本发明属于输送带技术领域,尤其为一种抗静电TPU带,包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;所述织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,所述经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;所述经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;所述纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成。本发明通过对织物内芯进行改进,依靠经线保证输送带耐磨性和强度的同时,通过纬线提高输送带的抗静电性同时提高输送带的耐高温性,其中织物内芯的抗静电远离为,利用电场引起其电晕放电,使静电中和,从而起到抗静电的作用,抗静电效果好;通过对覆盖胶层进行改进,减少了耐磨导电炭黑的添加量,同时再加入一定量的PVC树脂,从而保证了覆盖胶层的拉伸强度和冲击强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体为一种抗静电TPU带。
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)是一种新兴的高分子材料,具有高弹性、较高的杨氏模量、良好的挠曲性以及耐磨、耐候、耐油酯、耐溶剂、环保等优良性能,因此广泛应用于船舶、车辆、航空、轻工、纺织等部门。
TPU输送带作为一种轻型输送带,以其质量轻、寿命长、阻燃性好、不易产生摩擦等优点,在多行业中得到广泛的应用。
TPU输送带在使用过程中,需要与机械不断的摩擦,同时与运输的物体之间也存在摩擦,因此产生大量的电荷积累,这就要求输送带正反两面都要具有较好的高抗静电性能。
目前的处理方法主要是通过在TPU覆胶制备过程中往TPU树脂中添加一定量的导电炭黑来提高TPU输送带的抗静电能力,既加速静电泄露,以避免静电的大量聚积,但是添加过多的导电炭黑会影响TPU输送带的拉伸强度和冲击强度,从而降低了TPU输送带的性能,同时过多导电炭黑的添加,会造成TPU覆胶压合工作困难,造成生产工艺难度大。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗静电TPU带,解决了上述背景技术中的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗静电TPU带,包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;
所述织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,所述经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;
所述经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;
所述纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成;
所述覆盖胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:
TPU树脂50~70份;
抗静电剂4~8份;
耐磨导电炭黑2~6份;
软化剂2~5份;
增塑剂10~14份;
防老剂1~2份;
环氧树脂2份;
磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份;
硅酸盐2~3份;
PVC树脂20~30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述软化剂为松焦油。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯或己二酸二辛酯。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防老剂为N-苯基-α萘胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉聚合物或N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或多种。
一种抗静电TPU带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一)编织织物内芯:按平纹织法将经线和纬线一上一下编织成双层组织织物,既得织物内芯;
二)制备覆盖胶层的原料:
①按重量份数取TPU树脂50~70份、抗静电剂4~8份、耐磨导电炭黑2~6份、软化剂2~5份、增塑剂10~14份、防老剂1~2份、环氧树脂2份、磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份、硅酸盐2~3份和PVC树脂20~30份;
②将上述步骤①中的TPU树脂50~70份、PVC树脂20~30份、磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份、软化剂2~5份和增塑剂10~14份加入到高速混合机内,在140~160℃下混合15~25min,混合转速为1100~1300r/min,可以得到混合浆料A;
③将步骤①中的抗静电剂4~8份、耐磨导电炭黑2~6份、防老剂1~2份、环氧树脂2份和硅酸盐2~3份在进入到步骤②中的混合浆料A中,在120~150℃下混合20~30min,混合转速为800~900r/min,得到混合浆料B;
④将步骤③得到的混合浆料B冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机中,可以得到覆盖胶层颗粒;
三)织物内芯浸泡:将步骤一)得到的织物内芯浸泡在胶液中,浸泡时间为30~50min,浸泡后用轧辊将多余胶液从而织物内芯上清除;
四)将步骤三)中浸泡后的织物内芯放入塑化箱内塑化,塑化温度为160~180℃;
五)将步骤二)得到覆盖胶层颗粒通过两个挤出机挤出,然后在温度为120~150℃下与步骤(四)中塑化后的织物内芯贴合在一起,得到抗静电TPU带。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤三)中的胶液由聚氨酯溶液、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和聚氯乙烯糊树脂配制而成。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种抗静电TPU带,具备以下有益效果:
1、该抗静电TPU带,通过对织物内芯进行改进,依靠经线保证输送带耐磨性和强度的同时,通过纬线提高输送带的抗静电性同时提高输送带的耐高温性,其中织物内芯的抗静电远离为,利用电场引起其电晕放电,使静电中和,从而起到抗静电的作用,抗静电效果好。
2、该抗静电TPU带,通过对覆盖胶层进行改进,减少了耐磨导电炭黑的添加量,同时再加入一定量的PVC树脂,从而保证了覆盖胶层的拉伸强度和冲击强度,并且通过添加抗静电剂和磺酸芳香聚合物,可以通过离子导电来传导和释放产生的静电荷,主要是降低覆盖胶层的电阻率来起到抗静电的效果,从而更全面提高了输送带的抗静电能力。
3、该抗静电TPU带,制备工艺简单合理,因此制备操作简单,方便进行生产,可以提高了TPU输送带的电学性能,增强了其适用性。

实施例一
请参阅图1,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种抗静电TPU带,包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;
织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;
经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;
纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成;
覆盖胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:
TPU树脂56份;
抗静电剂4份;
耐磨导电炭黑3份;
软化剂3份;
增塑剂12份;
防老剂2份;
环氧树脂2份;
磺酸芳香聚合物2份;
硅酸盐3份;
PVC树脂22份。

①按重量份数取TPU树脂56份、抗静电剂4份、耐磨导电炭黑3份、软化剂3份、增塑剂12份、防老剂2份、环氧树脂2份、磺酸芳香聚合物2份、硅酸盐3份和PVC树脂22份;
②将上述步骤①中的TPU树脂56份、PVC树脂22份、磺酸芳香聚合物2份、软化剂3份和增塑剂12份加入到高速混合机内,在140~160℃下混合15~25min,混合转速为1100~1300r/min,可以得到混合浆料A;
③将步骤①中的抗静电剂4份、耐磨导电炭黑3份、防老剂2份、环氧树脂2份和硅酸盐3份在进入到步骤②中的混合浆料A中,在120~150℃下混合20~30min,混合转速为800~900r/min,得到混合浆料B;
④将步骤③得到的混合浆料B冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机中,可以得到覆盖胶层颗粒;
三)织物内芯浸泡:将步骤一)得到的织物内芯浸泡在胶液中,浸泡时间为30~50min,浸泡后用轧辊将多余胶液从而织物内芯上清除;
四)将步骤三)中浸泡后的织物内芯放入塑化箱内塑化,塑化温度为160~180℃;
五)将步骤二)得到覆盖胶层颗粒通过两个挤出机挤出,然后在温度为120~150℃下与步骤(四)中塑化后的织物内芯贴合在一起,得到抗静电TPU带。
具体的,步骤三)中的胶液由聚氨酯溶液、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和聚氯乙烯糊树脂配制而成。
通过对制备得到的抗静电TPU带在温度为25℃,相对湿度为65%的条件下测定其表面电阻为5.9*107。
实施例二
一种抗静电TPU带,包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;
织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;
经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;
纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成;
覆盖胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:
TPU树脂60份;
抗静电剂5份;
耐磨导电炭黑3份;
软化剂2份;
增塑剂11份;
防老剂2份;
环氧树脂2份;
磺酸芳香聚合物3份;
硅酸盐2份;
PVC树脂25份。
具体的,抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。

②将上述步骤①中的TPU树脂60份、PVC树脂25、磺酸芳香聚合物3份、软化剂2份和增塑剂11份加入到高速混合机内,在140~160℃下混合15~25min,混合转速为1100~1300r/min,可以得到混合浆料A;
③将步骤①中的抗静电剂5份、耐磨导电炭黑3份、防老剂2份、环氧树脂2份和硅酸盐2份在进入到步骤②中的混合浆料A中,在120~150℃下混合20~30min,混合转速为800~900r/min,得到混合浆料B;
④将步骤③得到的混合浆料B冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机中,可以得到覆盖胶层颗粒;
三)织物内芯浸泡:将步骤一)得到的织物内芯浸泡在胶液中,浸泡时间为30~50min,浸泡后用轧辊将多余胶液从而织物内芯上清除;
四)将步骤三)中浸泡后的织物内芯放入塑化箱内塑化,塑化温度为160~180℃;
五)将步骤二)得到覆盖胶层颗粒通过两个挤出机挤出,然后在温度为120~150℃下与步骤(四)中塑化后的织物内芯贴合在一起,得到抗静电TPU带。
具体的,步骤三)中的胶液由聚氨酯溶液、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和聚氯乙烯糊树脂配制而成。
通过对制备得到的抗静电TPU带在温度为25℃,相对湿度为65%的条件下测定其表面电阻为6.6*107。
实施例三
一种抗静电TPU带,包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;
织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;
经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;
纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成;
覆盖胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:
TPU树脂65份;
抗静电剂5份;
耐磨导电炭黑4份;
软化剂4份;
增塑剂12份;
防老剂1份;
环氧树脂2份;
磺酸芳香聚合物4份;
硅酸盐3份;
PVC树脂28份。
具体的,抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。

③将步骤①中的抗静电剂5份、耐磨导电炭黑4份、防老剂1、环氧树脂2份和硅酸盐3份在进入到步骤②中的混合浆料A中,在120~150℃下混合20~30min,混合转速为800~900r/min,得到混合浆料B;
④将步骤③得到的混合浆料B冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机中,可以得到覆盖胶层颗粒;
三)织物内芯浸泡:将步骤一)得到的织物内芯浸泡在胶液中,浸泡时间为30~50min,浸泡后用轧辊将多余胶液从而织物内芯上清除;
四)将步骤三)中浸泡后的织物内芯放入塑化箱内塑化,塑化温度为160~180℃;
五)将步骤二)得到覆盖胶层颗粒通过两个挤出机挤出,然后在温度为120~150℃下与步骤(四)中塑化后的织物内芯贴合在一起,得到抗静电TPU带。
具体的,步骤三)中的胶液由聚氨酯溶液、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和聚氯乙烯糊树脂配制而成。
通过对制备得到的抗静电TPU带在温度为25℃,相对湿度为65%的条件下测定其表面电阻为6.4*107。

1.一种抗静电TPU带,其特征在于:包括织物内芯和覆盖胶层;
所述织物内芯由经线和纬线组成,所述经线和纬线按照平纹织法一上一下编织而成;
所述经线由聚酯或棉纤维或芳纶纤维和聚酰胺纤维组成;
所述纬线由尼农基导电纤维、中空玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组成;
所述覆盖胶层包括以下重量份数的组分:
TPU树脂50~70份;
抗静电剂4~8份;
耐磨导电炭黑2~6份;
软化剂2~5份;
增塑剂10~14份;
防老剂1~2份;
环氧树脂2份;
磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份;
硅酸盐2~3份;
PVC树脂20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电TPU带,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电TPU带,其特征在于:所述软化剂为松焦油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电TPU带,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为癸二酸二辛酯或己二酸二辛酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电TPU带,其特征在于:所述防老剂为N-苯基-α萘胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢喹啉聚合物或N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的一种抗静电TPU带的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
一)编织织物内芯:按平纹织法将经线和纬线一上一下编织成双层组织织物,既得织物内芯;
二)制备覆盖胶层的原料:
①按重量份数取TPU树脂50~70份、抗静电剂4~8份、耐磨导电炭黑2~6份、软化剂2~5份、增塑剂10~14份、防老剂1~2份、环氧树脂2份、磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份、硅酸盐2~3份和PVC树脂20~30份;
②将上述步骤①中的TPU树脂50~70份、PVC树脂20~30份、磺酸芳香聚合物1~4份、软化剂2~5份和增塑剂10~14份加入到高速混合机内,在140~160℃下混合15~25min,混合转速为1100~1300r/min,可以得到混合浆料A;
③将步骤①中的抗静电剂4~8份、耐磨导电炭黑2~6份、防老剂1~2份、环氧树脂2份和硅酸盐2~3份在进入到步骤②中的混合浆料A中,在120~150℃下混合20~30min,混合转速为800~900r/min,得到混合浆料B;
④将步骤③得到的混合浆料B冷却后加入到双螺杆造粒机中,可以得到覆盖胶层颗粒;
三)织物内芯浸泡:将步骤一)得到的织物内芯浸泡在胶液中,浸泡时间为30~50min,浸泡后用轧辊将多余胶液从而织物内芯上清除;
四)将步骤三)中浸泡后的织物内芯放入塑化箱内塑化,塑化温度为160~180℃;
五)将步骤二)得到覆盖胶层颗粒通过两个挤出机挤出,然后在温度为120~150℃下与步骤(四)中塑化后的织物内芯贴合在一起,得到抗静电TPU带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种抗静电TPU带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三)中的胶液由聚氨酯溶液、环氧大豆油、阻燃剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯和聚氯乙烯糊树脂配制而成。
