20min,然后在温度为50-70℃、转速为300-600r/min搅拌下滴加180-250g乙二胺,乙二胺滴加速度为0.1-0.5g/s,滴加完毕后密封反应20-30h,以转速为5000-8000r/min离心分离20-30min,将沉淀在温度为55-65℃干燥10-20h即得所述改性氧化石墨烯。
所述抗静电剂为线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂、N,N,N,N-六丙氧基甲基十二烷基硫酸甲酯铵中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述抗静电剂由60-70wt%线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂和30-40wt%N,N,N,N-六丙氧基甲基十二烷基硫酸甲酯铵组成。
本发明还提供了一种抗静电面料,采用上述方法制备而成。
本发明的抗静电面料,具有良好的抗静电性能,能消除静电对人体的危害,消除运动时由静电产生的不快感,并且能消除静电引起的缠结、不易沾尘、耐脏易洗涤,特别对石墨烯进行改进处理后,增加了其分散性后在面料上的附着力,提高了抗静电和抗菌性能。
具体实施方式
表面电荷密度测试:采用国家标准GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品静电测试方法》中的C法(电荷面密度法)进行测试;水洗采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法。
抗菌性能测试方法:采用国家标准GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试,采用耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法,测试水洗30次后的抗静电面料,以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)AS.1.90为试验菌种。
实施例中各原料介绍:
二氧化钛为南京天行新材料有限公司提供的型号为TTP-A10锐钛型纳米二氧化钛,一次粒径为10nm。
氧化石墨烯由北京德科岛金科技有限公司提供,厚度:0.55~1.2nm,直径:0.5~3μm,层数:1-5层。
水性聚氨酯乳液按照申请号为201210039315.8的中国专利中实施例1所示的配方及方法制备。
线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂按照申请号为201510975437.1的中国专利中实施例1所示方法制备。
N,N,N,N-六丙氧基甲基十二烷基硫酸甲酯铵按照申请号为201610176948.1的中国专利中实施例3所示方法制备。
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,CAS号:9003-39-8,采用安徽省金奥化工有限公司提供的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP K30。
实施例1
抗静电面料由下述方法制备:
将38重量份Coolmax纤维(INVISTA公司Coolmax纤维,75D)与59重量份竹纤维(纤维,上海里奥纤维企业发展有限公司生产的Lyocell竹纤维)混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与3重量份氨纶(采用杜邦氨纶丝,70D)使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到平纹织物,平纹织物克重为200克/平方米;将平纹织物经过抗静电后整理,所述抗静电后整理为将平纹织物在温度为40℃的抗静电整理液中浸渍40min,所述平纹织物与抗静电整理液的质量比为1:20,脱水后,在45℃条件下烘干24h,得到抗静电面料。
所述抗静电整理液由下述方法制备:将1.4重量份水性聚氨酯乳液、0.6重量份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、2.5重量份氧化石墨烯、1重量份抗静电剂、6重量份乙醇、0.5重量份二氧化钛加入90重量份去离子水中混合均匀即得抗静电整理液。
所述抗静电剂为线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂。
实施例2
抗静电面料由下述方法制备:
将38重量份Coolmax纤维(INVISTA公司Coolmax纤维,75D)与59重量份竹纤维(纤维,上海里奥纤维企业发展有限公司生产的Lyocell竹纤维)混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与3重量份氨纶(采用杜邦氨纶丝,70D)使用针织纬编大圆机进行针织织造,得到平纹织物,平纹织物克重为200克/平方米;将平纹织物经过抗静电后整理,所述抗静电后整理为将平纹织物在温度为40℃的抗静电整理液中浸渍40min,所述平纹织物与抗静电整理液的质量比为1:20,脱水后,在45℃条件下烘干24h,得到抗静电面料。
所述抗静电整理液由下述方法制备:将1.4重量份水性聚氨酯乳液、0.6重量份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、2.5重量份改性氧化石墨烯、1重量份抗静电剂、6重量份乙醇、0.5重量份二氧化钛加入90重量份去离子水中混合均匀即得抗静电整理液。
所述改性氧化石墨烯由下述方法制备:将40g氧化石墨烯、400g乙二醇加入1100g乙醇中超声处理30min,所述超声处理的超声功率为300W、超声频率为35kHz,再加入150g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、50g(3-氨丙基)三甲氧基硅烷以转速为180r/min搅拌15min,然后在温度为60℃、转速为500r/min搅拌下滴加210g乙二胺,乙二胺滴加速度为0.3g/s,滴加完毕后密封反应24h得到反应液,将反应液以转速为6000r/min离心分离25min,弃上清液,将沉淀在温度为60℃干燥15h即得改性氧化石墨烯。

所述抗静电剂由65wt%线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂和35wt%N,N,N,N-六丙氧基甲基十二烷基硫酸甲酯铵混合而成。
测试例1
将实施例1-5制备的抗静电面料进行性能测试,具体结果见表1。

本发明的抗静电面料,具有良好的抗静电性能,能消除静电对人体的危害,消除运动时由静电产生的不快感,并且能消除静电引起的缠结、不易沾尘、耐脏易洗涤,特别对石墨烯进行改进处理后,增加了其分散性后在面料上的附着力,提高了抗静电和抗菌性能。
Claims (7)
1.一种抗静电面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将35-40重量份Coolmax纤维、58-62重量份竹纤维混纺成混纺纱线,再用混纺纱线与2-4重量份氨纶进行针织织造,得到平纹织物,平纹织物克重为150-300克/平方米;
(2)将平纹织物经过抗静电后整理。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)抗静电后整理为:将平纹织物在温度为35-45℃的抗静电整理液中浸渍35-50min,所述平纹织物与抗静电整理液的质量比为1:(15-25),脱水后,在40-60℃条件下烘干20-30h。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电整理液,由下述原料组成:0.8-1.8重量份水性聚氨酯乳液、0.2-1重量份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、2-5重量份氧化石墨烯、0.4-1.2重量份抗静电剂、4-9重量份乙醇、0.2-1重量份二氧化钛、88-94重量份水。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯为改性氧化石墨烯。
5.如权利要求4所述的抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性氧化石墨烯,由下述方法制备而成:将30-50g氧化石墨烯、300-500g乙二醇加入1000-1200g乙醇中超声处理20-40min,再加入100-200g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、40-60g(3-氨丙基)三甲氧基硅烷以转速为100-400r/min搅拌10-20min,然后在温度为50-70℃、转速为300-600r/min搅拌下滴加180-250g乙二胺,乙二胺滴加速度为0.1-0.5g/s,滴加完毕后密封反应20-30h,以转速为5000-8000r/min离心分离20-30min,将沉淀在温度为55-65℃干燥10-20h即得所述改性氧化石墨烯。
6.如权利要求3所述的抗静电面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为线性-超支化磷酸酯盐表面活性剂、N,N,N,N-六丙氧基甲基十二烷基硫酸甲酯铵中的至少一种。
7.一种抗静电面料,采用权利要求1-6中任一项所述方法制备而成。
