背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对生存环境的质量和卫生水平提出了更高的要求,以达到健康、长寿的生活目标;另一方面,各种各样的致病微生物却依然顽强地传播着各种疾病,对人类的威胁丝毫不减。
日常生活中,人们使用的纺织品上一般都存在着微生物,它们在适宜的条件下迅速繁殖,使纺织纤维表面附着杂色、变色、脆化、霉变、虫蛀等,当织物与人体接触时,还能引起人体皮肤感染。这些微生物分泌的酶还能分解汗水中的糖分、脂肪酸、皮脂和皮屑以及其它人体分泌物,使织物产生臭味。目前抗菌织物主要由两种方法制得:直接采用抗菌纤维制成各类织物和将织物用抗菌整理加工以获得抗菌性能。比较而言,前者抗菌效果持久,耐洗性好,但技术含量高,难度大,抗菌纤维的生产较为不易,对抗菌增效剂要求高;而后者经整理得到的抗菌织物抗菌效果及耐洗涤性虽不及由抗菌纤维制的织物,但它具有加工处理过程简单,应用灵活等特点,目前仍然是抗菌织物的主要加工方法,通过在织造时在混合纤维中添加导电纤维,提高织物的抗静电性。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN104070711B的中国发明专利,公开了抗菌抗静电环保高弹面料的生产工艺,面料是由超细旦丙纶纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺成的粗细度为32~50S的混纺纱线添加粗细度为20~30D氨纶织造而成,面料中各成分重量比例为超细旦丙纶纤维占55~76%、莫代尔纤维占21~38%、氨纶占3~7%,其生产工艺如下:织造针织单面布→前处理→染色→脱水→剖幅→烘干→定型→成品;在染色过程中,采用两次染色,第一次主要对超细旦丙纶纤维进行染色,第二次主要对莫代尔纤维进行染色;在烘干中,烘干温度为90~100℃,速度为10~15m/min;在定型中,定型温度为120~130℃,速度为14~18m/min,其优点是:使面料具有抗菌、抗静电、环保、高弹等优良性能,但技术含量高,难度大,抗菌纤维的生产较为不易,对抗菌增效剂要求高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌效果好、抗静电、透气性好的抗静电抗菌毛领。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种抗静电抗菌毛领,通过织造、织物浸泡、烘干处理、成包步骤得到。
织造步骤为:按配方量称取涤纶纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维,导电纤维,混纺成混合纤维,将混合纤维放入针织编织机,据设定的组织结构经纬密度编制面料图案,得胚布。通过在织造过程中在混合纤维中混入导电纤维,当导电纤维接近带电物体时,就会在其周围形成电场,由于电晕放电,在空气中形成离子,使得带电物体的电荷被极性相反的离子所中和,而相同极性的离子被带电物体排斥,在空气中扩散,向接地物体移动,结果在带电物体与接地物体之间形成通路,使带电物体的静电荷得到消除,达到织物抗静电的效果。
织物浸泡步骤为将抗菌增效剂溶解在树脂中然后配成如乳化液,将上述胚布放在乳化液中充分浸泡,通过树脂能够附于织物表面,将树脂融入至抗菌增效剂中,通过浸泡、烘干,使其具有抗菌功效。
抗菌增效剂为一种抗菌纤维浸渍组合物,其主要组分按重量份计为:苯氧乙醇50-60份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵10-30份、聚乙二醇10-25份、活性多肽1~2份、乙二醇6-10份、透明质酸6-10份、甘油三油酸酯1-5份,该抗菌增效剂使用方法简单,通过共价键固着于纤维表面,接枝聚合在纤维表面形成薄膜,可确保耐洗性和抗菌耐久性,处理后的织物涂层均匀,易编织,具有与橡胶一般良好的粘结性能和表面光滑,同时使织物具有良好的吸水性,且柔软、亲肤。
活性多肽的氨基酸序列为SCASRYASRCRAGRRSRRCKGYACRSFGRRSRICKCFRC。在抗菌增效剂的成分中添加含有活性多肽的抗菌增效剂,可以通过抗菌肽分子中的疏水端插入质膜中,而刚性分子则不能完成这一步,然后两亲性的α螺旋也插入质膜中,从而破坏了脂质双层原有的有序结构,由于两亲性的存在,抗菌肽分子在质膜上形成通道,细菌因而便失去膜势,不能保持正常渗透压而死亡,从而达到抑菌、杀菌的效果。
乳化液的浓度为5~9%,pH值6.8~7.3,浸泡时长为40~65分钟,通过抗菌增效剂溶解在树脂中然后配成乳化液,将上述胚布放在乳化液中充分浸渍,树脂能够附于织物表面使其具有抗菌功效。

烘干处理是将浸泡后的胚布在温度100~120℃的温度下进行预烘,然后再在160~170℃的温度下焙烘3~5min,通过表面烘干处理,使树脂交联抗菌增效剂附着于织物表面使其产生持久的抗菌功效,去除纺丝时施加在纤维上的油剂及织造时沾上的油污等消除织物内应力,得到更有弹性,手感更好、穿着舒服的抗静电抗菌织物,该织物适合不同年龄段人群的服装。
实施例2:
一种抗静电抗菌毛领,包括以下步骤:
1)织造步骤为:按配方量称取涤纶纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维,导电纤维,混纺成混合纤维,将混合纤维放入针织编织机,据设定的组织结构经纬密度编制面料图案,得胚布;
2)织物浸泡:将抗菌增效剂溶解在树脂中然后配成如乳化液,将上述胚布放在乳化液中充分浸泡;
3)烘干处理:将浸泡后的胚布在温度100℃的温度下进行预烘,然后再在160℃的温度下焙烘3min。
乳化液的浓度为5%,pH值6.8,浸泡时长为40分钟。
抗菌增效剂为一种抗菌纤维浸渍组合物,其主要组分按重量份计为:苯氧乙醇50份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵10份、聚乙二醇10份、活性多肽1份、乙二醇6份、透明质酸6份、甘油三油酸酯1份。
活性多肽的氨基酸序列为SCASRYASRCRAGRRSRRCKGYACRSFGRRSRICKCFRC。
实施例3:
一种抗静电抗菌毛领,具体步骤为:
1)织造步骤为:按配方量称取涤纶纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维,导电纤维,混纺成混合纤维,将混合纤维放入针织编织机,据设定的组织结构经纬密度编制面料图案,得胚布;
2)织物浸泡:将抗菌增效剂溶解在树脂中然后配成如乳化液,将上述胚布放在乳化液中充分浸泡;
3)烘干处理:将浸泡后的胚布在温度110℃的温度下进行预烘,然后再在165℃的温度下焙烘5min。
乳化液的浓度为6%,pH值7.2,浸泡时长为50分钟。
抗菌增效剂为一种抗菌纤维浸渍组合物,其主要组分按重量份计为:苯氧乙醇55份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵20份、聚乙二醇20份、活性多肽2份、乙二醇8份、透明质酸8份、甘油三油酸酯3份。
活性多肽的氨基酸序列为SCASRYASRCRAGRRSRRCKGYACRSFGRRSRICKCFRC。

1.一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述的抗静电抗菌毛领,通过织造、织物浸泡、烘干处理、成包得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述织造步骤为:按配方量称取涤纶纤维、竹纤维、粘胶纤维,导电纤维,混纺成混合纤维,将混合纤维放入针织编织机,据设定的组织结构经纬密度编制面料图案,得胚布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领织物,其特征在于:所述的浸泡步骤为将抗菌增效剂溶解在树脂中然后配成如乳化液,将上述胚布放在乳化液中充分浸泡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述的抗菌增效剂为一种抗菌纤维浸渍组合物,其主要组分按重量份计为:苯氧乙醇50-60份、溴化双十八烷基二甲基铵10-30份、聚乙二醇10-25份、活性多肽1~2份、乙二醇6-10份、透明质酸6-10份、甘油三油酸酯1-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述的活性多肽的氨基酸序列为SCASRYASRCRAGRRSRRCKGYACRSFGRRSRICKCFRC。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述乳化液的浓度为5~9%,pH值6.8~7.3,浸泡时长为40~65分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电抗菌毛领,其特征在于:所述烘干处理是将浸泡后的胚布在温度100~120℃的温度下进行预烘,然后再在160~170℃的温度下焙烘3~5min。
