Abstract

本发明公开了一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料,由经纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为芳纶1313纤维、芳纶1414纤维、阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、大麻纤维和导电纤维的混纺纱。本发明通过在面料基布中加入导电纤维和阻燃纤维让织物本身具有阻燃防静电功能,在后续的印染工艺中对迷彩印花的面料进行防盐雾整理,实现了同一纺织面料上赋予多种功能的功效,改变了以前纺织面料上只能进行单一性的功能整理、缺陷较多、服用性能差的问题,大大提高了迷彩面料的功能性,扩展了其应用范围。

一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料及其印染工艺
技术领域
本发明属于面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料及其印染工艺。
背景技术
迷彩系列纺织品最早因军事需要而生产。随着人们生活水平和欣赏水平的不断提高,欣赏层次也向多元化发展,迷彩系列产品已不仅仅作为军工产品,很多品种的迷彩已逐渐向民用方面发展。迷彩一般根据地形等背景进行分类:有森林迷彩、沙漠迷彩、雪地迷彩、海洋迷彩、荒漠迷彩、山地迷彩和近期兴起的城市迷彩等;在花型设计上,现在出现了相对统一的趋势,花型相对集中,常见的有斑点、豹纹、龟纹、乱草、大枯枝、大枯叶、松叶、马赛克和岩石等,这些花型基本可以满足不同地貌环境和各层次消费者的要求。
为了进一步扩展迷彩面料的应用范围,就需要对其赋予更多功能性的需求,如阻燃、抗静电、防盐雾等。目前,少有将阻燃、抗静电、防盐雾等功能复合到同一迷彩面料中并且同时实现各功能效果的生产方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料及其印染工艺。
一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料,由经纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为芳纶1313纤维、芳纶1414纤维、阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、大麻纤维和导电纤维的混纺纱;所述混纺纱由60-70wt.%芳纶1313纤维、1-5wt.%芳纶1414纤维、5-10wt.%阻燃腈纶纤维、5-10wt.%阻燃粘胶纤维、1-5 wt.%大麻纤维和1-3 wt.%导电纤维混纺而成,所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
进一步地,上述面料采用3/1斜纹组织,经密度为200-300根/10cm,纬密度为100-200根/10cm。
上述阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料的印染工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,前处理工序,依次包括烧毛、冷堆、煮练、定型和丝光;
步骤2,印花工序,采用印花色浆对前处理后的织物进行印花,在130-150℃蒸化3-5min后用1-2g/L双氧水在45-55℃浸泡1-5min,在90-100℃皂洗后经热水洗、冷水洗;
步骤3,防盐雾整理,将印花织物浸轧在阻燃防盐雾整理液中,烘干,预缩,得到成品。
进一步地,所述印花色浆以重量百分比计包括:还原棕BR 3.2-4.5%,分散黄E-3RL2.8-5.6%,分散黑S-2BL 1.5-1.8%,还原橄榄R 4.2-7.5%,分散蓝E-4R 1.2-1.8%,还原黄3RT 1.2-1.7%,还原橄榄R 3.2-4.5%,橄榄绿B 0.8-1.3%,还原艳绿FFB 3.1-3.8%,分散黄棕S-2RFL 1.1-1.4%,尿素4-8%,海藻酸钠0.5-1.5%,防染盐S 0.5-1.5%,增稠剂FS-80E6.5-8.5%,乳化糊5-10%,粘合剂1-4%,加水合成100%。
进一步地,所述防盐雾整理液包括:石墨烯3-6g/L,乳化剂1-2g/L,高岭土2-4 g/L,季铵化合物0.5-1g/L,凹凸棒土0.8-1.2g/L,改性聚硅氧烷1-2g/L,碳化硅粉末0.2-0.5g/L,二氧化钛粉体0.1-0.4g/L,甘油1-4g/L,硬脂酸1-2g/L,PU树脂1-2g/L。
本发明通过在面料基布中加入导电纤维和阻燃纤维让织物本身具有永久的阻燃防静电功能,在后续的印染工艺中对迷彩印花的面料进行防盐雾整理,实现了同一纺织面料上赋予多种功能的功效,改变了以前纺织面料上只能进行单一性的功能整理、缺陷较多、服用性能差的问题,大大提高了迷彩面料的功能性,扩展了其应用范围。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步说明。
实施例1
取70wt.%芳纶1313纤维、5wt.%芳纶1414纤维、10wt.%阻燃腈纶纤维、10wt.%阻燃粘胶纤维、2 wt.%大麻纤维和3 wt.%导电纤维混纺,得到纱线。
将经纱和纬纱按采用3/1斜纹组织,经密度为200-300根/10cm,纬密度为100-200根/10cm,织造得到织物。
织物采用以下步骤进行印染:
步骤1,前处理工序,依次包括烧毛(车速为80-90m/min,一正一反,四道火口,烧毛等级为4-5级)、冷堆(常温浸轧工作液,三浸三轧,轧余率为60-90%,车速为30-40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30-40g/L、双氧水5-15g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、煮练剂8-10g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,打卷后以5-6r/min的转速常温堆置20-25小时)、煮练(30%氢氧化钠50 g/L、M-171精练剂15g/L、GDP金属络合剂6g/L、亚硫酸钠5g/L,在101℃处理60min)、定型(定型温度170℃,布速31m/min,控制门幅155cm)和丝光;
步骤2,印花工序,采用印花色浆对前处理后的织物进行印花,在130-150℃蒸化3-5min后用1-2g/L双氧水在45-55℃浸泡1-5min,在90-100℃皂洗后经热水洗、冷水洗;
步骤3,防盐雾整理,将皂洗织物浸轧在防盐雾整理液中,车速40米/分,带液率60%,再于130℃下烘干,预缩,得到成品。
所述印花色浆以重量百分比计包括:还原棕BR 3.2%,分散黄E-3RL 2.8%,分散黑S-2BL 1.5%,还原橄榄R 4.2%,分散蓝E-4R 1.2%,还原黄3RT 1.2%,还原橄榄R 3.2%,橄榄绿B 0.8%,还原艳绿FFB 3.1%,分散黄棕S-2RFL 1.1%,尿素4%,海藻酸钠0.5%,防染盐S0.5%,增稠剂FS-80E 6.5%,乳化糊5%,粘合剂1%,加水合成100%。
所述防盐雾整理液包括:石墨烯3g/L,乳化剂1g/L,高岭土2 g/L,季铵化合物0.5g/L,凹凸棒土0.8g/L,改性聚硅氧烷1g/L,碳化硅粉末0.2g/L,二氧化钛粉体0.1g/L,甘油1g/L,硬脂酸1g/L,PU树脂1g/L。
实施例2
取取70wt.%芳纶1313纤维、3wt.%芳纶1414纤维、9wt.%阻燃腈纶纤维、10wt.%阻燃粘胶纤维、5 wt.%大麻纤维和3 wt.%导电纤维混纺,得到纱线。
将经纱和纬纱按采用3/1斜纹组织,经密度为200-300根/10cm,纬密度为100-200根/10cm,织造得到织物。
织物采用以下步骤进行印染:

所述印花色浆以重量百分比计包括:还原棕BR 3.9%,分散黄E-3RL 4.1%,分散黑S-2BL 1.6%,还原橄榄R 6.1%,分散蓝E-4R 1.4%,还原黄3RT 1.5%,还原橄榄R 3.7%,橄榄绿B 1.1%,还原艳绿FFB 3.4%,分散黄棕S-2RFL 1.2%,尿素7%,海藻酸钠1.1%,防染盐S1.2%,增稠剂FS-80E 7.7%,乳化糊7%,粘合剂2%,加水合成100%。
所述防盐雾整理液包括:石墨烯4g/L,乳化剂2g/L,高岭土3 g/L,季铵化合物0.7g/L,凹凸棒土1.1g/L,改性聚硅氧烷2g/L,碳化硅粉末0.4g/L,二氧化钛粉体0.2g/L,甘油2g/L,硬脂酸2g/L,PU树脂1g/L。
实施例3
取70wt.%芳纶1313纤维、5wt.%芳纶1414纤维、10wt.%阻燃腈纶纤维、10wt.%阻燃粘胶纤维、4wt.%大麻纤维和1 wt.%导电纤维混纺,得到纱线。
将经纱和纬纱按采用3/1斜纹组织,经密度为200-300根/10cm,纬密度为100-200根/10cm,织造得到织物。

所述印花色浆以重量百分比计包括:还原棕BR 4.5%,分散黄E-3RL 5.6%,分散黑S-2BL 1.8%,还原橄榄R 7.5%,分散蓝E-4R 1.8%,还原黄3RT 1.7%,还原橄榄R 4.5%,橄榄绿B 1.3%,还原艳绿FFB 3.8%,分散黄棕S-2RFL 1.4%,尿素8%,海藻酸钠1.5%,防染盐S1.5%,增稠剂FS-80E 8.5%,乳化糊10%,粘合剂4%,加水合成100%。
所述防盐雾整理液包括:石墨烯6g/L,乳化剂2g/L,高岭土4 g/L,季铵化合物1g/L,凹凸棒土1.2g/L,改性聚硅氧烷2g/L,碳化硅粉末0.5g/L,二氧化钛粉体0.4g/L,甘油4g/L,硬脂酸2g/L,PU树脂2g/L。
经检测,本发明的面料,断裂强力为经向780N/纬向510N,撕裂强力为经向60N/纬向30N,耐皂洗色牢度为4级,耐汗渍色牢度为4级,耐日光色牢度为5级;点对点电阻为1×105-1×107Ω;参照耐汗渍色牢度检测标准,将面料置于人工海水中进行检测,面料具有良好的防盐雾性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料,其特征在于:由经纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为芳纶1313纤维、芳纶1414纤维、阻燃腈纶纤维、阻燃粘胶纤维、大麻纤维和导电纤维的混纺纱;所述混纺纱由60-70wt.%芳纶1313纤维、1-5wt.%芳纶1414纤维、5-10wt.%阻燃腈纶纤维、5-10wt.%阻燃粘胶纤维、1-5 wt.%大麻纤维和1-3 wt.%导电纤维混纺而成,所有原料的重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料,其特征在于:上述面料采用3/1斜纹组织,经密度为200-300根/10cm,纬密度为100-200根/10cm。
3.权利要求1所述的阻燃抗静电迷彩防盐雾面料的印染工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,前处理工序,依次包括烧毛、冷堆、煮练、定型和丝光;
步骤2,印花工序,采用印花色浆对前处理后的织物进行印花,在130-150℃蒸化3-5min后用1-2g/L双氧水在45-55℃浸泡1-5min,在90-100℃皂洗后经热水洗、冷水洗;
步骤3,防盐雾整理,将印花织物浸轧在防盐雾整理液中,烘干,预缩,得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的印染工艺,其特征在于:所述印花色浆以重量百分比计包括:还原棕BR 3.2-4.5%,分散黄E-3RL 2.8-5.6%,分散黑S-2BL 1.5-1.8%,还原橄榄R 4.2-7.5%,分散蓝E-4R 1.2-1.8%,还原黄3RT 1.2-1.7%,还原橄榄R 3.2-4.5%,橄榄绿B 0.8-1.3%,还原艳绿FFB 3.1-3.8%,分散黄棕S-2RFL 1.1-1.4%,尿素4-8%,海藻酸钠0.5-1.5%,防染盐S 0.5-1.5%,增稠剂FS-80E 6.5-8.5%,乳化糊5-10%,粘合剂1-4%,加水合成100%。
