本发明涉及面料印染技术领域,尤其涉及一种防红外军用迷彩面料及其印染工艺。
背景技术
随着红外侦察威胁的提高,各种防红外侦察的手段日趋重要。美、英、日等国家均开始了防红外侦察方法的研究,其中尤以防红外侦察伪装材料的研究最为重要。防红外材料的研究已有近半个世纪的历史,而国内红外伪装材料的研究是从八十年代开始的。对于纺织面料作为伪装材料而言,在以往研究中是通过涂料实现伪装是比较容易的一种方法,其一般将含SnO2、Fe3O3、ZnO等金属氧化物的涂料涂覆在织物表面,以降低织物对红外线反射率。但是该方法的缺点是,大量使用涂料会导致热红外波段的过度吸收,增加对雷达波、可见光和激光的反射,不利于对这些探测器的隐身,而且涂层后的面料的吸湿性、透气性、耐水洗性等都有所下降;再有,由于颜料自身性能限制,调制出与背景完全接近的伪装颜色是困难的,一般有一个规定限度内的伪装色的允许偏差。
目前有学者采用染料代替涂料形成热门隐身材料,其正好是从克服上述这些方面的缺点,但是更多关于染料代替涂料形成热隐身材料的消息还鲜有报道,一方面是有关染料的合成、结构和组成以及应用均是秘密进行的,另一方面要想达到令人满意的效果可适合于军事用途,还有待于进一步的技术攻关。考虑到在现代战争中,防红外迷彩面料用于个体防护是形势所趋,因此对于防近红外迷彩伪装面料的研究具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防红外军用迷彩面料及其印染工艺,经过该印染工艺获得的面料,具有防红外伪装性能好,各项色牢度高,色泽丰满,且成本低的优点。
本发明提出的一种防红外军用迷彩面料,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用同样的混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由40-60wt%棉纤维、30-50wt%涤纶纤维、5-10wt%锦纶纤维和5-10wt%绢丝纤维混纺而成。
优选地,所述面料经密度为80-100根/in,面料纬密度为50-60根/in。。

本发明提出的一种防红外军用迷彩面料及其印染工艺,所述面料的经纬纱均采用由40-60wt%棉纤维、30-50wt%涤纶纤维、5-10wt%锦纶纤维和5-10wt%绢丝纤维混纺形成的纱线,由于将棉纤维和涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、绢丝纤维进行混纺,使面料不仅具有棉纤维的优良性能,还可以服棉纤维的一些不良特性:如多次洗涤后发黄发硬、吸湿后水分发散缓慢等,面料也克服了传统仅以涤纶、锦纶为原料的迷彩面料的缺点;其中采用高强涤纶纤维,可以增加面料在使用时的耐摩擦性、拉伸断裂强度、撕裂强度,同时减轻了成品质量,从而有效地提高了战时机动灵活性能,加入绢丝纤维则不仅可以改善棉涤产品的拉伸性能,还可以改善其印染吸附功能,有利于面料进行后续的防红外印染加工。通过上述特定种类和比例纤维混纺成的面料产品,其具有丰满挺括、透气吸湿、色牢度好、强度高、耐磨擦的优点,其完全适用于军用迷彩面料的开发。
与此同时,本发明中还提出了一种防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,其包括对面料进行前处理后,染色以及印花、整理等工艺;首先,根据混纺面料的特点,在前处理工艺中,通过选择烧毛、冷轧堆+碱洗、丝光的工艺过程和参数控制,不仅可以面料保护纤维不受损伤,而且充分去除面料上含有的化学浆料和油剂、污渍,使印染前的面料具有优良的毛效、吸附均匀度、白度及手感柔软。其次采用还原/分散染料分散浴法的染色工艺,通过控制染液配方和上染过程,可保证高色牢度和颜色前后稳定性,所染地色能满足迷彩印花要求;其中还原染料和分散染料主要集中在军绿、灰和棕三个主要色系的高牢度染料上,分散染料选用高温型和中温型产品,由此可以防止印花后焙烘过程中染料严重升华,以及印花后水洗的沾污问题。还有,在印花工艺中,本发明通过选用高温型、升华牢度好,以及对棉纤维沾色小的蒽醌类还原染料和分散染料进行两相法同浆印花,印花浆料采用还原黄3RT、还原蓝RSN等复配的还原染料作为防近红外伪装的关键性主料,外加分散染料进行色光补充辅料配方合成,色相一致性好,且红外反射率稳定,烘干后再采用先热溶后还原的工艺,可以提高得色量,减少相互沾染,防止色泽萎暗;最终获得的印花不仅清析,牢度优良,色泽丰满,而且面料的色泽柔和,整体清晰飘逸,手感柔软清爽,穿着舒服。最后为获得理想的防水、防油效果等效果,除了根据面料特点选择合适的防水等整理剂外,在整理剂中加入非离子性柔软剂,不但布面柔软,而且不影响防水、防油效果,所以面料的柔软处理可以在轧整理剂时同步进行。
本发明提出的一种防红外军用迷彩面料及其印染工艺,通过对前处理、染色、印花、后整理的合理筛选和搭配,保证了所用材料和工艺参数尽量一致。利用上述印染加工工艺,赋予所述迷彩面料高质量的防红外伪装效果,确定了一套较完整的防红外军用迷彩系列纺织品的生产工艺流程和工艺条件,产品质量重现性良好,成品质量指标能满足客户需求。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例中,一种防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由40wt%棉纤维、50wt%涤纶纤维、5wt%锦纶纤维和5wt%绢丝纤维混纺而成,其印染工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理工艺,其包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为100m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级为4-5级;
S12、冷堆,常温浸轧工作液,三浸三轧,轧余率为60%,车速为40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30g/L、双氧水15g/L、渗透剂1g/L、煮练剂10g/L、螯合分散剂1g/L,打卷后以6r/min的转速常温堆置20小时;
S13、碱洗,浸轧碱氧液,碱氧液包括:烧碱20g/L、双氧水2g/L、煮练剂4g/L,打卷后以7r/min的转速转动放置0.5h,75℃两格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱18g/L、煮练剂6g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,80℃五格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱16g/L、煮练剂2g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,95℃五格热水洗,烘干;
S14、丝光,浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为180g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,110℃汽蒸去碱,85℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为6g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色工艺,其包括:
室温浸轧由还原染料形成的悬浮体染液,悬浮体染液包括:还原染料0.1%(owf)、扩散剂2g/L、海藻酸钠1g/L,再在55℃下浸轧还原液,还原液包括:烧碱5g/L、保险粉10g/L、二氧化硫脲1g/L,接着在105℃下汽蒸还原0.3min,用1.5g/L的双氧水在40℃下氧化10min,用30℃温水冲洗20min,再在90℃下皂洗5min,冷却后浸渍分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料1%(owf)、冰醋酸2g/L、醋酸钠1g/L、匀染剂2g/L,20℃入染,缓慢升温至130℃,保温25min,用40℃温水冲洗5min,红外线预烘后,130℃热风烘干;
S3、印花,其包括:
印花,印花色浆包括:还原黄3RT 0.9%、还原蓝RSN 2.5%、还原棕BR 1.4%、还原橄榄R 4.1%、还原艳绿FFB 0.2%、分散黄E-3RL 2.7%、分散蓝E-4R 0.8%、分散黑S-2BL1.5%、分散黄棕S-2RFL 0.3%、尿素8%、海藻酸钠0.5%、防染盐S 1.5%、增稠剂FS-80E6.5%、乳化糊10%、加水合成100%,在190℃下烘焙3min,室温浸轧还原液,还原液包括:保险粉100g/L、烧碱80g/L、元明粉10g/L,130℃还原蒸化1min,扎余率为100%,再用2g/L的双氧水在55℃下氧化1min,用包含净洗剂209 3g/L和纯碱3g/L的皂洗剂在110℃下皂洗1min,再用80℃热水冲洗5min,烘干;
S4、拉幅整理,其包括:
在85℃下浸轧整理剂,二浸二轧,轧余率为75%,整理剂包括:氟类防水剂40g/L、耐洗树脂20g/L、氯化镁催化剂15g/L、柔软剂30g/L、吸水硅油20g/L、非离子渗透剂5g/L、醋酸5g/L,调节整理剂的pH值为5-6,再排液、脱水,在160℃下烘焙2min。
实施例2
本实施例中,一种防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由60wt%棉纤维、30wt%涤纶纤维、5wt%锦纶纤维和5wt%绢丝纤维混纺而成,其印染工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理工艺,其包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为110m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级为4-5级;
S12、冷堆,常温浸轧工作液,三浸三轧,轧余率为90%,车速为30m/min,工作液包括:烧碱40g/L、双氧水5g/L、渗透剂5g/L、煮练剂8g/L、螯合分散剂5g/L,打卷后以5r/min的转速常温堆置25小时;
S13、碱洗,浸轧碱氧液,碱氧液包括:烧碱25g/L、双氧水1g/L、煮练剂6g/L,打卷后以6r/min的转速转动放置1h,70℃两格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱22g/L、煮练剂5g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,85℃五格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱12g/L、煮练剂3g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,90℃五格热水洗,烘干;
S14、丝光,浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为200g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,90-110℃汽蒸去碱,85℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为6g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色工艺,其包括:
室温浸轧由还原染料形成的悬浮体染液,悬浮体染液包括:还原染料2%(owf)、扩散剂1g/L、海藻酸钠2g/L,再在35℃下浸轧还原液,还原液包括:烧碱25g/L、保险粉1g/L、二氧化硫脲5g/L,接着在102℃下汽蒸还原0.5min,用1g/L的双氧水在60℃下氧化5min,用40℃温水冲洗10min,再在98℃下皂洗1min,冷却后浸渍分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料3%(owf)、冰醋酸1g/L、醋酸钠2g/L、匀染剂1g/L,30℃入染,缓慢升温至110℃,保温35min,用30℃温水冲洗10min,红外线预烘后,110℃热风烘干;
S3、印花,其包括:
印花,印花色浆包括:还原黄3RT 1.3%、还原蓝RSN 1.8%、还原棕BR 1.8%、还原橄榄R 3.3%、还原艳绿FFB 0.6%、分散黄E-3RL 2.1%、分散蓝E-4R 1.2%、分散黑S-2BL1.1%、分散黄棕S-2RFL 0.5%、尿素4%、海藻酸钠1.5%、防染盐S 0.5%、增稠剂FS-80E8.5%、乳化糊5%、加水合成100%,在200℃下烘焙1min,室温浸轧还原液,还原液包括:保险粉120g/L、烧碱60g/L、元明粉20g/L,120℃还原蒸化1.5min,扎余率为90%,再用5g/L的双氧水在45℃下氧化5min,用包含净洗剂209 1g/L和纯碱4g/L的皂洗剂在90℃下皂洗5min,再用60℃热水冲洗8min,烘干;
S4、拉幅整理,其包括:
在105℃下浸轧整理剂,二浸二轧,轧余率为65%,整理剂包括:氟类防水剂60g/L、耐洗树脂10g/L、氯化镁催化剂30g/L、柔软剂10g/L、吸水硅油30g/L、非离子渗透剂2g/L、醋酸6g/L,调节整理剂的pH值为5-6,再排液、脱水,在170℃下烘焙1min。
实施例3
本实施例中,一种防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由40wt%棉纤维、40wt%涤纶纤维、10wt%锦纶纤维和10wt%绢丝纤维混纺而成,其印染工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理工艺,其包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为105m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级为4-5级;
S12、冷堆,常温浸轧工作液,三浸三轧,轧余率为75%,车速为35m/min,工作液包括:烧碱35g/L、双氧水10g/L、渗透剂3g/L、煮练剂9g/L、螯合分散剂3g/L,打卷后以5.5r/min的转速常温堆置22小时;
S13、碱洗,浸轧碱氧液,碱氧液包括:烧碱22g/L、双氧水1.5g/L、煮练剂5g/L,打卷后以6.5r/min的转速转动放置0.7h,72℃两格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱20g/L、煮练剂5.5g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,82℃五格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱14g/L、煮练剂2.5g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,92℃五格热水洗,烘干;
S14、丝光,浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为190g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,100℃汽蒸去碱,90℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为4g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色工艺,其包括:
室温浸轧由还原染料形成的悬浮体染液,悬浮体染液包括:还原染料1%(owf)、扩散剂1.5g/L、海藻酸钠1.5g/L,再在45℃下浸轧还原液,还原液包括:烧碱15g/L、保险粉5g/L、二氧化硫脲3g/L,接着在103℃下汽蒸还原0.4min,用1.2g/L的双氧水在50℃下氧化7min,用35℃温水冲洗15min,再在94℃下皂洗3min,冷却后浸渍分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料2%(owf)、冰醋酸1.5g/L、醋酸钠1.5g/L、匀染剂1.5g/L,25℃入染,缓慢升温至120℃,保温30min,用35℃温水冲洗7min,红外线预烘后,120℃热风烘干;
S3、印花,其包括:
印花,印花色浆包括:还原黄3RT 1.1%、还原蓝RSN 2.2%、还原棕BR 1.4%、还原橄榄R 3.7%、还原艳绿FFB 0.4%、分散黄E-3RL 2.4%、分散蓝E-4R 1.0%、分散黑S-2BL1.3%、分散黄棕S-2RFL 0.4%、尿素6%、海藻酸钠1.0%、防染盐S 1.0%、增稠剂FS-80E7.0%、乳化糊7%、加水合成100%,在195℃下烘焙2min,室温浸轧还原液,还原液包括:保险粉110g/L、烧碱70g/L、元明粉15g/L,125℃还原蒸化1.3min,扎余率为95%,再用3g/L的双氧水在50℃下氧化3min,用包含净洗剂209 2g/L和纯碱3.5g/L的皂洗剂在100℃下皂洗3min,再用70℃热水冲洗6min,烘干;
S4、拉幅整理,其包括:
在95℃下浸轧整理剂,二浸二轧,轧余率为70%,整理剂包括:氟类防水剂50g/L、耐洗树脂15g/L、氯化镁催化剂25g/L、柔软剂20g/L、吸水硅油25g/L、非离子渗透剂3g/L、醋酸5.5g/L,调节整理剂的pH值为5-6,再排液、脱水,在165℃下烘焙1.5min。
将实施例1-3中经印染加工的防红外军用迷彩面料成品进行测试,结果如表1所述:

从表1可以知道,所述防红外军用迷彩面料表现出良好强力、手感和色牢度。
本发明提出的一种防红外军用迷彩面料及其印染工艺,通过对前处理、染色、印花、后整理的合理筛选和搭配,保证了所用材料和工艺参数尽量一致。利用上述印染加工工艺,赋予所述迷彩面料高质量的防红外伪装效果,确定了一套较完整的防红外军用迷彩系列纺织品的生产工艺流程和工艺条件,产品质量重现性良好,成品质量指标能满足客户需求。

1.一种防红外军用迷彩面料,其特征在于,所述迷彩面料的经纬纱均采用棉涤混纺纱线,所述棉涤混纺纱线由40-60wt%棉纤维、30-50wt%涤纶纤维、5-10wt%锦纶纤维和5-10wt%绢丝纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防红外军用迷彩面料,其特征在于,所述面料经密度为80-100根/in,所述面料纬密度为50-60根/in。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、前处理工艺,S2、染色工艺,S3、印花工艺,S4、拉幅整理;其中,所述染色工艺采用还原染料和分散染料的分散浴法染色;所述印花工艺采用还原染料和分散染料的同浆印花。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述前处理工艺包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为100-110m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级为4-5级;
S12、冷堆,常温浸轧工作液,三浸三轧,轧余率为60-90%,车速为30-40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30-40g/L、双氧水5-15g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、煮练剂8-10g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,打卷后以5-6r/min的转速常温堆置20-25小时;
S13、碱洗,浸轧碱氧液,碱氧液包括:烧碱20-25g/L、双氧水1-2g/L、煮练剂4-6g/L,打卷后以6-7r/min的转速转动放置0.5-1h,70-75℃两格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱18-22g/L、煮练剂5-6g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,80-85℃五格热水洗,一格轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱12-16g/L、煮练剂2-3g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,90-95℃五格热水洗,烘干;

5.根据权利要求3或4所述的防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述染色工艺包括:室温浸轧由还原染料形成的悬浮体染液,悬浮体染液包括:还原染料0.1-2%(owf)、扩散剂1-2g/L、海藻酸钠1-2g/L,再在35-55℃下浸轧还原液,还原液包括:烧碱5-25g/L、保险粉1-10g/L、二氧化硫脲1-5g/L,接着在102-105℃下汽蒸还原0.3-0.5min,用1-1.5g/L的双氧水在40-60℃下氧化5-10min,用30-40℃温水冲洗10-20min,再在90-98℃下皂洗1-5min,冷却后浸渍分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料1-3%(owf)、冰醋酸1-2g/L、醋酸钠1-2g/L、匀染剂1-2g/L,20-30℃入染,缓慢升温至110-130℃,保温25-35min,用30-40℃温水冲洗5-10min,红外线预烘后,110-130℃热风烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防红外军用迷彩面料的印染工艺,其特征在于,所述还原染料和分散染料选自军绿、灰或棕色系中的一种,且所述分散染料为高温型或者中温型分散染料。
