[0003]涤棉混纺印花织物既具有纤维素纤维舒适、柔软、吸湿、透气等功能,同时又具有 聚醋纤维良好保形、挺括、滑爽、快干、耐穿等特点,在各类服装面料中占有重要的地位。从 印花工艺方面看,在涤纶及其混纺织物染整加工中,前处理退浆、精练和碱减量工序均是在 碱性条件下进行,分散染料印花却在酸性条件下进行,而活性染料由于固色的需要,印花衆 中须含有碱剂,大多数分散染料对碱敏感,容易变色,褪色,降低固色率,甚至染料结构遭到 破坏。从节能减排和提局广品质量的角度考虑,开发分散活性染料同菜印花用复合糊料及 其应用技术,可以在前处理过程中不用大量水洗,中和,直接印花,提高印花的重现性,简化 工艺,节能降耗,减少废水排放,提高生产效率,是印染行业节能减排发展的重要方向之一。

Claims (9)

1.一种分散/活性同浆印花染料,其特征在于,所述印花染料主要包括以下组分:复合 糊料浆、碱剂、防染盐、尿素、活性染料、分散染料以及水;按重量百分比计,所述印花染料中 各组分的含量如下:复合糊料浆40〜5〇%、碱剂1〜1 • 5%、防染盐1%、尿素5%、活性染料、分散 染料以及余量水;所述复合糊料浆主要包括以下组分:海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙二醇 2000、聚乙稀n比略烧酮;按重量百分比计,所述复合糊料衆中各组分的含量如下:海藻酸钠 60%、聚丙烯酸钠20〜30%、聚乙二醇2000 5〜15%、聚乙烯吡咯烧酮5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料,其特征在于:所述碱剂为碳酸氢 钠、碳酸钠、磷酸钠或磷酸氢二钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料,其特征在于:所述分散染料为5八_ GL 嫩黄、SA-BR 橙、SA-BB 大红、SA-册深红、SA-BFL 红玉、SA-RSL紫、SA-GBL蓝、SA-BK黑、114 黄、73 橙、82〇 蓝、135:1 红、60 蓝、356红、B-822、367蓝或 B0N。
4. 如权利要求1所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料,其特征在于:所述活性染料为单 活性基染料或双活性基染料。
5. 如权利要求4所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料,其特征在于:所述活性染料为Red PB-BR或Yellow PB-6G或Blue PB-RN或Black PB-BK。
6. —种如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的分散/活性同衆印花染料的印花工艺,其特 征在于,所述印花工艺主要包括以下步骤: 1) 织物前处理,将织物按退浆、煮炼、漂白工艺进行前处理; 2) 预定型,将经过前处理的织物预定型,定型温度为160〜165°C,定型时间为30秒; 3) 按复合糊料衆中各组分的配比配制复合糊料衆,然后按印花染料中各组分的配比配 制同浆印花染料; 4) 采用配制好的同浆印花染料对预定型处理后的织物依次进行印花、烘干、焙烘、冷水 洗、碱水洗、热水洗、冷水洗、中和及烘干处理; 5) 将上述步骤4)处理后的织物进行后定型和拉幅。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料的印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复 合糊料楽的配制主要包括以下内容:将原料按所需比例混合,一边搅拌一边慢慢加入50〜 60°C温水中,加完后用机械揽摔器揽梓3〜4个小时,使糊料充分膨化至呈现均勾透明状,静 置过夜,使糊料充分膨化即得复合糊料浆,按配方配成7%复合糊料浆溶液。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料的印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤4) 中,所述烘焙的温度为180°C,烘焙时间为7min;所述碱水洗的温度为95°C,时间为3min;所 述热水洗的温度为80〜90°C。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种分散/活性同浆印花染料的印花工艺,其特征在于:所述印 花工艺中采用的织物为20:80〜80:20的涤棉混纺产品、或粘胶与涤纶混纺产品、或麻与涤 纶混纺产品。
