CN109130374A公开了一种抗静电和抗菌纺织面料及其制备方法,针对玩具、布艺易沾灰的问题针对性的解决了在抗菌效果下的长效抗静电功能,适合于儿童使用,然而玩具一般清洗周期较长,且室内的使用环境相对温和,因此该面料在设计之初缺乏耐水性和长效耐磨性,并不适合其他领域的抗静电使用。
CN104389076A公开了具有吸湿排汗、抗菌及抗静电的多功能面料及其生产方法,经该纺织方法得到的面料具有抑菌和抗静电的效果,然而其抗静电纱线的使用会造成皮肤的磨砂感,柔性不佳。
因此,现有技术中的抗静电面料细分不完全,没有一款针对于军用抗静电效果且兼具耐磨和柔性效果的面料。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种抗静电的柔性面料,制备原料包括:柔性纤维,所述柔性纤维的制备原料包括棉纤维,所述棉纤维的质量含量不少于40%。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述柔性纤维经抗静电处理后进行纺织。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述抗静电处理包括将柔性纤维在抗静电液中浸泡并取出烘干后纺织,所述浸泡的时间为5-20s。
为了平衡抗静电效果和减少抗静电液对高棉织物的整理影响,优选浸泡的时间为15s。
作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述抗静电液的制备原料包括:环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯20-50份、抗静电剂2-10份、水100-500份。
为了提高抗静电液的成膜完整性和弹性,所述环氧树脂的混合粘度(25℃)为500-100mPa.s,拉伸强度为60-90MPa,购买自道生天合材料科技(上海)股份有限公司,型号为3141A/3146B。
按重量份计,所述环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法包括以下步骤:

(3)降温至30℃,体系内加入0.2-1份三乙胺中和,继续加入10-50份水乳化,即得环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯。
本发明不对抗静电剂做特殊限定,包括但不限于抗静电剂SN。
现有技术中的抗静电整理剂通常以聚氨酯为基料,常规的聚氨酯不仅耐水性差,抗静电整理后经水洗效果减弱,且对于需要熨烫整理的衣物,聚氨酯能够阻碍整理后织物的回复角的提高。申请人发现,通过混合粘度(25℃)为500-100mPa.s,拉伸强度为60-90MPa的环氧树脂对聚氨酯进行改性,环氧基团的引入可以提高改性后聚氨酯的耐水洗性,在织物表面所形成的膜层致密、粘接性高,且颜色澄清透明,对织物本身效果无影响。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述柔性纤维的制备原料还包括耐磨成分,所述耐磨成分的单丝直径为2-40μm。

作为一种优选的实施方式,按重量份计,所述助剂的制备原料包括硅油10-20份、表面活性剂10-15份、水20-40份。
优选的,所述硅油的运动粘度(25℃)为10-30mm2/s。
为了防止硅油与织物中短纤维的粘聚和粘结,进一步优选所述硅油为甲基硅油,运动粘度(25℃)为20mm2/s,购买自山东隆汇化工,型号为201-20。

实施例1

所述柔性纤维经抗静电处理后进行纺织,所述抗静电处理包括将柔性纤维在抗静电液中浸泡并取出烘干后纺织,所述浸泡的时间为15s。
按重量份计,所述抗静电液的制备原料包括:环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯30份、抗静电剂8份、水120份。
按重量份计,所述环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)氮气保护下,将20份聚醚多元醇、20份聚酯多元醇、5份环氧树脂、3份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯90℃加热共混,反应2h;
(2)体系冷却到70℃,在(1)中加入1份丁二醇进行扩链,反应1h,每隔30min取样检测NCO含量,直至其含量不再变化;

耐水洗性测试:将织物置于滚筒洗衣机中用清水常温洗涤并甩干3次,每次30min,织物与水的质量比为1:5,烘干后再次进行抗静电测试,方法同上。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,制备原料包括:柔性纤维,所述柔性纤维的制备原料包括棉纤维,所述棉纤维的质量含量不少于40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述柔性纤维经抗静电处理后进行纺织。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电处理包括将柔性纤维在抗静电液中浸泡并取出烘干后纺织,所述浸泡的时间为5-20s。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述抗静电液的制备原料包括:环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯20-50份、抗静电剂2-10份、水100-500份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的混合粘度为500-100mPa.s。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的拉伸强度为60-90MPa。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述柔性纤维的制备原料还包括耐磨成分,所述耐磨成分的单丝直径为2-40μm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗静电的柔性面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨成分的长度为1-3mm。
9.一种根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的抗静电的柔性面料的制备方法,其特征在于,将抗静电处理后的柔性纤维进行纺织,纺织后的面料表面喷涂助剂。
10.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的抗静电的柔性面料在军用衣物、军用鞋靴、军用背包中的应用。
